Okutur Otel ★★

📍 Adnan Menderes Bulvari, 236, Rize

"It's a nice, clean, small hotel. The room has a kettle, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a table, two armchairs, and a chair. The breakfasts are good. If they had some fruit and a hot meal to choose from, it would be perfect. There are shops, restaurants, and a park on the waterfront nearby. However, the rooms overlook a noisy street with constant traffic. Another drawback: the old air conditioner. It's also loud."

"Excellent location and excellent service. Although the elevator is small, it served its purpose. I thank the reception staff for providing us with a wonderful sightseeing trip and arranging a taxi to take us to Trabzon in a pleasant atmosphere."

📍 Tophane, Yenihalıcı Sk. No: 4, Rize Merkez, Rize

"We have had a very pleasant day with my friends since we first entered the hotel thanks to warm welcome and the staff involved. What we did not have was interested in. The rooms are clean and sea view.. Family sincerity has been found in the hotel staff so we felt safe. Breakfast was beautiful and fresh. I say with all truth that we could certainly want clean and relevant."

Keles Hotel ★★★
"The hotel is very old and not very clean. Breakfast was mediocre. The sausage was stale. We looked at it but didn't eat it. The rooms are similarly renovated, but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The towels are torn. The floor is sticky. The shower is stained. I wouldn't recommend it even for an overnight stay. The advantage is the location in the center of Rize."
