Our room was in the attick 301 the billow with ant the air condition does not work , three times we told them the stuff in the reseption rude espically the blond one ,not ready to help they ignor you when there is a problem they fix nothing , same with the wi fi, there is no wi fi after 23:00, and the signal is week they say that they ill fix and nothing changed. Problem with the lift it did not arrive third floor we go down using the stairs Room 208 During the shower my sister stopped three times . becouse all the water went back to the room. The stuff at the breakfast room are amazing

We chose Rhinoceros for a 2 night stay in Rome prior to beginning a Mediterranean cruise. We could not have made a better choice! Nestled against Palatine Hill near the Circus Maximus, this was a quiet oasis, with several ancient monuments just steps away, and a close scenic walk across the bridge to the Travestere neighborhood for numerous bar and restaurant options. Our ultra- modern suite was luxurious and the service impeccable and friendly. We especially enjoyed quiet continental breakfasts in our room, with a Nespresso machine, grapefruit and fresh basket of pastries/bread with jam and lovely views overlooking an ancient arch. For those wishing to cook, the clever hideaway kitchen was well equipped. The rooftop bar afforded beautiful views of Rome and refreshing cocktails. We took a short taxi ride to Colosseum area, but could have walked, and later walked back from the Pantheon, a bit more of a walk.

Hotel was ok. Breakfast buffet was nice. Service was average, not the most helpful or polite reception and the fact that you had to pay extra to use the gym is crazy. Location is ok about 1km from the colosseum and there are some good restaurants nearby.

We stayed in room 415. It would be nice to think this room was a one off, but I suspect not. Don't book if you're a fully grown adult, you'll never get in the shower. If you do get in, bring a spare shower gel to hold the shower head still or it will swing randomly in all directions. The bed is the most uncomfortable ever experienced, and I travel a lot. Cleanliness, you can judge for yourself from the condition of the fridge (inside and out) and the chair provided. I would be embarrassed to rent out rooms like this - there's budget and then theres the Aphrodite!

We enjoyed a 3 night stay at Rose Palace. The front desk gave us tired travelers a warm welcome that made us relax immediately. Our room overlooked the back of the American Embassy with guards stationed outside 24/7 so it was definitely safe. The hotel is a little off the beaten path from the usual touristy spots in Rome but in a very quiet area. The room was very clean. We had 3 in our room and the 3rd person had to sleep on a full size pull out couch. It was comfy for a pull out (you couldn’t feel the bar under the mattress) but unless you put up the bed every day the only place to sit were the beds. It had a small fridge and the bathroom was updated but limited on counter space around the sink. The buffet breakfast was geared toward a variety of tastes. Scrambled eggs, a variety of pastries, orange juice, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, cheese, meat, etc. When the weather was nice we enjoyed sitting outside in the garden. There is a tiny grocery store called Co-op around the corner where you can buy the basics. Also on the next block is an ATM in the alcove of the bank entrance that seemed secure to use. Reading older reviews we thought there was a restaurant in the hotel serving dinner but it turned out to just be a small bar. So we walked a couple of blocks north and ate at Cesarina and enjoyed a good meal and friendly staff. There were a lot of other restaurants to pick from in a 2-3 block radius. The ones on Via Vittorio Veneto appeared to be more expensive than the ones northeast of the hotel. There is a taxi stand a couple of blocks away and we used both Uber and inTaxi for rides back to the hotel.

Booked only cause of location. Super easy to get to by either metro or taxi. Small, cute lobby and friendly staff upon arrival. We didn’t stay in the main building so the bellmen took our luggage and walked us outside and around the corner to another building to where we were staying. The room was nice and had a great sitting area with an extra bed. Voucher was given to us for breakfast at the restaurant next to us which was really nice. My only issue was the sink and bathtub didn’t drain so I was literally standing ankle deep in my partners bath water during my shower. At checkout I told reception and she offered us a breakfast voucher but already had it and 10% off our next stay( but we won’t use that). It was a nice gesture. They did hold our bags while we shopped before leaving. Location is really good and they suggested a pizza place that was horrible lol. Didn’t like having to go around the corner to another building to our room. Overall it was ok and think over priced for the accommodation.

I selected this hotel based on the location and my particular travel plans. My room was in their second building down the street from the hotel; there did not seem to be many rooms over here and it was quiet. Fortunately, they had someone to help me to my room and to find the other building. My room itself was large and well appointed; various drinks were included at no additional cost as well as a few sweets. The breakfast is served on the top level of the hotel so I trekked down the street every morning and I found the staff at the restaurant to be good. I did not interact much with the desk staff (although someone randomly knock on my door one evening saying they were a staff member and asking if I needed anything, I would suggest they call the rooms if they are so inclined) and ended up being out and about most of the time. Overall, the location worked out well for me and appreciated the provision of drinks in the room that were very welcome after a day of touring. It was a bit of a splurge for me price wise but worth it.

The location of this hotel is perfect. You can see the colosseum once you stepped out of the hotel. We took a train from the airport and then catch an Uber to the hotel. It was very convenient. There are lots of restaurants nearby the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. It is easy to travel around Rome via the bus or metro. If we were to come back to Rome again, we will definitely choose this hotel. It was a very pleasant experience

I wish I could leave more than 5 stars. The location could t be any better. All of central Rome is within walking distance. But most importantly the staff went above and beyond. I was traveling with my elderly father and everyone was so sweet and helpful and patient. Plus they gave us some killer food suggestions. Would absolutely stay again in a heartbeat

Très belle surprise pour l'emplacement et le quartier, on est à 200m du Colisée et en face de l'église San Clemente. J'ai eu un balcon serti par des vitres qui m'a donné le vertige d'une vue totale sur le Colisée, très beau souvenir. Petit moins l'hôtel a une architecture moderne épouvantable, mais de dedans ça passe. Les chambres sont bien équipées, la réception est très attentionnée et parlait parfaitement le français ou l'anglais. Le petit déjeuner se passe au rez-de-chaussée avec vue sur la rue, on vous sert à volonté mais le service est fait derrière un plexiglas, thé, café oeufs bacon saucisses etc je conseille les pancakes au sirop d'érable mais le café est vraiment dégueux, c'est de la poudre lyophilisée dans les machines. Il y a un bar au dernier étage, ouvert de midi jusqu'à minuit et la piscine était non autorisée pour ce début du mois d'octobre, dommage il faisait encore 25 degrés ! Finalement j'ai bien profité de la proximité du Colisée j'y suis allé très tard ou très tôt pour l'avoir rien qu'à moi. Moment magique !

Hello I am giving this hotel perfect 5 star or even 10 stars without even staying there. A group of friends and I was planning to visit Italy and decided to make a reservation un this hotel but with refundable option. We made our reservations through Expedia but the very next day our plan changed and everyone canceled but me because the reservation showed non refundable. I then contacted Expedia and they told there is nothing they can do and I had contacted the hotel directly. I tried to call but was not successful till surprisingly I received a call from them. They told me they had a missed call from me and I explained the situation. Then they contacted me via whatsapp and informed me they canceled my reservation and I will receive my refund. Although this time U could not stay here but I definitely will do it in a future. They showed me they care and listened to customer concerns and that is what matter. Grazie And Thank you

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay of several days in early May 2023. The room was comfortable with adequate storage for unpacking. Our room faced a group of courtyards and was generally quiet. We enjoyed the breakfasts and getting to meet other travelers. The desk clerks went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They made dinner reservations at local restaurants for us, called taxis, loaned us umbrellas for a wet day, and printed out some luggage tags for our continuing travels. The location of the hotel is convenient to Ancient Rome. We could see the coliseum from the rooftop patio! It is located in a neighborhood of small shops, sidewalk trattorias, and there is a marvelous gelato stand just a short walk from the front gate. I wish every city we visit had a hotel choice like this one!
