Amaizng hotel. Came here years ago and i am glad to say the hotel is as lovely as ever. It is in a great location within walking distance from all the attarctions. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and polite. The breakfast has a great selection of sweet and savoury options. The restaurant also has great food and cocktails.

The Superior Apartment that we stayed in was on the 5th floor. It was perfect for our family of 5 (Grandma, Mom, Dad, 3.5 yr old, and 18 month old). They had a pack and play ready for our littlest one, and the pull out sofa bed was already nicely made up and ready for our arrival. We were ever so grateful that the Oriana Homel accommodated an early check in, so we were able to get picked up straight from the train station and taken to our apartment. The place was large and excellent for walking to all the destinations. We found it a great home based to come back and rest/relax after a ton of walking. Great restaurants nearby. Some good things to note for families: small elevators, but they weren't busy and we could easily shuffle up multiple loads of luggage at a time. Back entrance is best for meeting airport transfers, etc. The Oriana Homel arranged all our transfers and they were wonderful with being on time, communicative, knowledgable, and comfortable vehicle arrangements. The only thing I wished the apartment had was an in unit washer/dryer. They did recommend a laundry service nearby, but it would have been nice to wash the kids' clothes during our stay.

We stayed at Hotel ISA for 12 nights, and couldn't have picked a better location. It was in walking distance to many of the sights, and convenient to the Metro. The breakfast on the terrace was wonderful with a great view and variety of food. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was not on yet (which we found out is normal for Europe this time of year), and we requested a fan for our room. Within an hour or 2 they had delivered a floor fan which was a big help sleeping at night. The room was also equipped with soundproof widows. There are also many restaurants and gelato places near by for convenience. I would like to thank the staff for making our stay great, and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Art Hotel. The staff couldn't have been friendlier and our request for our two rooms to be near each other was accommodated. The rooms were very comfortable and everything we needed was available. The breakfast choice was vast and very fresh. One annoyance: the restaurant chairs are very big and heavy; great for couples sitting at a table, but not brilliant for three or more people! The location of the hotel was fantastic. We were able to walk everywhere during our four night stay, with a great choice of restaurants, cafes and wine bars only a few minutes walk away. I don't often like to visit the same hotel twice, but if returning to Rome, would certainly book Art Hotel.

We have stayed in many 5 star properties over the years but the Ambasciatori Palace, Rome really blew us away. Service was incredible. Staff was abundant and ready and willing to assist at all times. The hotel was renovated last year and every inch of the property is opulent. They truly paid attention to detail. There are 2 great bars, one on the rooftop and one in the lobby. We stayed in a junior suite that was large and gorgeous. This would be our choice again in Rome.

The hotel was great- it's located 10 mins from termini central station (so easy to get there from the airport and no need to walk alot with your luggage), and from piazza della repubblica (so close to another metro station). The location was great because it's walking distance to everthing you want to see (I only took the metro to the vatican- you could also walk there, which I did on the way back when I had more time). There are also good restaurants, gelaterias and shops in the area (as it's located next to via nazionale and the opera house) and they are usually less expensive and crowded than those near famous sites (so I ate there almost every evening). I had a single room which was clean and had everything I needed (comfy bed, safe, hot water, wifi, etc.). The staff was really nice and helpful (they are there 24/7, and you can leave your luggage with them if you need), and the breakfast was good. I would definitely stay there again next time I visit! This was my second stay at Nerva Accomodation Cavour, and I was completely satisfied. We arrived about 9pm having chosen the self check-in option: access to the hotel and room were via PIN codes supplied by WhatsApp, which worked fine. Room was perfectly clean and had air conditioning controlled by a remote control. Staff were available at breakfast, which comprised tea/coffee and a selection of pastries and yoghurts. A little noise could be heard from other rooms, but nothing disturbing. Location is a short walk from both Termini station and the Colosseum.

Sono certa che ognuno di noi abbia la propria scala di fattori per valutare se un posto e' bello o brutto ma che siano le persone il valore aggiunto. In questo hotel pulito, carino e molto comodo , vicino alla stazione di Roma Termini sono proprio le persone che fanno di un piccolo hotel, un punto di riferimento per i nostri viaggi a Roma. Paola della reception e' stata, ed è, la persona che ci ha seguito in fase di prenotazione e che si è fatta in quattro per aiutarci a proiettare le nostre fotografie su una parete, di una saletta allestita solamente per noi, un gruppetto di fotografi arrivati in città per un corso di fotografia di due giorni. Clean room, no fan so it was red hot all the time but overall nice room. Constant banging running around and shouting till early hours of the morning so slept awfully 3/5 of the nights stay. I did call reception and ask some something too he said but the man on the desk said “what am I supposed to say” . Breakfasts is pretty poor, best part was the bought in yoghurt. Location is ok, I highly recommend getting a lime scooter account as you’ll need one

Great hotel! Beautiful pool and pool area. Nice clean rooms with good air-conditioning. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel offers free onsite parking, free wifi, and has a new gym area. 10 Minute taxi ride to the center. A great value for your money. We are looking forward to returning soon!

PPengguna TetamuI cannot recommend this hotel enough! I visited with my 14-year old daughter last month, with 5 nights in Rome at the beginning and 2 nights at the end. Based on reviews, price, and location, I booked this hotel -- we could not have been happier. Our room was spotless during both of our stays, as were the common areas, restaurant, etc. The hotel is perfectly located -- right in the middle of the historic center and walkable to everything -- Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon all a 5-10 minute walk. Whenever we needed a taxi (e.g. early morning tours that were a 25 min walk away), the front desk staff (Lyuba, Davide, Iustin) were helpful and the taxi was never more than a 4 minute wait (more about staff below). The hotel is on a road with restaurants, a few small supermarkets, a wonderful local pasticceria, and a 4-5 minute walk from Piazza Navona -- a beautiful, huge piazza with stunning fountains, surrounded by endless restaurants and bars. There's a pharmacy right off the piazza if you need anything -- I used it to get COVID tested to be able to fly home. It was fast, easy, and reliable.
The hotel breakfasts were fantastic - typical European breakfast with meats + cheeses, yogurts / cereals / berries, all kinds of coffee drinks, breads / rolls / croissants, warm foods (e.g. quiche, sauteed spinach, eggs, etc.), and endless baked goods. The staff wore masks at all times, and most guests wore masks while up and about at the buffet, taking them off while seated. The tables were set beautifully and the entire area was spotless -- it was easy to see how hard the dining room staff worked.
The rooms were great -- extremely comfortable beds, terrific linens, wonderful shower, all modern and new. Be aware, even with the window closed and on a higher floor, on the front side of the hotel the street below is busy and there's a restaurant / bar with outdoor seating in front of the hotel -- if you're a light sleeper, you'll hear sounds (people + traffic) late into the night. My daughter didn't notice at all -- I heard it all night. Our room during the beginning of our stay was on the rear of the buidling, opening into a small courtyard -- it was lovely, quiet, airy, and had a wonderful balcony (4th Floor). If you can get one of those rooms, I highly recommend it.
The front desk staff: ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL. As a mom traveling alone with a young teenage daughter during COVID and the instability in eastern Europe, I had concerns before traveling. Lyuba, Davide, and Iustin were attentive, helpful, accommodating, and informative. Whether it was checking us in early when we first arrived from the airport, arranging taxis, storing our luggage while we traveled to Florence, or helping figure out COVID testing to return home, they were on point, efficient, and kind. The afternoon before our flight home, I realized that the Rome Marathon was scheduled for the following day. They helped me trouble shoot while I was out with my daughter, trying to be present with her while simultaneously communicating with them via WhatsApp to figure out how to get to the airport the next morning. Requesting a taxi 1/2 hour before heading to the airport would have been disasterous, as they were closing all the roads, and no taxis would have been available. The staff arranged a private driver (worth the cost) and were in close contact with him and his dispatcher to make sure we were all apprised of which roads were closed. My daughter and I did have to walk 10 minutes to the river with our suitcases and cross to the other side, as all local roads had been closed, but it was actually a piece of cake. Our driver was waiting for us exactly where the hotel staff said he would be, and from there it was easy getting to the airport. If the staff hadn't been responsive and seriously on top of it, we would not have made it to the airport that day.

LLauWendyMy trip is in February, the room is very hot, it still open heater no air conditioner, we have to close the heater and open the window but it is very loud as close to the main street.
I asked for a fan but the reception said no fan to be provided..
I requested the upper floor when I booked in the trip.com, but Reception said no requirements are received, but finally they changed us to 8 floor
We booked the breakfast but it is usual cannot say better.
Overall, I have to say the price is not worth for this hotel, I will not choose this hotel for my next trip to Roma.

PPengguna TetamuThe establishment is located a 2-minute walk away from Termini station so it's very convenient if you arrive by train and plan to use the public transports to move around the city (which is recommended) since from there you can hop on any bus/tram/metro/taxi and go anywhere in the city.
I didn't explore much around inside the hotel, but I can tell that the restaurant area where breakfast was served is located on the last floor where the terrace is located. I always had my breakfast in the porch which is still covered from the rain and wind. In the morning you can find both sweet and savory food including cornetti, cream filled donuts, cereals, cakes, different kinds of bread that you can also toast, eggs (hard boiled and scrambled), ham, mortadella(=bologna), salami, edamer cheese, fruit, milk, orange and pineapple juice and coffee/tea/capuccino served with an automatic machine. Finally on every table you could find small jars of jam/marmalade.
You can reach the floor with 2 separate elevators and I believe the terrace also hosts a bar with music in the evening.
I was given a double room to be used as a single so the bed was large but I don't think it would be big enough for two people. The room included a mini bar, an electric kettle with cups that you could use to make tea or instant coffee, a safe and of course a set of towels, soap, shampoo, shower cap and a shoe brush. The bathroom although quite narrow included the bidet and disposable bags for tampons. On the downsides even though it was cleaned daily it seemed that some spots were overlooked for example a phone present in the bathroom was always covered in dust since before I arrived and the shower could use some descaling since most of the streams were clogged. Having a freezer in the room contributes at making it very warm. and finally, although not really an issue for me, the window was facing the inside of the building but on the bright side I believe that facing the street would have caused the hearing of a lot of noise. Talking about noise it was very quiet and the only sound I could hear were sometimes people walking in the corridor outside my room and in the evening the music coming from the terrace bar I believe, even though it stopped playing at midnight.
I didn't get to experience any other amenity nor the room service since it wasn't in my interests or I didn't need to while I was there so I cannot give any comment.

DDe Bruyn - HendrickxWe stayed at the Hotel Ripa Roma for five nights. At first glance, a very well-kept hotel with a good ratio between price and quality. We were well served on arrival after midnight by the receptionist and were able to get to the room quickly. The last day we could check out until noon, but since our flight was in the evening, we could safely leave our luggage at the reception. A plus, because your last day in Rome can also be a nice one this way without luggage dragging.
The hotel has a very nice, contemporary and artistic look. We like this very much. The room (superior room) was very spacious, clean and with the necessary facilities. The bed was very good. The bathroom was very hygienic, logically arranged with a pleasant shower. About the room we certainly have no complaints. Only the noise from other rooms and the corridor was disturbing. When the guests in the neighboring room turned on their TV, we could perfectly listen in. When shouting in the hallway, it seemed that those persons were standing next to the bed. The rooms are not really soundproof. Fortunately, we had earplugs with us.
We also took breakfast during our stay. Here we are less satisfied. The tableware was dirty (coffee cups brown, cutlery with food residues, plates insufficiently cleaned, glasses full of calcium, ...), in our opinion a limited choice of healthy food (many cakes and cookies) and the hot dishes were cold, even when they were just served. We found the staff unhelpful, even a good morning or a friendly smile was sometimes too much. When we wanted to sit at a table on the small platform in the center of the restaurant, we were sent away because cleaning was already in progress (around 9:30 a.m.). The last two days the hotel was fully booked, which caused a lot of noise in the restaurant. We experienced this as unpleasant. Should we return, we would book a room without breakfast and find a nice breakfast place in town.
Finally, we find the city tax on the high side. For the five nights (six days) we pay €60 (= €5 p.p. per day). That is the highest city tax I have ever paid and we are frequent travelers.
Overall, a nice stay in a well located hotel, with the breakfast restaurant as a point of interest.

조식이 아주 간단합니다. (빵 몇 종류, 삶은 계란,치즈,햄, 씨리얼, 요거트, 커피머신, 쥬스, 잼과 티 종류 등이 전부로 샐러드나 과일류등은 없습니다.)
비싼 로마의 숙소들 중에 이정도 싱글룸이면 가성비 나쁘지 않다고 봅니다.
짧은 일정이고 호텔에 머문 시간이 길지 않아 괜찮았어요.

PPengguna TetamuNot a bad hotel to be honest, if all you need is a clean bed and air con. Breakfast is a good choice and starts from 7am. Clean bedrooms with toiletries and towels and aircon. However…….the hotel is a good hour away from Rome. Be prepared to travel. 10 minute walk to metro, then 2 trains to Rome, but that’s all part of the fun. The ‘restaurant’ is actually in the car park with some trellis around it, and several wasps accompany you when dining. The menu is printed on A4 paper and limited variety. Outside Bar area is also in car park, comprising of 4 chairs and 2 small tables. Inside Bar is downstairs with looking out onto the rubbish bags piled up. The hi light of our stay at this hotel was 2 members of staff fighting in front of guests. Fist throwing, ice packs being applied and what we presume to be family members turning up to help sort out the situation…or make it worse. Supermarket right next door, and also uber eats deliver. Some local places to eat, but didn’t try. Overall a clean place to lay your head after a long day walking the streets of Rome, but please don’t expect top of the range.

The staff members were exceptionally helpful, offering prompt assistance and providing useful recommendations for nearby attractions and dining options. Their attentive and friendly service added to the overall positive experience.

While the quality of the food was satisfactory, the fixed breakfast menu for all days became somewhat monotonous for guests planning to stay for more than a day. PPengguna TetamuAbbiamo alloggiato in questo albergo per due notti. Appena arrivati ci hanno sistemato in una casetta esterna alla struttura principale con circa 5/6 stanze. Abbiamo lasciato le valige velocemente per andare a cena, e solo al nostro ritorno abbiamo iniziato a notare delle cose che via via sono andate a peggiorare. Abbiamo richiesto un ferro da stiro, e ci è stato detto che non sapevano dove fosse e che avrebbero chiesto l'indomani alla signora delle pulizie. In vari hotel a 4 stelle il ferro da stiro è addirittura presente in camera! Rientrati in stanza, abbiamo iniziato a notare dettagli relativi alla pulizia e all'aspetto della stanza. Nella doccia erano presenti capelli, la tavoletta del gabinetto era totalmente ingiallita (costo su Amazon € 15 spedizione inclusa!), l'unica sedia presente in stanza aveva un cuscino bianco con delle macchie nere e la pellicola protettiva totalmente strappata. A parte delle abat jour presenti ai due lati del letto, non esisteva un punto luce sul soffitto. Il telecomando della TV era rattoppato con dello shock nero, e appena preso in mano lo shock si è tutto srotolato. Ma il bello è arrivato quando, richiedendo un quarto cuscino che ci è stato prontamente portato, ho notato che esternamente aveva un mega alone giallo a chiazze. Inorridita ho avuto la malsana e fortunatamente giusta idea di controllare anche gli altri tre cuscini... Due di questi erano pieni di macchie gialle all'interno, anche sui bordi, che fuoriuscivano dal lenzuolo!! Chiamato il ragazzo alla reception l'ho caldamente invitato di portarmi cuscini immacolati, data soprattutto la presenza di mio figlio di 3 anni, altrimenti davvero avremmo dormito senza! Se non avessimo anticipato il pagamento (struttura consigliata come seconda opzione per un matrimonio) ce ne saremmo andati all'istante. Ci servirà da lezione: chi chiede il pagamento anticipato non è un albergatore serio!!! Dopo vari minuti sono stati portati i cuscini, puliti, ma senza nemmeno una scusa e nemmeno una parola! Ulteriore tasto dolente: la colazione ... Una colazione del genere viene offerta forse in un albergo a due stelle! Arredamento della sala imbarazzante, colazione misera, senza opzioni sempre presenti in un 4 stelle come le uova o della frutta fresca, bevande calde da una macchinetta di pessima qualita', due scelte di succo annacquatissimi... Il top è la vaschetta degli affettati... Di plastica, con delle crepe al livello della maniglietta per sollevarla, storta.... Il mio bimbo che adora il prosciutto cotto ne ha mangiato una fetta, mi ha guardato e mi ha detto che non era buono... E aveva ragione! 4 stelle dove? Anche 3 stelle sarebbero regalate! L'unica cosa positiva che ho visto: la cameriera della sala colazione, da sola, che correva da una parte all'altra e lavorava come una matta e senza che le chiedessimo nulla ci ha portato la sedia in più per il bambino mettendoci in un punto con più spazio, dato appunto le dimensioni ridotte della stanza. Prima e ultima volta!
