"Wonderful staff, especially the shuttle driver. Room served it's purpose but bed springs were old and sagged in the middle, hot water was a struggle. Breakfast was doable but in theoretically nice but ultimately odd and FREEZING atrium area. Overall grateful for the convenient last minute stay after my late flight cancellation."

"Extremely convenient, as it's located right inside the airport terminal."

"The breakfast was terrible, hardly anything to eat, one of the worst I have eaten. Not much choice to choose"

"Really good hotel, good shuttle service, and clean cozy room with good temperature control during winter, good for staying near airport"

"Very close to the airport, and there is a shuttle bus."

"Detroit was a very quiet city. The Embassy Suites Hilton Hotel, located in that secluded area, was the best experience for me. The amenities were good and the front desk staff was very friendly."

"The sheets were clean and the room was large. It just smells a little bit! Maybe the ventilation is not good. The service is very good and everything is answered! The homemade waffles for breakfast are delicious!"

"Good place to stay"

"Checking in happened to coincide with the Memorial Day holiday, so there were few guests staying in the hotel, and even fewer waiters. It was almost impossible to describe it as no service. First, I waited for the shuttle bus at the airport. It was said that the bus would run every half an hour. Although I had called the hotel before arriving at the designated location, I still waited at the airport for more than an hour before it came. I am sure I did not miss their bus in the middle, because a flight attendant from another airline came 5 minutes later than me and took the same bus with me to the opposite hotel (shared by 2 hotels). The room I booked came with breakfast, and I was given a breakfast coupon when I checked in. As a result, when I went downstairs the next morning to ask where to eat breakfast, the morning waiter actually said, "Today is a holiday, there should be no breakfast!" After several confirmations, they said that it would start half an hour later. Because I had to catch a flight, I had to give up eating breakfast in the hotel. Like most hotels near American airports, there are many other hotels nearby, and the prices are similar. I really don’t recommend this hotel!"
