For room n14 can accommodate 3 people, very large room, bathroom very large but not practical (no heating, the bathtub with jets a little dated but it is not a spa, the photos are very misleading. And the bathtub faucet is positioned at head level! Who knows 🙄...)No shutters, window in the roof which lets in the daylight, as well as the noise from the restaurant. Decent breakfast, hot drinks can be served at the bar. Practical; 5 minutes by car from Rosas."

"We have stayed at this property twice before with our children, and it has become a family favorite. This time, however, we are deeply disappointed. We booked in January and received a welcome email only two days before check-in. To our surprise, the pool was empty and undergoing repairs. With children aged 8 and 13, as well as adults who enjoy swimming, this was a major disappointment. We complained, but they only offered a 10% refund on a €440 rate. Beware, and make sure to confirm before booking or traveling that the pool is operational."

"I’ve walked past this little hotel many times but never stayed there until now . Simple and elegant in design . Comfortable rooms . Friendly and helpful staff . Gorgeous breakfast room with buffet style items but also freshly made eggs cooked to order . Access to Hostal Rom next door for a bar and restaurant for evening meals if you wish . Very close to the beach and the centre of Roses while being situated on a quiet street just minutes away . The balcony is very small but 2 people can sit there . Only one minor point is that the balcony chairs had peeling paint which made them uncomfortable to sit on ."

Weak points: aging structures, bed with very hard mattress! Swimming pool really too small for the capacity of the hotel! "Really very disappointed. Room not ready when we arrived. Unpleasant surprise to be in a dark cellar overlooking a wall and a passage. Whirlpool bath more than critical. Moldy tile joints. Moldy nozzles. Broken shower hose. Didn't sleep a wink all night. Every ten minutes a motor would start just behind our headboard. Behind the wall is the spa's technical room. We changed rooms the next night. A little better in terms of clarity. On the other hand, WC leading into the bedroom just separated by a small wall! Super glam, hello privacy... window just above the bathtub And without shutter. A simple curtain. Long live the exhibition! And finally swimming pool not clean with two parasols which no longer open. Broken. And very average breakfast....etc... Room price 180€."
