A run-down hotel that lacks of essential services and has incompetent and unfriendly staff. Room service did basically not exist. No refill of coffee or tea. Used cups were removed but no new cups were provided. When I asked at reception, I was only told that this is standard as guests are supposed to use their cups for the entire stay. When I pointed out that I didn't have any cups in the room anymore, they didn't have an answer how I should drink my hot beverages. Also, the garbage bin was not emptied. I could continue the list of shortcomings here. I think it's fair to say that this is the worst room service I have ever experienced at any hotel. The reception staff was extremely unfriendly when I complained. As mentioned before, they came up with ridiculous explanations and were not at all helpful, not in any way. The reception staff had communicated with their manager as part of the complaint. But when I asked to speak with the manager, I was told that the manager is not available to speak to me. What a disappointing response. Well, if you want to have a nice experience in Roubaix, do avoid this run-down hotel at any means. Their service is incredibly bad and certainly not worth the prices they ask for.

Tout a changé depuis le changement de responsable. Les chambres sont plus propres. Le ménage est fait régulièrement.Des travaux ont étaient fait dans les chambres et la réception. La clientèle est bien plus sérieuse. Les nuits sont plus calmes et surveillées. Et le nouveau responsable Gabriel est a l écoute de vos moindres désirs!! Redonné une chance a cet Hôtel.Vous ne le regretterez pas.Donnez sa chance au nouveau responsable qui s est donné tout les moyens pour changer l image de l Hôtel Kyriad a Roubaix. 😊Je compte sur vous.Merci.😉

We stayed here over the Paris Roubaix weekend, had an excellent stay. Great breakfast, parking close by, Easily Cycleable to the Roubaix velodrome in the morning. The manager was extremely helpful, and good English which was useful as my French is terrible. The room was comfortable, could probably do with a couple more pillows, and it was a touch warm, no matter what we pressed to cool it down, but the window was easily opened to let a breeze in.

Présence d'un parking. Métro à proximité. Restauration (pour le soir) fermée. Patron serviable et accueillant. Ascenseur pour monter aux étages. Wi-Fi fonctionnel. Mise à disposition d'une bouilloire avec sachets de thé & café. Lit confortable. Bonne isolation phonique. Petit déjeuner (10,80 €) (sous forme de buffet, dans l'ancienne salle de restaurant) : thé, café, pain, confitures, mini viennoiseries, yaourts, compote de pommes, fruits secs, charcuteries, œufs brouillés, saucisse, bacon, fromages (blanc et secs), salade de fruits.

Nous avons passé une nuit en transit dans cet hotel à une dizaine de minutes à pied de la gare. Les prix pratiqués sont très bas donc bien évidemment il ne faut pas s'attendre à de hautes prestations mais le minimum y est : une salle de bain fonctionnelle dans la chambre, une literie confortable, chambre propre. Le seul bémol est le bruit car la moitié des chambres sont situées le bord d'un boulevard très fréquenté.

2 nuitees en déplacement professionnel, très bon séjours. Établissement tout neuf bien que le bâtiment soit historique. Du charme ”industriel ”. Bon accueil, chambre et pdj parfait. Dîner entre collègues qui a plu à tous. Bien mangé et très bien accueilli. Continuez comme cela.
