My recent stay at the Hilton Home2Suites was thoroughly enjoyable. The room was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a convenient small kitchen setting that added an extra layer of comfort to my experience. While the room service schedule for changing bed sheets was every 3 or 4 days, likely due to the holiday season, this minor detail was overshadowed by the overall quality of service. The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was pleasant. The breakfast options were a highlight, offering a variety of tasty choices that exceeded my expectations for a hotel in this category. Kids love to make their own breakfast. This is a pet-friendly hotel. The cleanliness of the room and the efficiency of the staff in attending to their needs were commendable. This hotel strikes a perfect balance between comfort, convenience, and quality service, making it a great choice for travelers seeking a home away from home.

The check-in and out was smooth. Our stay is ok, the room is quite small but bed is comfy. The breakfast option was nice but the next day, we woke up a bit late, we joined buffet breakfast at 8:30AM but most of the food were gone and was not replaced. The location is good, near N. Lamar Ave and I-35 which is accesible to Downtown Austin.

Wonderful staff. I have stayed here for about a week and I believe their rates are very reasonable. There is a safe gas station and ihop within walking distance with it being a relatively quiet area with much to do around. The staff made me laugh each morning, and assisted me with each question and thing that I need right away. Specifically Kash, Verocina, and Blake! They are wonderful and I plan to stay at this location again.

The overall cleanliness wasn't good! Dirt in elevator, dirty windows, carpets stained and even the breakfast tables needed a good scrub! Around the corners of the tables had a lot filth and skin-grease.... In the hotel lobby and also in our room where a lot of mosquitoes.... Breakfast staff was very friendly and did a really good job... Whe booked breakfast seperate for 10$ for the two of us, but a lot of people didn't seem to know about the extra cost of the breakfast.... The breakfast cutlery and plates where plastic and it seemed a cheap option.... We didn't stay our second night, we booked a different hotel! We got a refund for our second night and we where promised that the manager would call us about our disappointment, but he never did call! This is our second time at a Hilton garden inn, and twice we found the properties run down, not clean and we will never book this hotel ever again!

La alarma de un carro estuvo sonando en la ventana de mi habitación por 1 hora 2 veces en la noche a la 1am y 4am , cuando fuimos al front desk el manager nos dijo que no podían hacer nada. Que llamaron la policía (pero claro que nunca llegó, pq el hotel es una propiedad privada y la policía no trabaja con ese tipo de incidentes). Sí hubiesen haber podido hacer algo, pero no hicieron nada. Se veían los guest caminando por los pasillos, todo frustrados sin poder dormir. Fue una terrible experiencia. Lo barato sale caro.

Great bed. Hip hotel with breakfast but 10 minutes before the end of breakfast, would not refill Pancake batter. Gave free waters & asked if all was ok. I would give them a B+
