"I booked family room clearly stated for 4 adults, the sofa bed for 2 was so narrow for 2 adults that the 2 adult children had to suffer so badly with stiff mussle the next morning as it was impossible to move the whole night. The hotel should clarify the sofa bed is only suitable for 2 children's only. Unlike my stay at Zermatt Cheminee hotel, the sofa bed consist of 2 single sofa, much wider like a normal double bed size. I hope future guest could learn from bad experience."

"Hotel was relatively accessible via public transport from Zurich HB. Shuttle busses are available at 10CHF and require advance booking at the main desk. Room was spacious but cleanliness was poor - wet and sticky stains were found on a menu and a table in the room. Room comes with a kettle and some tea but no bottled water."
