"The location of the hotel is beautiful. The room is large and clean. The waitresses are good. There are no more advantages on this. Parking spaces are only 2, in a narrow arky pass. After waiting for the administrator to decide his business on the phone and draw attention to us, I asked what to do with the parking space. I was silently given a printed memory with the addresses of the nearest parking lots and a script of dialogue with the outraged guest. "We stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel in Samara in July. I highly recommend it! The room wasn't particularly clean, there were no toothbrushes or toothpaste, no water, no slippers, and only one glass for tea/water, even though two people were staying. We asked reception for another glass and were told, "If they haven't stolen any from the kitchen, you can have one." There were no glasses. The pillows were miles long. The room was dark and not super clean. The only thing you could do in the room was take a hot shower. The room was 2,000 rubles per night. I have no desire to go back there."

"A good option for transit stop and rest. The hotel is in a green and quiet area. The area is tidy, pleased with the eye. A small street swimming pool helps relax (the swimming pool towels are in the room). Breakfast - choice is, not to say that everything is delicious, but it will be strengthened. Comfortable bed and pillows. There is not enough water in the room (there is a coller on the floor and you can buy water on the recipe). The bathroom (particularly the sink) is not very shiny. The towels are broken. The staff is friendly. In general, a good hotel in price/quality ratio. More than negatives. There will be an opportunity - we will visit with pleasure again.
