"非常好的酒店！感謝工作人員所有熱心及時的服務！ 1. 書香文化。酒店一樓有圖書館，無論是自己讀書還是在裡邊看書，環境都非常好，舒適安靜，窗外風景。有很多文學名著，《約翰克利斯朵夫》等； 2. 在房間裏可以觀潮，晚上潮水洶湧的時候，躺在床上就可以聽潮音，很方便。賞月宜人。 3.設施便利、房內用品乾淨、舒適。床睡的很舒服。 4.老闆沈總父子非常用心地經營這家酒店，他們也是海寧當地非常著名的企業家，企業經營低谷時候，也堅決不裁員。非常善良的企業家，經營酒店也非常用心！ 5.酒店綠化很好。有點類似法式園林的綠化風格。 6.中餐廳很多當地特色菜，價格實惠。特別是竹筍老鴨煲，特別好吃。好像是野鴨，肉味鮮美。 7. 傍晚送水果和小食，非常貼心！ 非常推薦大家來感受這家酒店，特別適合親子休閑，欣賞錢塘江大潮，周圍也有鹽官公園、博物館。自然與人文環境都非常好👍"

"The room was very clean, and I did not notice any areas that felt dirty during my stay. The location is excellent for anyone who has business at the university. However, for tourists, it may be less convenient, as there is no nearby metro or train station and traveling around requires taking a taxi. For me, since I was visiting a friend who studies at the university, the location was perfect. The staff were cheerful, friendly, and very helpful throughout my stay. The room was well equipped with most of the necessary amenities. The only thing missing was a refrigerator. Surprisingly (and amusingly), there was even laundry detergent provided 😂, which was a nice and unexpected touch."

"第一次來鹽官選了主唱酒店，客服小易提前聯繫，告知哪裡停車及如何進景區，每日還會告知觀潮時間等，還升級了套房，小朋友非常喜歡上下鋪。去景區接駁車也很方便，出酒店就能去公園觀潮很方便，負一樓的音樂博物館也很好玩，還參加了酒店的手工活動。早餐現做的蛋餅和蛋卷很美味，還能去幻境樂園玩水，活動豐富到來不及玩，下次準備二刷來玩劇本殺。老公對房間的枕頭讚不絕口，緩解頭疼有奇效 哈哈。再次感謝客服小易。"

"閨女是新小四，打卡語文第一課《觀潮》來到鹽官潮樂之城，住在了宣德門酒店，天天音樂天天潮，是這裏的slogan，觀了潮，品嚐了乾隆御膳房和河舫宴，坐了船，去了金庸書院和孔子廟，還有音樂博物館。觀潮勝地公園在外面，需要單獨買票，可以坐接駁車或遊船來回。酒店非常滿意，房間大，設施齊全，管家回消息及時，入住前一天會聯繫加微信，發攻略，很周到。表揚前台蘭蘭和燕子，還有一種服務人員，很有眼力見，幫忙抬嬰兒車，存行李，都是年輕小姑娘小夥子，都很有禮貌，入住體驗不錯，還有室外無邊泳池，孩子有點感冒就沒去，但看着不錯。等兒子四年級還想來，下次農曆八月十八再來吧，因為不是大潮，就沒有多大的潮可看，哈哈哈哈，不過古城還是挺好看的。"

"1.自駕可以直接停在景區大門裡，步行2分鐘到服務中心辦理入住，再步行兩分鐘可以到酒店，如果停在立體停車場則需要坐接駁車不是很方便。 2.酒店位置雖然離觀潮公園和潮幻水境比較遠，但來回都有接駁車，但它位置靠近景區門口，穿過橋就可以吃飯和給孩子游戲做任務。 3.景區目前還有部分還在建設中，對於大人來説它的設施可能不是那麼成熟，周邊可能沒啥外賣。但對孩子來説，三天兩夜也能玩的盡興。 4.酒店衞生、環境都還不錯，工作人員也是有需求及時響應，樓下大廳的檸檬茶清甜可口。"
