Hotel 3 Bintang di Schaumburg

We have stayed at this Marriott several times over the last 18 months, and have consistently had a great experience. The staff are friendly, professional and accommodating. Umberto, one of the bartenders, always remembers our names, and our preferred cocktail! On out most recent stay, I need to mention Jeremiah who checked us in at the front desk. My reservation was was for a standard room, but as a Gold Elite member, I was entitled to a complimentary upgrade on a space available basis. When I initially inquired about the upgrade, Jeremiah was concerned they were full, but he cheerfully checked the system and found us an upgrade on the Club Level and even gave us access to the M Lounge, all included along with our original reservation. Jeremiah did a phenomenal job taking care of us, and he is one of the several reasons we’ll continue to stay at this property.

We used the park, sleep, fly option for O'Hare airport at the Four Points by Sheraton in Schaumburg, and could not have been more pleased. We stayed at the hotel the night before our flight. The hotel was up-to-date, the room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet, which was important to us as my husband worked from there the following morning. He was able to do so with no problems as their wifi connections were good. After my husband completed his Google Teams meeting that morning, the hotel called an uber for us and we were off to the airport, with no problems. When we returned from our trip, we called the hotel, and they had an uber pick us up at O'Hare--again with no problems. The hotel paid for our uber ride both to/from the airport. Parking for our car was available in any spot in their parking lot. We left our car there for 20 nights in a well-lit spot and had no problems. We will definitely use them again as our experience was great, and the cost was over $150 cheaper (including the night at the hotel) than just parking at PreFlight Parking, which we have used several times before.

Great hotel. Very clean both publick places and the room. Friendly staff in distinguishable uniform, warm environment. Hot breakfast is lovely beginning ofbthe morning

Kim the day check in lady was very nice and helpful. The night lady not so nice but rude. I've been going to same hotel for 6 years and never had bad service.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It’s clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly. It would be better if the breakfast could provide more variety. The air conditioner in the room is a little bit noisy, but most hotels are same.

出差最後一天住在這裏，第二天趕飛機，還要還車，所以就住這裏。附近吃飯也很方便，開車不遠有mall，選擇很多。第二天一早，因為要坐好久的飛機回國，吃了一個big breakfast，很贊！

Stayed here over New Years Eve because I needed to be in town for work. I specifically chose this hotel because I noticed the outdoor grills and firepit. I called the hotel prior to booking to confirm that at least one of the grills would be available. They were typically closed for the winter but one was available. Rates were a little higher on NYE than the following night but, overall, the prices I thought were quite reasonable. I had 316 and it was great. Spacious, good lighting coverage, comfortable and modern. Very large television so I could plug in my computer and watch movies. Refrigerator and microwave but no stovetop, and the room also had an assortment of dishes, glassware, mugs and utensils - and a dishwasher. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and when I wanted to use the grill to cook up my steak, the manager came out to light the fire and even provided me with a grilling utensil kit. Very Nice. Breakfast on the morning after New Years Eve was a madhouse. The hotel was quite booked. The food was decent. Certainly not a gourmet meal, most of it was commercially prepared items (like the preformed omelettes, which were kinda tasty), I think there was a waffle maker but that was overrun by families. I had the oatmeal with some dried fruit and orange juice. Nice.
