The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The hotel breakfast was also excellent—a wide variety of options, clean and hygienic, with home-style and delicious flavors. I ate very comfortably. Overall, I had a fantastic stay; the environment was clean and quiet, and the price was incredibly reasonable. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

"The room was spacious, but the bathroom was extremely small. It had a separate wet and dry area, but the shower area was too tiny, less than one square meter. In a family room, it was impossible to bathe with a child. The shower's hot and cold water indicators were upside down, and the water wouldn't heat up even after running for a long time. The bedside lamp was poorly designed, very low, and the light hit my head. The inner seals on the shampoo and body wash bottles were impossible to tear open; I had to use the pointed end of a toothpaste tube to pry them open, which was extremely difficult. Also, the bathroom had a mat, so the water barely drained, almost turning it into a bathtub; I had to remove it. There was no heating, making showering very cold in August. Additionally, the walls were made of cement. The soundproofing was poor; I was woken up by other guests in the middle of the night. Overall, the experience was terrible.
