"The hotel & it's ambience so cool but i met with an incident which I have never met before in any other hotels as I am a traveller I visited many places & stayed in so many hotels this is the first time i happen to face such a misbehavior (sexually) from a person on the reception. I don't want to mention all one in the reception but one guy who looks like an Asian I can't recognize his name he weared a black pant & white shirt . I don't know I am the first person who's facing the pathetic situation but i am sure that there may be guest who faced my situation from this particular guy. If the management don't take a powerful action against him this hotel will have to face a shutdown due to this guy. Considering all the other good factor that i get from the hotel I am not supposed to give any complaint to the ministry of tourism. So please take necessary action against this guy in order to safeguard your reputation & the continuity of your business."
