Penginapan Indigo di Shanghai

We loved staying at the hotel indigo and will return when we visit Shanghai again. The views from the bar are a sight to behold not to mention the view from the room itself which was a Panoramic view of the bund. The staff were helpful and attentive and the rooms were spacious and clean. I booked buffet breakfast with the room and was surprised by the sheer variety on offer! From dim sum to eggs and bacon to congee! There was so much to choose from. It was our first trip to mainland China and it will not be the last thanks to the hospitality of the Chinese people and the beautiful sights, sounds and food.

I had an incredibly pleasant and memorable experience during my stay at Hotel Indigo Shanghai Jing’an. The hotel boasts elegant artistic design, cozy environment and great location in central Jing’an, bringing a distinctive Shanghai-style aesthetic atmosphere. The guest room is tidy, comfortable and well-equipped with complete facilities. The overall hygiene condition is excellent, quiet and suitable for relaxation. I would like to specially appreciate two lovely staff members, Fanny and Lucky. They provided warm, patient and thoughtful service throughout my stay. Both of them are professional, friendly and attentive to every small need of guests. Their sincere hospitality made my trip much more comfortable and heartwarming. From check-in to daily service, every detail shows high-quality hotel management. With convenient transportation, nice environment and top-notch service, this hotel is totally worth recommending. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Shanghai.

We had a wonderful three-night stay. The hotel is modern, spotless, and very comfortable. I especially loved the automatic curtains that opened when I entered the room—it made me feel welcomed every time I came back. The swimming pool is fantastic as well, clean, perfect water temperature, and ideal for lap swimming. The service was excellent. Every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. I would like to express my special gratitude to Dave Liu and Carter Xue. As foreign visitors without Alipay or WeChat Pay, we weren’t able to rent public bicycles on our own. Dave and Carter went above and beyond by using their personal WeChat Pay to help us check out bicycles. Their kindness allowed us to enjoy a wonderful bike ride around Dishui Lake, which I highly recommend. Thank you, Dave and Carter, for your exceptional help!
