Hotel berhampiran Regus Asia Square, Singapura

My second stay in this hotel. Mrt station is just downstair so very convenient for tourists. Weekend will be very quiet and hardly any food nearby unless you walk or order in. Room was huge and have a nice view! Was surprised that Westin has not many paid channels on the TV. Maybe time to add in netfix. Pool has a lovely view and make sure you bring along your sunblock. Hotel breakfast has improved as compared to previous time. Any minus points? Well The two front desk ladies were a-bit cold during the check-in. No smile at all and was not that “willing” to issue me a parking coupon which ultimately my guy said he would pay for the parking. Thank goodness, i did not see them when i check out. Instead , its the same guy who checked me in the previous time! He still remembered me! Good memory! Thank you Mr Bobby Chan for your warm smile that made me feel welcome to book the hotel again!

Honestly the best stay I’ve had in the longest time.It was my son’s birthday and I had a complimentary upgrade to a 2 bedroom instead and it was amazing.Super clean and spacious and we had the best time.The view was amazing cause it was facing the sea.Thank you to the staffs for being so accommodating and welcoming.We received a complimentary cake too.I look forward to coming back here again.A great staycay!

Staying at this self-check-in hotel was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The seamless and efficient check-in process made arriving a breeze, allowing me to skip the usual lines and paperwork associated with traditional hotels. The intuitive self-service posters and staff guided me through each step, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and always available to assist with any queries or requests. Despite the self-check-in model, I never felt like I was lacking in personalized service. Whether it was providing local recommendations or promptly addressing any concerns, they went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction

Location : near to tanjong Pagar, green line mrt. Just two min walk. Very peaceful and quiet. Near to a beautiful park. Nearby area is Chinatown, lots of Chinese and Japanese food restaurants around this hotel. Room : Deluxe room is spacious, clean, with all required amenities. There is hairdryer, mini fridge, hot water jug, enough space to put your luggage. However, there is no microwave/oven. Staff : Some staff is good but I sense that an attitude of hospitality is missing overall. I am saying this because : 1. I was not given early check in even after request. I requested that if possible please accommodate. The lady either ignored or forgot my request and gave me check in just half an hour before 2.00 pm. 2. Breakfast time is 6.30 to 10.00. On next day, I woke up on 10.05,I immediately called restaurant that due to jet lag, I could not wake up and I very new to find out options outside hotel. So pls allow me to come have a small limited breakfast. She plainly said no, kitchen is closed 3. On the day of check out, I requested 2 hours extension as I was having fever, I received plain No. I am a very frequent traveller and I have had very very pleasant experiences from hotels lesser than 4 star. I couldn't simply fathom the lack of sympathy from the staff. 4. I dropped a medicine for my colleague staying in same hotel at reception because she was sick like me and she was more in need of it. The reception didn't bother to deliver it to her. Upon asking, reception said, there is not enough staff. One more observation is that very very limited option of cooked food for vegetarians in breakfast. Samosa / spring roll, bread that's it. While very good spread for non vegetarian. It should be considered that my stay was for 7 nights.

I was celebrating my husband’s birthday at Ritz Carlton. We were amazed with the service and room assigned. The club lounge has excellent service, would specifically love to compliment, Firdaus and Moira. Both of them had made our stay an extraordinary experience. We will love to be back for more celebrations. High recommending hotel to enjoy excellent service and view!

Biliknya agak luas, mempunyai keperluan harian, dan serba lengkap. Pengangkutan adalah sangat mudah dan kalis bunyi agak lemah, tetapi ia tidak menjejaskan pujian saya untuk hotel ini. Lokasi adalah raja Lagipun, apabila anda melancong, anda menghabiskan lebih banyak masa di luar. Saya tidak membeli sarapan pagi. Ada Kiliney, Yakun, dll. 5-10 minit dari hotel Tidak perlu beratur di rumah K, terdapat banyak kategori, disyorkan Disyorkan untuk perniagaan ekonomi jangka pendek, penginapan peribadi dan pelancong. I must say their attention to detail is top notch. We booked a Staycation here just after our wedding. Wasn't under any hotel wedding package but we were pleasantly greeted with a note & cake in our room. Amenities were all well maintained with a huge area for makeup & hair which I love. The view from the room was amazing, everything was clean & tidy. Not forgetting, the amazing breakfast spread is a MUST have!

The hotel’s location is very convenient, it’s about 7 minutes walk to the subway station. There is 7eleven store in 1 minute walk from the hotel. The rooms are clean. There is a swimming pool on the forth floor. The Arab district is around the corner. You can enjoy it in the morning while there are no crowds

Kemudahan: cukup lengkap termasuk kolam renang dan gim. Selain peralatan mandian biasa, bilik ini juga mempunyai peti keselamatan dan peti sejuk. Bilik ini agak kecil, tetapi ia mudah untuk bergerak. Kebersihan: Ia agak bersih dan tiada kesan yang jelas. Tandas juga bersih. Persekitaran: Persekitaran dalaman dan luaran sangat baik, dan lobi di tingkat satu sangat besar. Lokasi juga sangat baik, sangat dekat dengan tarikan penting. Perkhidmatan: Lelaki di meja depan mempunyai sikap biasa-biasa, dan bahasa Cinanya sederhana, dan saya hampir tidak dapat memahaminya. Pengurus lobi mempunyai sikap perkhidmatan yang sangat baik dan sangat mesra.

Pilihan pertama untuk menginap di hotel ini adalah kerana ia terletak betul-betul selepas stesen MRT Lavender Ia sangat mudah untuk pengangkutan Terdapat banyak restoran berdekatan untuk sarapan, makan tengah hari, makan malam dan snek lewat malam, serta pasar raya McDonald's dan Tradisional. , pengangkutan yang mudah, tempat makan yang selesa, dan perjalanan yang cepat ke dan dari tempat-tempat pelancongan Ia adalah hotel yang disyorkan dan saya akan menginap lagi apabila saya pergi ke Singapura.
