I had absolutely no real issues with this hotel whatsoever. It didn’t really set my heart alight but considering the excellent price, the proximity to the city centre, the excellent transport links and the overall cleanliness (including sweet scented foyer!), I would rate it more than average. I mean, I booked this just a week in advance and by no means felt shortchanged for my three-night stay. It really was great value for money next to similar hotels nearer the centre. Thank you.

My partner and I have just come back after a new year break in Brussels. After reading the reviews we were a bit sceptical about the hotel but we had a really pleasant stay. The hotel is fine for what we needed it for-mainly to sleep after a long day exploring Brussels. The rooms were basic-yes, but clean and comfortable. The location is great, around a 15minute walk into the main square and a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station which we used to access the atomium. We didn't find the area to be uncomfortable, even when walking home on New Year's Eve at 1am. We booked as part of a Eurostar package and for the price we paid we were very happy. You get what you pay for! Can't comment on the breakfast as we didn't book as part of our package-there are lots of places in the centre to eat.

it was very cozy & nice hotel, not expensive at all. All staff are gentle. but it was shame that I found a cup with colored water on the desk, maybe someone drunk. anyway myabe I will stay next time.

We booked several rooms for a group and in general the hotel and the rooms looked amazing but sadly that was just the looks. The beds are way too soft, the lights are not working properly: you cannot turn on the lights in the bathroom if the lights in the room are not on. Plus the lights turn on and off whenever they like and without any reason. Sometimes you cannot just turn them on. The water is also like this: you either shower with boiling water or ice cold water, there is nothing in between. I would definitely not recommend this hotel and probably the three stars are like two…

The only reason it deserves a star is because the staff was helpful when you asked them something and the rooms are incredibly spacious, other than that, avoid at all cost. Broken aircon, broken tiles in the bathroom that stick to your feet, horrible beds, only 2 small lights in the whole room worked, I could see the sewage from the toilet above me, ... On top of that, it's location moght appear safe at first being right next to the police station, but they deal ***** right in front of it. It's a smelly neighborhood, I've seen someone sh*t against a wall 50m from the hotel, ... Brussels is a horrible place to begin with but this made my opinion even worse. The rooms where adequately cleaned, but the staff can only do ao much with a completely worn out place. The 'hair dryer' they advertise with is a hand dryer as seen in public toilets, nothing useable. My colleague couldn't even get in his toilet at first as the lock was broken. Another weird things was that on the 3rd day, I suddenly had a 3rd bed in my room, most likely preparation for the next week, but a very odd feeling to experience, as if they invaded my privacy. Should've taken pictures, but only have 2 videos I sent to the office.
