"We stayed for 3 nights during April 2025 and liked very much the location and service. The room was nice and clean, the location very close to the Bear lake so we enjoyed a few minutes walk to the lake. The breakfast was good, the only downside is that if you come late after 9:40 is no longer replenished. It is super hot in the room, we asked for the heat to be totally switched off and even so the temperature was high, thus it is perfect for the heat lovers. Overall it was a very nice experience and I would choose the same location if I would return to Sovata."

"If relaxation had a headquarters, this hotel might be it. The spa/treatment area was so good I briefly considered cancelling real life and moving in permanently. The breakfast? Dangerous levels of tasty — I went down for “just coffee” and somehow left with three plates. The reception staff deserve a special mention, especially the gentleman at reception whose politeness, professionalism, and dedication truly stood out throughout the stay. Friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive — exactly the kind of person who makes guests feel genuinely welcome. A huge thank you as well to masseur Laszlo for one of the best massages I’ve had. Fantastic technique combined with real hospitality and professionalism made the experience exceptional. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and packed with thoughtful amenities that made the stay feel properly luxurious. What truly makes this place special is the beautiful location surrounded by nature. The bio walks, fresh air, and health-focused areas create such a peaceful atmosphere, whether you want total relaxation, gentle activities, or simply a quiet escape. It’s genuinely suitable for everyone — couples, families, spa lovers, or anyone needing a reset. Honestly, the only stressful part of the trip was having to check out."

"Very nice big rooms and great spa. Staff was nice and friendly. Great location Unfortunately the parking area is too small amd I had to park on the side of the road away fron the hotel. The cleaning lady never cleaned the room, even when the sign on the door was askibg for it."

"Everything was as expected and even beyond in some aspects. The staff is friendly and helpful. They all speak Romanian, Hungarian and English. The rooms are big enough and the cleaners are doing a good job. We had breakfast and dinner included and the food was good and varied. The SPA is great but can be a bit crowded as it serves 3 hotels: Sovata, Bradet and Ursina. The parking is a bit crowded too but we found a parking spot - that costs 15 RON per day. Our daughter forgot her plush toy in the room and we found out too late, but the staff went above and beyond and sent it to our home through a fast courier service."

"We had a great time at the hotel and recommend it 1. the room was very clean 2. the food (we had breakfast and dinner) was diverse and really delicious, 3. the staff is very attentive to the guests needs 4. based on the bracelets we received we had the access included to Lacul Ursu, and could enter as many times per day as we wished (regular tickets bought at the cashhers desk at the lake only provide 1 entry/day) 5. The hotel has its own spa area, and access to the pools and sauna was included In the room we were in there were 2 separate beds put together, so there are 2 beds, not 1 - but they were really confortable. Also, we had to pay separately for the parking."
