很多人提起北京前門文華東方酒店，總會先給它貼上一些標簽：衚衕裏的奢華酒店、中軸線旁的隱祕居所、前門更新項目的代表作……但如果拋開這些外界賦予的定義，衹從居住體驗本身出發，它給我留下最深的印象，其實是兩個字：舒服。 這種舒服並不來自某一個具體的設施，而是一種整體的感受。 酒店藏在北京前門衚衕深處，從熱鬧的街巷轉入院門，彷彿一下子進入了另一種時間尺度。灰磚、黛瓦、院牆、樹影，所有元素都屬於北京，卻沒有刻意去強調“北京”。設計沒有停留在符號層面，而是把衚衕院落的生活方式重新組織了一遍，讓人真正住進了一座現代北京小院。 北京的夏天尤其適合這裏。 午後的陽光透過枝葉灑落在院中，樹上的斑鳩安靜地停在枝頭。坐在院子裏，看雲從屋檐與灰牆之間緩緩飄過，會突然理解為什麼老北京人總説“院子裏要有棵樹”。樹不僅提供陰涼，也讓時間有了變化。風在變，光在變，樹影也在變。 很多人會提到這裏“藏在衚衕裏”，但真正值得體會的並不衹是藏，而是那種與北京城市文化之間若即若離的關係。牆外是前門的煙火與人流，牆內卻依然保留着院落生活特有的尺度感。抬頭能看到天空，低頭能看到樹根與青磚，耳邊偶爾傳來鳥鳴，這些看似平常的細節，在今天的城市裡反而變得珍貴。 服務同樣給人留下很好的印象。 不是那種刻意熱情的服務，而是一種真誠且有分寸感的照顧。需要幫助的時候總能及時出現，不需要的時候又保持恰當距離。很多高端酒店都能做到專業，但能讓人感受到真誠並不容易，而這裏恰恰有這種能力。 臨近退房時，我與值班經理 Chloe 聊了一會兒。原本衹是一次簡單的交流，卻意外成為此次入住體驗中令人印象深刻的一部分。她詳細介紹了酒店42間客房的設計理念與空間特點，從不同院落佈局到客房之間的細微差異，都講解得十分耐心。能夠感受到她對這家酒店發自內心的理解與熱愛，也讓人對這座隱藏於衚衕中的酒店有了更完整的認識。在此也特別感謝 Chloe 的分享與接待。 離開的時候，我反而覺得這家酒店最珍貴的地方，並不是它有多奢華，而是在北京這樣一座快速變化的城市裡，它依然保留了一種院落生活的氣質。 樹蔭、灰牆、夏雲、鳥鳴。 這些看似尋常的事物，共同構成了我心中關於北京夏天的一部分記憶。 如果説住酒店是在體驗一個空間，那麼前門文華東方更像是在體驗一種屬於北京的生活方式。它未必適合所有人，但對於願意慢下來感受這座城市的人來説，這裏確實處處是風景。

Nice well designed property, however, the service was not what is expected from an MO property. The members of staff did not seem like they had adequate training and were often unsure at simple requests. Furthermore, things such emptying the bin during the house keeping service were over looked. Breakfast was also not up to standard. In addition, there was also confusion regarding ticket bookings for Tiananmen Square.

This was our first family trip to Beijing, and we stayed at the Wanda Vista Hotel for two days 14,15 of Jan. The hotel has two entrances, which can be a little confusing at first. This may be due to the nearby construction, but it was still easy to find our way around. The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is very close to the SKP shopping mall. We enjoyed walking around the area and admiring the surrounding skyscrapers. The hotel room was very clean; however, the sound insulation could be improved. At checkout 16/Jan, we spoke with Miss Young at the reception. She listened carefully to our feedback and made us feel valued and respected. Her professional and thoughtful service left us with a very pleasant impression and gave our holiday a happy ending.

I travelled solo to beijing first time. Xilian hotel was an amazing experince. I just loved the service and the manners they had. The lovely man who checked me in knew english and upgraded me which I am so thankful for. The room service was very polite. One person stood out for their service as a receptionist, Li Jia-Hui employee number 13, she helped me for so long through out the night to book my tickets to badaling great wall of china. She was an amazing professional person that I am so grateful for. People like her really makes me want to come back to Xilian hotel next time I am in beijing. The hotel was super clean, everything worked, laundry self service was really good and automated, it dispensed the detergent itself. They even had ironing equipment too. The gym was good, but it would be nice to have a small rack of dumbell weights, they also gave water in the gym. The room was just amazing it had automated curtains, and Led lights in the mirrors and under the bed. They even had extra mirrors with lights on it for attention to detail on your face. The toilets are super clean and automated. Music played when you walked in. The sofas in the room were like brand new. The bed was super comfortable. I had 2 huge tvs one infront of the bed and the other infront of the sofa. I didnt use the tv so not sure about the channels. The hot tub i had in my room was out of this world, i really loved it. Super hygenic because they gave a plastic clear sheet to put in the hot tub then you step inside it and enjoy, then rip the sheet up after to let the water to be drained. The shower also also really big and clean with some sort of stoned or marble flooring with shower gel and stuff supplied. Slippers were given in the room also bottles of water (it was really good water) and some small cans of coke and sprite i think it was and some herbal tea bags you can make yourself. Robots were delivering food around the hotel which was cool to see. Also the light controls in the rooms were lovely, with different settings on them. They had a cafe down stairs that was nice. Breakfast was really nice all different types of food were given a wide variety anyone would be pleased. It was absolutely delicious. The hotel was top quailty it made my stay in beijing much more enjoyable. It was also nice and warm even though it was freezing outside in december. Special thanks to Li Jia-Hui employee number 13 truly grateful to her she went so far just to help me she deserves a bonus. If you read this review and trying to decide to stay here, trust me just book here you will enjoy your stay.

Saya biasanya tidak menulis ulasan Kali ini saya tinggal selama 4 hari berturut-turut dan ingin berkongsi perasaan saya. Puji lelaki yang memberi salam di depan pintu kerana bersikap mesra dan sopan, terutamanya pintar dan mempunyai rasa perkhidmatan yang kuat. Terima kasih kepada Gu Liang dari Daftar masuk dan daftar keluar kerana membantu saya menyelesaikan keperluan saya. Lijin berada di lokasi yang sangat baik, dengan Laluan 5 di sebelahnya. Ia sangat mudah untuk mencapai pelbagai tarikan, dan ia juga sangat dekat dengan Wangfujing dengan berjalan kaki.

Excellent stay with my family. The hotel is very clean, modern, and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, and the location is perfect, close to major attractions, shopping areas, and public transportation. A special thanks to Kevin for his outstanding service and professionalism. He was extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Kevin went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Overall, the service and facilities exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for families and travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and great hospitality. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The PuXuan Hotel and Spa, is definitely ONE OF A KIND. It is truly a luxurious experience. We experienced several aspects of the hotel: room service, laundry, spa, and even special requests. Our journey started when we arrived to the hotel at 8am. The staff welcomed us warmly and offered tot ake care of our luggage while we explored Beijing and came back to do the proper check-in. We stayed at the parking lobby for a while, and they never tried to push us out. (In other hotels they do). Once we checked in, everything just kept improving. The rooms is simply magnificent, a “smart room” but in a really SMART. No over complicated controls, everything was user-friendly. I want to highlight the design of the room, and specially THE BATHROOM. I loved the sower, everything was clean and offered a great shower experience. Then the HOTEL SERVICES MY GOD, kudos to the all of the staff. We ordered room service and the menu was INCREDIBLE. We are from Mexico and they had Quesadillas, and a great wagyu burger! The service was quick and the food was delicious. The Creme Brulee was my favorite. We also request some laundry and MY GOD the quality of it. My linen shirt came back AS GOOD AS NEW, honestly. No single crease. About the hotel SPA, it was a truly magical experience. I reserved a traditional Chinese Medicine massage and the service was great. Although, from what I’ve experienced in other hotel spas, the price for me was a little bit off, despite the ambiance and the quality of the room. One note is that the robe felt old, it had some loose threads (and I mean I know this is is a small detail, but with everything else being just perfect, it just felt out of place to be honest). Now, the cherry on top WAS THEY NOTICED MY BIRTHDAY. Like, even i had forgotten it! Honestly! They went above and beyond to make this a truly special occasion for me! I was really touched by this present. With the overall experience I was really motivated to comeback to the PuXuan but with this small but significant detail I WILL DEFINITELY KEEP COMING BACK. Needless to say the food, the breakfast, the overall quality of the place is spectacular. Yes, maybe it can feel too modern at times, but you can feel the Chinese hospitality and details through the hotel. The hotel manager was kind enough to wave us goodbye at the checkout (and I loved her shoes by the way, she was so stylish). The location is good for weekday but doesn't not good for weekend because opposite the hotel have a lot of club and bars . So that if you are come back from outside is super jam , and during the weekend if u r come down on mid night a lot of hangovers person r sit on the hotel sofa . The breakfast also not really yummy although have variety of foods but is good location for people wanted to go tai koo li . there have a lot of shops and milk tea store . Facilities of the hotel r super good especially their wellness center inside have gym , swimming pool and 1/2 basketball court . There also have spa center open until 11 pm , this is a very good point for a hotel facility. Overall , if the hotel breakfast food quality can be improve I think it will plus point , hotel rooms itself a bit old compare to the display photos. I think need to do some deep cleaning for the maintenance.

The quality of service from the friendly staff was impeccable. We were particularly well looked after by the manager (Andy) whose excellent English made check in easy. We were also fortunate to be upgraded to a suite, which was spacious and offered plenty of space for a family. The hotel location and breakfast were also both excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Millennium Beijing. The location is incredibly convenient, very close to the station and just steps away from a mall, which made exploring and grabbing meals easy. The service was excellent. The staff kindly brought our luggages up to the room, which was a nice touch. What truly made the stay special, though, was the birthday surprise waiting for me: fresh fruits, a cake, and a handwritten greeting card. It was such a thoughtful gesture that really made me feel welcomed and appreciated. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was so comfortable that I had a lovely night's sleep. I also have to mention the view, it was absolutely amazing, especially in the morning when watching the sunrise over the city.
