Hotel Beijing dengan Spa

説實話，第一次在北京住宿，就住了這個酒店，真是拔高了我的眼界及對北京的看法。 五一一家三口來北京玩兒，老婆説來都來了，就沖下這個吧，體驗一下北京的院子。 符合頂奢的體驗，房間佈局合理，四合院景色宜人，服務到位，地理位置優越，外賣資源極其豐富，早餐全是現點現做的，就是沒去體驗酒吧及酒店的活動，等以後有機會的吧。 講下兩點不舒服的地方，供參考。 一、打車到酒店門口，接客小哥上來問我是幹嘛的，我第一時間愣住了，然後説是辦理入住的，不是責怪他，可能我穿的確實比較隨意，但這也確實有點冒犯到我。 二、最後一天的早餐，感覺人不是很多，但上菜巨慢……我們十點去的，本以為半個小時吃飯足夠了，因為前面一天差不多十五分鐘就能上齊菜，結果這次光等菜就等了半小時…… 總體而言，非常棒，以後有機會肯定還會去，後味很足，現在想起來都十分美好，晚上在院子裏，聽歌看星星💫

This was our first family trip to Beijing, and we stayed at the Wanda Vista Hotel for two days 14,15 of Jan. The hotel has two entrances, which can be a little confusing at first. This may be due to the nearby construction, but it was still easy to find our way around. The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is very close to the SKP shopping mall. We enjoyed walking around the area and admiring the surrounding skyscrapers. The hotel room was very clean; however, the sound insulation could be improved. At checkout 16/Jan, we spoke with Miss Young at the reception. She listened carefully to our feedback and made us feel valued and respected. Her professional and thoughtful service left us with a very pleasant impression and gave our holiday a happy ending.

I have stayed at this hotel a night. I have contacted with someone and talked for 9 minutes about scheduled a shuttle bus with the phone number at Trip.com a day ago we arrived. But there was happened several things as shown below, 1. There was no one were waiting for us at the Arrival area of the airport. 2. Then we find the information desk of the Beijing Capital International airport to ask her to call to the hotel. The phone number was the same number was talking yesterday. But the reception of that hotel was now nothing about we are arriving and told her that the shuttle bus after 8:00 PM will be 100 RMB. 3. I was confused and cached taxi, so it was only 20 RMB distance. Also the taxi driver was trying to have more money. So I gave him 30 RMB. 4. The reception of that hotel was completely nothing understand in English and seemed have no possibility to discuss about this happen. Also didn't explain us anything about breakfast time, wifi password, dining places, working time of swimming pool and sauna, also shuttle bus to the airport. 5. We have arrived at 8:30 PM, and we needed to have dinner and asked a guy from hotel about where to find restaurant and he called us a taxi and told us will be call a taxi for us, so we changed our Wechat addresses. Then the guy wrote us to catch a taxi yourselves from the street. Then restaurants cashier said no to us to call a taxi. 6. So we go out and show the hotel address to several taxies, but no one knows that address. So we walked and luckily asked a taxi who tried hard to find the hotel address and found it after long time find thought applications. But the taxi asked us much more money to take us to the hotel. But that was only 10 min drive distance. 7. I called to the room service which is pushed 0 from room phone, and a lady who was speaking in English said their manager will contact me back when I told her about shuttle bus didn't arrive. Then there are no ones contacted me back. 8. I have talked with another guy who was speaking English when I get my room, with a phone of the guy who let us to our room, he said that the swimming pool and massage will be start at 10:00 AM in the morning, but it was opened 8:00 AM when I come to the swimming pool and SPA. So I wondered why customer service of this hotel working so poor. But the hotel and room was nice, but the customer service is so poor seemed for me. I just wanted to write about this for other hotel guests to be careful. Thanks, Best regards,

My recent stay at Mandarin Oriental was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the experience reflected the brand’s hallmark of luxury, warmth, and impeccable service. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and fluent in English, which made the stay very comfortable—especially when we were unsure about certain arrangements. The location was excellent, making it convenient to explore the city while still enjoying a peaceful and refined retreat within the hotel. The food quality was very good, and while the offerings were enjoyable, a wider variety would make the dining experience even better. A very special mention goes to Adele Yang, Duty Manager, who truly went above and beyond. Despite our late check-in, she took the time to personally assist us and even gave us a tour of the hotel at that hour. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care left a lasting impression and exemplified the exceptional service Mandarin Oriental is known for. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay. I look forward to returning and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a refined and welcoming luxury experience.

Penginapan (yang terlalu) Singkat tetapi Menakjubkan: Ulasan Saya tentang **** Summer Palace Penginapan saya di **** Summer Palace sungguh ajaib, satu kemuncak sebenar perjalanan saya ke Beijing. Saya terus disambut dengan nama—satu sambutan peribadi yang menakjubkan yang menetapkan nada untuk keseluruhan lawatan. Ia terasa kurang seperti mendaftar masuk dan lebih seperti diterima sebagai tetamu kehormat. Hotel itu sendiri merupakan sebuah karya agung ketenangan dan kemewahan. Kemudahannya, terut****ya kolam renang, gimnasium dengan mesin-mesin terbaik dan bonus yang tidak dijangka iaitu studio Reformer Pilates, benar-benar mengagumkan. Ia adalah cara yang sempurna untuk berehat selepas seharian bersiar-siar. Apa yang menjadikan tempat ini menonjol ialah aksesnya yang tiada tandingan ke Summer Palace. Keistimewaan memasuki kawasan tersebut terus melalui pintu belakang peribadi adalah satu pengal**** yang tidak dapat ditiru. Ia terasa seperti kunci rahsia ke dunia kemegahan empayar, membolehkan saat-saat VIP yang damai sebelum orang ramai tiba. Setiap perincian, daripada daftar masuk yang lancar hingga pemergian saya yang berat hati, dikendalikan dengan penuh keanggunan yang menjadikan perjalanan solo saya terasa dimanjakan sepenuhnya. Bagi sesiapa yang mencari gabungan unik antara sejarah dan percutian mewah, **** Summer Palace merupakan impian mutlak.

The services from this hotel was excellent, we enjoyed our stays here. Room is clean and spacious for a family size of 4. Location is very strategic and walking distance to malls nearby, with many choices of food available. I’d recommend this place as it’s nearby Tiananmen Square with only 10-15 mins cab ride or walking distance of 1 hr. There is a big bookstore nearby if you explore the places The Beijing Book Building. Overall we are very satisfied with the hotel, location and the great services by the hotel staff.

The quality of service from the friendly staff was impeccable. We were particularly well looked after by the manager (Andy) whose excellent English made check in easy. We were also fortunate to be upgraded to a suite, which was spacious and offered plenty of space for a family. The hotel location and breakfast were also both excellent.

Yang Baik: Kami tiba untuk mendapati bilik kami dinaik taraf kepada yang lebih besar (walaupun saya tidak pasti sepenuhnya itu adalah kelebihan). Bilik-biliknya sangat besar—lebih 50m²—dengan bilik almari pakaian, tab mandi dan katil besar. Lokasinya sangat baik, hanya 2 minit berjalan kaki ke APM Mall dan betul-betul di sebelah Jalan Wangfujing. Yang Buruk: Hotel ini tidak mempunyai jalan masuk yang sesuai di lobi, dan terdapat tangga menuju ke kaunter penerimaan tetamu. Kami sekeluarga mengembara selama dua minggu di China dengan tiga beg pakaian besar dan dua beg lebih kecil, dan penjaga pintu meminta saya untuk membawa segala-galanya menaiki tangga sendiri. Bilik-bilik sangat memerlukan pengubahsuaian—banyak lekapan rosak. Dalam satu bilik, kaca di atas meja kopi tergelincir apabila anak-anak saya secara tidak sengaja bersandar di atasnya, yang agak berbahaya. Kedua-dua bilik yang kami tempah berada dalam keadaan buruk yang sama. Pengemasan tidak konsisten—mereka membersihkan satu bilik tetapi melangkau bilik yang lain sehingga kami bertanya. Peralatan mandian terhad kepada hanya topi mandi melainkan diminta. Hotel itu mendakwa ini adalah sebahagian daripada program alam sekitar, tetapi anehnya, bilik yang satu lagi penuh dengan stok, menjadikan alasan itu berasa tidak ikhlas. Oleh kerana biliknya sangat besar, sesetengah kawasan berdebu dan tidak dibersihkan dengan betul. Kawalan pencahayaan juga menyusahkan—tiada suis induk, jadi anda perlu berjalan-jalan menghidupkan berbilang lampu hanya untuk mencerahkan ruang.

We have a lovely stay at the four seasons Beijiing, the room was very nice and spacious and the hotel has an impeccable standard of service, the conciergerie booked us a table at a peking duck restaurant. Eventho the hotel is rather big and there were a lot of people (we stayed during the ”may days holidays”), the staff and roomservice made us feel very welcome with all kinds of thoughtfull amenities ( for example housekeeping saw I didn't have a bookmark in the book i was reading, they provided one with a handwritten note. ) It's these small observations that really made our stay excellent. The only point of improvement would be the opening hours of the Lobby bar, if I remember correctly it closes quite early, but only a 4 minute walk outside the hotel there is the river with several nice loungebars.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Millennium Beijing. The location is incredibly convenient, very close to the station and just steps away from a mall, which made exploring and grabbing meals easy. The service was excellent. The staff kindly brought our luggages up to the room, which was a nice touch. What truly made the stay special, though, was the birthday surprise waiting for me: fresh fruits, a cake, and a handwritten greeting card. It was such a thoughtful gesture that really made me feel welcomed and appreciated. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was so comfortable that I had a lovely night's sleep. I also have to mention the view, it was absolutely amazing, especially in the morning when watching the sunrise over the city.
