Hotel Beijing dengan Spa

説實話，第一次在北京住宿，就住了這個酒店，真是拔高了我的眼界及對北京的看法。 五一一家三口來北京玩兒，老婆説來都來了，就沖下這個吧，體驗一下北京的院子。 符合頂奢的體驗，房間佈局合理，四合院景色宜人，服務到位，地理位置優越，外賣資源極其豐富，早餐全是現點現做的，就是沒去體驗酒吧及酒店的活動，等以後有機會的吧。 講下兩點不舒服的地方，供參考。 一、打車到酒店門口，接客小哥上來問我是幹嘛的，我第一時間愣住了，然後説是辦理入住的，不是責怪他，可能我穿的確實比較隨意，但這也確實有點冒犯到我。 二、最後一天的早餐，感覺人不是很多，但上菜巨慢……我們十點去的，本以為半個小時吃飯足夠了，因為前面一天差不多十五分鐘就能上齊菜，結果這次光等菜就等了半小時…… 總體而言，非常棒，以後有機會肯定還會去，後味很足，現在想起來都十分美好，晚上在院子裏，聽歌看星星💫

This was our first family trip to Beijing, and we stayed at the Wanda Vista Hotel for two days 14,15 of Jan. The hotel has two entrances, which can be a little confusing at first. This may be due to the nearby construction, but it was still easy to find our way around. The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is very close to the SKP shopping mall. We enjoyed walking around the area and admiring the surrounding skyscrapers. The hotel room was very clean; however, the sound insulation could be improved. At checkout 16/Jan, we spoke with Miss Young at the reception. She listened carefully to our feedback and made us feel valued and respected. Her professional and thoughtful service left us with a very pleasant impression and gave our holiday a happy ending.

I travelled solo to beijing first time. Xilian hotel was an amazing experince. I just loved the service and the manners they had. The lovely man who checked me in knew english and upgraded me which I am so thankful for. The room service was very polite. One person stood out for their service as a receptionist, Li Jia-Hui employee number 13, she helped me for so long through out the night to book my tickets to badaling great wall of china. She was an amazing professional person that I am so grateful for. People like her really makes me want to come back to Xilian hotel next time I am in beijing. The hotel was super clean, everything worked, laundry self service was really good and automated, it dispensed the detergent itself. They even had ironing equipment too. The gym was good, but it would be nice to have a small rack of dumbell weights, they also gave water in the gym. The room was just amazing it had automated curtains, and Led lights in the mirrors and under the bed. They even had extra mirrors with lights on it for attention to detail on your face. The toilets are super clean and automated. Music played when you walked in. The sofas in the room were like brand new. The bed was super comfortable. I had 2 huge tvs one infront of the bed and the other infront of the sofa. I didnt use the tv so not sure about the channels. The hot tub i had in my room was out of this world, i really loved it. Super hygenic because they gave a plastic clear sheet to put in the hot tub then you step inside it and enjoy, then rip the sheet up after to let the water to be drained. The shower also also really big and clean with some sort of stoned or marble flooring with shower gel and stuff supplied. Slippers were given in the room also bottles of water (it was really good water) and some small cans of coke and sprite i think it was and some herbal tea bags you can make yourself. Robots were delivering food around the hotel which was cool to see. Also the light controls in the rooms were lovely, with different settings on them. They had a cafe down stairs that was nice. Breakfast was really nice all different types of food were given a wide variety anyone would be pleased. It was absolutely delicious. The hotel was top quailty it made my stay in beijing much more enjoyable. It was also nice and warm even though it was freezing outside in december. Special thanks to Li Jia-Hui employee number 13 truly grateful to her she went so far just to help me she deserves a bonus. If you read this review and trying to decide to stay here, trust me just book here you will enjoy your stay.

My recent stay at Mandarin Oriental was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the experience reflected the brand’s hallmark of luxury, warmth, and impeccable service. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and fluent in English, which made the stay very comfortable—especially when we were unsure about certain arrangements. Everyone was genuinely attentive and always ready to help with a smile. The location was excellent, making it convenient to explore the city while still enjoying a peaceful and refined retreat within the hotel. The food quality was very good, and while the offerings were enjoyable, a wider variety would make the dining experience even better. A very special mention goes to Adele Yang, Duty Manager, who truly went above and beyond. Despite our late check-in, she took the time to personally assist us and even gave us a tour of the hotel at that hour. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care left a lasting impression and exemplified the exceptional service Mandarin Oriental is known for. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay. I look forward to returning and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a refined and welcoming luxury experience.

TBH I was so regret to book THE PUXUAN Beijing this time, especially when I found so much inconvenience with little baby. It’s a good designer hotel and may be prefectly fit couples, biz man, tourist who can really enjoy this place. However it’s a nightmare to my family: 1, The environment temperature is extremely low in the public areas, specially the entrance, cold like a refrigerator. 2, look at the drop light in the middle of their hotel living room, if your height is over 178cm, your head must get hit just like me, I bumped like 20times during my 2days stay. And their staff told me this light is the same in each of the hotel room. Trust me, the light is steel made, very hard. 3, I asked for a baby bed and they did provide me, guess what, the bed size is only for BABY (below 12months). My son is 16.5months so he can’t sleep in this bed, I have to live in another hotel because I compromise my place to the baby who has to sleep with his mom. Moreover, their baby bed is also steel made, no coverage around the fence, I won’t risk to leave my baby to sleep inside, he might hit his head every time he rolls on the bed, just like I did in the living room. 4，I gave 4 stars only because Ms. Han the on-duty manager, after I complained above, she react very fast and provided me disappointed solution (free additional bed) lol… hilarious… I don’t think the hotel management got my point, anyway, I didn’t accept any other complimentary that they offered except I wanted delay checking out ( baby’s afternoon nap), Ms. Han was quite kind and offer us baby noddle soup because my baby got cold and running fever - not sure if it’s because of their air-conditioning. In summary, don’t suggest any family (with little baby) to try this hotel, there is not any facilities designed for children, all their furnitures are made by hard woods and metals with sharp angles, it’s very dangerous in my eye as children can’t help themselves getting injury occasionally. Besides, if I was traveling or only with my wife, this is a perfect place, great food, amazing designing, top class facilities for adult to stay.

Excellent stay with my family. The hotel is very clean, modern, and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, and the location is perfect, close to major attractions, shopping areas, and public transportation. A special thanks to Kevin for his outstanding service and professionalism. He was extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Kevin went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Overall, the service and facilities exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for families and travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and great hospitality. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

house keeping is excellent, paying detail attention to my needs… they exceeded my expectations and made the stay feels like home. pls compliment them for their effort and attentiveness. Amazing house keeping team!!! I used the mineral water to brush my teeth, and for subsequent nights, that bottle at the sink was replenished. i also had a sensitive watery nose due to the weather in beijing and upon noticing this, house keeping gave me more boxes of tissues… etc. This is caring and working from the heart； 真诚 and it can be felt completely. service is not just lip service for the house keeping team. Thank you for a memorable stay.

The quality of service from the friendly staff was impeccable. We were particularly well looked after by the manager (Andy) whose excellent English made check in easy. We were also fortunate to be upgraded to a suite, which was spacious and offered plenty of space for a family. The hotel location and breakfast were also both excellent.

Yang Baik: Kami tiba untuk mendapati bilik kami dinaik taraf kepada yang lebih besar (walaupun saya tidak pasti sepenuhnya itu adalah kelebihan). Bilik-biliknya sangat besar—lebih 50m²—dengan bilik almari pakaian, tab mandi dan katil besar. Lokasinya sangat baik, hanya 2 minit berjalan kaki ke APM Mall dan betul-betul di sebelah Jalan Wangfujing. Yang Buruk: Hotel ini tidak mempunyai jalan masuk yang sesuai di lobi, dan terdapat tangga menuju ke kaunter penerimaan tetamu. Kami sekeluarga mengembara selama dua minggu di China dengan tiga beg pakaian besar dan dua beg lebih kecil, dan penjaga pintu meminta saya untuk membawa segala-galanya menaiki tangga sendiri. Bilik-bilik sangat memerlukan pengubahsuaian—banyak lekapan rosak. Dalam satu bilik, kaca di atas meja kopi tergelincir apabila anak-anak saya secara tidak sengaja bersandar di atasnya, yang agak berbahaya. Kedua-dua bilik yang kami tempah berada dalam keadaan buruk yang sama. Pengemasan tidak konsisten—mereka membersihkan satu bilik tetapi melangkau bilik yang lain sehingga kami bertanya. Peralatan mandian terhad kepada hanya topi mandi melainkan diminta. Hotel itu mendakwa ini adalah sebahagian daripada program alam sekitar, tetapi anehnya, bilik yang satu lagi penuh dengan stok, menjadikan alasan itu berasa tidak ikhlas. Oleh kerana biliknya sangat besar, sesetengah kawasan berdebu dan tidak dibersihkan dengan betul. Kawalan pencahayaan juga menyusahkan—tiada suis induk, jadi anda perlu berjalan-jalan menghidupkan berbilang lampu hanya untuk mencerahkan ruang.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Millennium Beijing. The location is incredibly convenient, very close to the station and just steps away from a mall, which made exploring and grabbing meals easy. The service was excellent. The staff kindly brought our luggages up to the room, which was a nice touch. What truly made the stay special, though, was the birthday surprise waiting for me: fresh fruits, a cake, and a handwritten greeting card. It was such a thoughtful gesture that really made me feel welcomed and appreciated. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was so comfortable that I had a lovely night's sleep. I also have to mention the view, it was absolutely amazing, especially in the morning when watching the sunrise over the city.
