Staying in Mandarin Oriental Qianmen was truly amazing. The whole team plan well to implement exceptional customer service and share the beauty of their property. I'd like to particularly mention some of your staffs ”Marcus” who cared so much about us from the beginning to the end, ”Eathen” the butler who was very professional during the room tour. It was our 2-year anniversary trip and they prepared our room very nicely. Next morning, we had a really joyful breakfast time with ”Wujoon Lee” and the chef ”Ping” Each menu of breakfast was top-notch. Every ingredient was very fresh, high quality, and full of authentic flavors(The Olive oil and Balsamic🫶). We loved Chef Ping's delightful energy and spirit! They were so friendly, and we even took a walk together with Wujoon after breakfast. He showed us other restaurants and beautiful ballrooms and shared many interesting stories regarding the property. It was a very pleasant conversation. I'd also like to mention one bell boy staff(sorry, couldn't pick his name up.) who came to pick up our luggage! We needed more time for packing, so he had to wait for another 10 minutes outside and took our luggage. I was supposed to meet him at the lobby because we wanted to take some more last-minute photos of our beautiful room before we leave. It was raining. After another 10-15mins, we went out and were surprised that he was waiting for us in front of our door without telling us. He just said it was raining quite heavily, so he thought it was better we take the buggy to go to the lobby. He didn't tell us because he didn't want to push us at all and make us hurry. He was very thoughtful, and I was very touched. When we reached lobby, many staffs waiting for us to say good bye, and I was told that the hotel car was prepared for my next destination.(Bvlgari hotel) I was surprised because I was supposed to grab the cab. Marcus gently offered me to take the host car for my convenience with this kind of weather. I really don't know what to say, and I felt like the Mandarin Oriental Qianmen treated me like their family. It was definitely beyond my expectations. All the staff have been very helpful, professional, and attentive. During my way to Bvlgari Hotel, I found out that the driver doesn't use the navigation. I asked him, ”Do you know where we are going?” He said he knows all the locations of every 5 stars and higher grade hotels. What a gentle and professional driver! There are always some reasons to come back! For me, the reason to come back to this property is definitely people and the breakfast, lol. The personnel of this property are absolutely the assets! The quality of service delivered by them during my Beijing trip has convinced me that I can always rely on this hotel for the home-away-from-home feeling. See you again!

Service: excellence- prompt and sincere. The front office manager brought me to the shop that sells Beijing snacks. The receptionist helped me to place food order from meitu after 30min I tried to place order but wasn’t successful. Cleanliness: great. Every part of the hotel smell great and no cigarette smell at all. Facilities: great. gym,washing machine, dryer, robots that deliver your deliveries to your door Location: great, close to liuliqiao station and Beijing railway station (West of Beijing)

Menginap selama 6 malam Apabila saya mendaftar masuk kira-kira jam 9 malam pada 4/08, saya meminta naik taraf ke tingkat yang lebih tinggi ditempah, yang tidak mesra pelancong yang menginap selama seminggu; Hari berlepas adalah penerbangan malam, dan jika anda meminta daftar keluar lewat, anda hanya boleh mendapatkannya sehingga jam 14:00. Sarapan pagi, makan malam restoran Itali dan set makan malam periuk panas semuanya lazat, dan kakitangan perkhidmatannya juga sangat baik. Excellent stay with my family. The hotel is very clean, modern, and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, and the location is perfect, close to major attractions, shopping areas, and public transportation. A special thanks to Kevin for his outstanding service and professionalism. He was extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Kevin went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Overall, the service and facilities exceeded our expectations. We just got back from an amazing stay at this Beijing hotel. Our double room was great, but the bathroom was a real highlight- huge and with these awesome built-in speakers that made getting ready feel so luxurious. The sweetest touch was the housekeeping lady who left a little weather forecast and a fragrant perfume pouch on our bed every night; it felt so personal and thoughtful. We made good use of the gym, which had all the essentials, and the cocktails at the bar were seriously next-level. Everyone at the front desk was super helpful, and the location couldn't be better for seeing all the sights. If I stay here again, I will book a massage in the spa. I ran out of time this time.

house keeping is excellent, paying detail attention to my needs… they exceeded my expectations and made the stay feels like home. pls compliment them for their effort and attentiveness. Amazing house keeping team!!! I used the mineral water to brush my teeth, and for subsequent nights, that bottle at the sink was replenished. i also had a sensitive watery nose due to the weather in beijing and upon noticing this, house keeping gave me more boxes of tissues… etc. This is caring and working from the heart； 真诚 and it can be felt completely. service is not just lip service for the house keeping team. Thank you for a memorable stay.

The quality of service from the friendly staff was impeccable. We were particularly well looked after by the manager (Andy) whose excellent English made check in easy. We were also fortunate to be upgraded to a suite, which was spacious and offered plenty of space for a family. The hotel location and breakfast were also both excellent.

Grand Millenium Beijing is located in the CBD with the big “pants” building near the hotel. The hotel looks dated but the room is spacious and well maintained. Lots of food options within walking distance and a subway station just mins from the hotel.
