Staying in Mandarin Oriental Qianmen was truly amazing. The whole team plan well to implement exceptional customer service and share the beauty of their property. I'd like to particularly mention some of your staffs ”Marcus” who cared so much about us from the beginning to the end, ”Eathen” the butler who was very professional during the room tour. It was our 2-year anniversary trip and they prepared our room very nicely. Next morning, we had a really joyful breakfast time with ”Wujoon Lee” and the chef ”Ping” Each menu of breakfast was top-notch. Every ingredient was very fresh, high quality, and full of authentic flavors(The Olive oil and Balsamic🫶). We loved Chef Ping's delightful energy and spirit! They were so friendly, and we even took a walk together with Wujoon after breakfast. He showed us other restaurants and beautiful ballrooms and shared many interesting stories regarding the property. It was a very pleasant conversation. I'd also like to mention one bell boy staff(sorry, couldn't pick his name up.) who came to pick up our luggage! We needed more time for packing, so he had to wait for another 10 minutes outside and took our luggage. I was supposed to meet him at the lobby because we wanted to take some more last-minute photos of our beautiful room before we leave. It was raining. After another 10-15mins, we went out and were surprised that he was waiting for us in front of our door without telling us. He just said it was raining quite heavily, so he thought it was better we take the buggy to go to the lobby. He didn't tell us because he didn't want to push us at all and make us hurry. He was very thoughtful, and I was very touched. When we reached lobby, many staffs waiting for us to say good bye, and I was told that the hotel car was prepared for my next destination.(Bvlgari hotel) I was surprised because I was supposed to grab the cab. Marcus gently offered me to take the host car for my convenience with this kind of weather. I really don't know what to say, and I felt like the Mandarin Oriental Qianmen treated me like their family. It was definitely beyond my expectations. All the staff have been very helpful, professional, and attentive. During my way to Bvlgari Hotel, I found out that the driver doesn't use the navigation. I asked him, ”Do you know where we are going?” He said he knows all the locations of every 5 stars and higher grade hotels. What a gentle and professional driver! There are always some reasons to come back! For me, the reason to come back to this property is definitely people and the breakfast, lol. The personnel of this property are absolutely the assets! The quality of service delivered by them during my Beijing trip has convinced me that I can always rely on this hotel for the home-away-from-home feeling. See you again!

Service: excellence- prompt and sincere. The front office manager brought me to the shop that sells Beijing snacks. The receptionist helped me to place food order from meitu after 30min I tried to place order but wasn’t successful. Cleanliness: great. Every part of the hotel smell great and no cigarette smell at all. Facilities: great. gym,washing machine, dryer, robots that deliver your deliveries to your door Location: great, close to liuliqiao station and Beijing railway station (West of Beijing)

Menginap selama 6 malam Apabila saya mendaftar masuk kira-kira jam 9 malam pada 4/08, saya meminta naik taraf ke tingkat yang lebih tinggi ditempah, yang tidak mesra pelancong yang menginap selama seminggu; Hari berlepas adalah penerbangan malam, dan jika anda meminta daftar keluar lewat, anda hanya boleh mendapatkannya sehingga jam 14:00. Sarapan pagi, makan malam restoran Itali dan set makan malam periuk panas semuanya lazat, dan kakitangan perkhidmatannya juga sangat baik. Dalam tempoh ini, isteri saya sakit perut Wang Xin, pengurus bertugas, sangat membantu dan menyelesaikan masalah penghawa dingin di dalam bilik dan lubang longkang di bilik mandi bertimbang rasa. The PuXuan Hotel and Spa, is definitely ONE OF A KIND. It is truly a luxurious experience. We experienced several aspects of the hotel: room service, laundry, spa, and even special requests. Our journey started when we arrived to the hotel at 8am. The staff welcomed us warmly and offered tot ake care of our luggage while we explored Beijing and came back to do the proper check-in. We stayed at the parking lobby for a while, and they never tried to push us out. (In other hotels they do). Once we checked in, everything just kept improving. The rooms is simply magnificent, a “smart room” but in a really SMART. No over complicated controls, everything was user-friendly. I want to highlight the design of the room, and specially THE BATHROOM. I loved the sower, everything was clean and offered a great shower experience. Then the HOTEL SERVICES MY GOD, kudos to the all of the staff. We ordered room service and the menu was INCREDIBLE. We are from Mexico and they had Quesadillas, and a great wagyu burger! The service was quick and the food was delicious. The Creme Brulee was my favorite. We also request some laundry and MY GOD the quality of it. My linen shirt came back AS GOOD AS NEW, honestly. No single crease. About the hotel SPA, it was a truly magical experience. I reserved a traditional Chinese Medicine massage and the service was great. Although, from what I’ve experienced in other hotel spas, the price for me was a little bit off, despite the ambiance and the quality of the room. One note is that the robe felt old, it had some loose threads (and I mean I know this is is a small detail, but with everything else being just perfect, it just felt out of place to be honest). Now, the cherry on top WAS THEY NOTICED MY BIRTHDAY. Like, even i had forgotten it! Honestly! They went above and beyond to make this a truly special occasion for me! I was really touched by this present. With the overall experience I was really motivated to comeback to the PuXuan but with this small but significant detail I WILL DEFINITELY KEEP COMING BACK. Needless to say the food, the breakfast, the overall quality of the place is spectacular. Yes, maybe it can feel too modern at times, but you can feel the Chinese hospitality and details through the hotel. The hotel manager was kind enough to wave us goodbye at the checkout (and I loved her shoes by the way, she was so stylish). Carson as duty manager had been very helpful and hospitable. He patiently answered my questions relating to not just the hotel stay, also about shopping, dining and how to get around the city. He showed high commitment in serving guests' various needs and demonstrated remarkable professionalism. Other crew members were very polite and helpful, too. I highly recommend Pan Pac Beijing and I'm looking forward to booking my next stay here when I visit Beijing again.

The quality of service from the friendly staff was impeccable. We were particularly well looked after by the manager (Andy) whose excellent English made check in easy. We were also fortunate to be upgraded to a suite, which was spacious and offered plenty of space for a family. The hotel location and breakfast were also both excellent.

The location is good for weekday but doesn't not good for weekend because opposite the hotel have a lot of club and bars . So that if you are come back from outside is super jam , and during the weekend if u r come down on mid night a lot of hangovers person r sit on the hotel sofa . The breakfast also not really yummy although have variety of foods but is good location for people wanted to go tai koo li . there have a lot of shops and milk tea store . Facilities of the hotel r super good especially their wellness center inside have gym , swimming pool and 1/2 basketball court . There also have spa center open until 11 pm , this is a very good point for a hotel facility. Overall , if the hotel breakfast food quality can be improve I think it will plus point , hotel rooms itself a bit old compare to the display photos. I think need to do some deep cleaning for the maintenance.

Grand Millenium Beijing is located in the CBD with the big “pants” building near the hotel. The hotel looks dated but the room is spacious and well maintained. Lots of food options within walking distance and a subway station just mins from the hotel.
