Staying in Mandarin Oriental Qianmen was truly amazing. The whole team plan well to implement exceptional customer service and share the beauty of their property. I'd like to particularly mention some of your staffs ”Marcus” who cared so much about us from the beginning to the end, ”Eathen” the butler who was very professional during the room tour. It was our 2-year anniversary trip and they prepared our room very nicely. Next morning, we had a really joyful breakfast time with ”Wujoon Lee” and the chef ”Ping” Each menu of breakfast was top-notch. Every ingredient was very fresh, high quality, and full of authentic flavors(The Olive oil and Balsamic🫶). We loved Chef Ping's delightful energy and spirit! They were so friendly, and we even took a walk together with Wujoon after breakfast. He showed us other restaurants and beautiful ballrooms and shared many interesting stories regarding the property. It was a very pleasant conversation. I'd also like to mention one bell boy staff(sorry, couldn't pick his name up.) who came to pick up our luggage! We needed more time for packing, so he had to wait for another 10 minutes outside and took our luggage. I was supposed to meet him at the lobby because we wanted to take some more last-minute photos of our beautiful room before we leave. It was raining. After another 10-15mins, we went out and were surprised that he was waiting for us in front of our door without telling us. He just said it was raining quite heavily, so he thought it was better we take the buggy to go to the lobby. He didn't tell us because he didn't want to push us at all and make us hurry. He was very thoughtful, and I was very touched. When we reached lobby, many staffs waiting for us to say good bye, and I was told that the hotel car was prepared for my next destination.(Bvlgari hotel) I was surprised because I was supposed to grab the cab. Marcus gently offered me to take the host car for my convenience with this kind of weather. I really don't know what to say, and I felt like the Mandarin Oriental Qianmen treated me like their family. It was definitely beyond my expectations. All the staff have been very helpful, professional, and attentive. During my way to Bvlgari Hotel, I found out that the driver doesn't use the navigation. I asked him, ”Do you know where we are going?” He said he knows all the locations of every 5 stars and higher grade hotels. What a gentle and professional driver! There are always some reasons to come back! For me, the reason to come back to this property is definitely people and the breakfast, lol. The personnel of this property are absolutely the assets! The quality of service delivered by them during my Beijing trip has convinced me that I can always rely on this hotel for the home-away-from-home feeling. See you again!

We just got back from an amazing stay at this Beijing hotel. Our double room was great, but the bathroom was a real highlight- huge and with these awesome built-in speakers that made getting ready feel so luxurious. The sweetest touch was the housekeeping lady who left a little weather forecast and a fragrant perfume pouch on our bed every night; it felt so personal and thoughtful. We made good use of the gym, which had all the essentials, and the cocktails at the bar were seriously next-level. Everyone at the front desk was super helpful, and the location couldn't be better for seeing all the sights. If I stay here again, I will book a massage in the spa. I ran out of time this time.

The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient for transit: it’s only a 10-minute drive to Beijing Capital International Airport Terminal 3, and around 20 minutes to Terminal 2. The smooth ride from the airport let me rest quickly after a long flight, completely easing my travel fatigue. From coordinating the airport pick-up to checking in, Mr. Hou, the Hotel butler, provided meticulous, attentive service. He followed up on my stay throughout and was always responsive to my requests, making my layover trip feel completely at ease. The huge immersive aquarium in the hotel lobby is the absolute highlight! The massive tank is home to a wide variety of tropical fish from different sea areas, and you can watch them up close. This one-of-a-kind experience is a rare treat for an airport-area hotel, and stopping to admire it during my waiting time instantly soothed my travel tiredness. Additionally, the hotel’s 24-hour self-service vending machines are extremely thoughtful, stocked with daily necessities, snacks and food. I could grab whatever I needed at any time, whether arriving late at night or before heading to the airport, with no extra trips needed—total convenience!

Excellent stay with my family. The hotel is very clean, modern, and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, and the location is perfect, close to major attractions, shopping areas, and public transportation. A special thanks to Kevin for his outstanding service and professionalism. He was extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Kevin went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Overall, the service and facilities exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for families and travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and great hospitality. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The quality of service from the friendly staff was impeccable. We were particularly well looked after by the manager (Andy) whose excellent English made check in easy. We were also fortunate to be upgraded to a suite, which was spacious and offered plenty of space for a family. The hotel location and breakfast were also both excellent.

Hilton Beijing is situated at a superb location as we just need to walk to the Forbidden City. Shopping is so convenient as beside is APM mall and Wangfujing street. Going to Sanlitun is only about 20min away. We have ate the best Peking Duck at Chynna restaurant and enjoyed the Executive Lounge. My son even bought me the small Hilton bear for my back pack.

Wonderful stay, have stayed here multiple times and the staff here really go above and beyond when it comes to hospitality and service, easily the highest level of hospitality ever experienced in China or for that matter, anywhere. Concierge was able to help my Mom and I book appointments to various places, even going out of their way to often call places for us to and doing whatever it took to get that appointment or get that piece of information we needed. Staff from the concierge, to the breakfast lounge, to the bellboys, front desk, executive room, gym were all super warm, courteous, polite, and attentive. Their breakfast selection and quality is truly outstanding, definitely best I've experienced in Beijing and have stayed at other places including Rosewood/Amen etc. Location is actually quite good, some might consider the location to not be as good as some other hotels in Beijing but we found it to be excellent, the beautiful Liangma River is literally a few steps away from the hotel entrance and a very pleasant and enjoyable 10 minute walk along the vibrant area of the Liangma River leads on to Solana which has many outstanding restaurants, some right on the waterfront which are both outstanding in quality, ambiance, and surprisingly price as well. Also just a few minutes away to other major attractions, restaurants, and parks in Chaoyang District. Highly recommend their Club Room which gives one Executive Room access which includes a nightly dinner buffer spread which is amazing in its quality and wide selection, includes an assortment of very high end wines from various regions of the world, including China, after a long day it was truly a huge luxury to be able to stay in and enjoy a delicious and hearty and healthy complimentary dinner every night at such an affordable rate (when booking three nights, fourth night is free which makes the Club Room option arguably hands down the best value of any hotel room option in Beijing, especially for older folks and health conscious folks and those who enjoy good wines). Already looking forward to our next trip in Beijing and the legendary Four Seasons property there!

Grand Millenium Beijing is located in the CBD with the big “pants” building near the hotel. The hotel looks dated but the room is spacious and well maintained. Lots of food options within walking distance and a subway station just mins from the hotel.
