"The hotel is situated halfway up a hill and offers ample parking in front of the rooms. We booked a two-bedroom room with ocean views, including views of The Nut Rock from the living room and one bedroom. The room facilities were relatively new. It included a stovetop, refrigerator, and microwave for simple cooking. Overall, the experience was worth the price and was a good choice for those passing through Stanley."

"This guesthouse definitely has its own unique design ideas, with excellent attention to detail and nice amenities. The guesthouse and garden are both beautiful. However, the rooms are small, there's no elevator, and carrying luggage on the second floor is tiring. It's all self-service, so I think the price-performance ratio is very low. It's very close to the lobster restaurant and Big 4, so you can walk to eat lobster and see penguins."

"The location of the hotel is absolutely great. Each villa has its own name. The car is parked directly at the door, which is very convenient. The large floor-to-ceiling window in the living room faces the nut stone. You can enjoy it while sitting on the sofa or on the balcony. The kitchen equipment is all available. It is fully equipped and you can make your own dinner. There is a large bathtub in the room. After taking a bath, you can go to bed and rest directly. It is very comfortable. The only drawback is that the so-called breakfast included in the hotel actually includes breakfast ingredients, which are all in the refrigerator, including eggs, bacon, etc., but you have to make them yourself, which is a bit unexpected."

"Fantastic three night stay at The Ark. Good idea to book directly with the property owners, best value stay 3, pay 2 nights and well worth it. Both Rhonda and Chris were friendly, helpful hosts who provided the BEST breakfasts, fresh and home made, each morning's breakfast seemed to have different stewed fruit and wonderful yoghurt along with fresh bread and jams, and also delicious eggs,bacon, mushrooms etc etc. The Admiral Suite was of very high quality, it was very clean, spacious and comfortable, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay thank you R&C. We have already recommended the property to our friends for a relaxing stay. Dinners were at three local restaurants and the local pub is definitely the best meal."

"The room is very close to Godfrey Beach, just a two-minute walk from the classic spot for watching little penguins. It's also very close to The Nut, right next door. The house is a private residence, and the accommodation is in one of the rooms. The room is a very typical traditional wooden structure, very clean, and the bedding was excellent. My room had a private bathroom, was very clean and spacious. There's no dedicated front desk staff, but they leave room directions and the key in an envelope by the door. Check-in and check-out were very convenient. Sitting on the porch in front of the house, enjoying some tea and the sea breeze was incredibly pleasant."
