Stayed at Riad Mama for 5 days and 4 nights, and it was an unforgettable experience. The riad itself is beautiful and tastefully decorated, but what truly made the stay exceptional were the people and their outstanding service. Dunya went above and beyond, helping me with my large luggage to the lobby and keeping my room spotless at all times. Farid prepared Moroccan tea for me on my first night on the rooftop and generously shared great restaurant recommendations. Nour, the director, and her sister greeted me with warm smiles every time they saw me and provided truly fantastic service. They offered warm, genuine hospitality and consistently went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. I genuinely felt like a welcomed guest rather than a tourist. When I unfortunately had food poisoning on my second day and didn’t leave my room at all, they noticed and checked on me to make sure I was okay. That level of care meant so much to me. Lastly, the riad itself is literally just 2–4 minutes away from Jemaa el-Fnaa and the Medina, which made getting around incredibly easy. I would definitely come back again without hesitation. Thank you Riad Mama! I can’t recommend Riad Mama enough this is hospitality at its finest. The rooftop view facing Koutoubia mosque.

Riad Musee is ideally located close the the heart of the medina. The hosts are brilliant; friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Breakfast on the sunny rooftop terrace was a highlight, with views across the medina. The interior of the riad is very well kept, clean and comfortable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, while the stunning view from the window added an extra touch of relaxation.

Ich war jetzt schon zum Zweiten mal in einem Riad in Marrakesch und muss sagen das ich in diesem sehr Zufrieden war. Der Service war super die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit. Keins meiner Anliegen blieb ungeklärt. Ich wurde mit sehr viel Freundlichkeit in Empfang genommen und den kompletten Aufenthalt habe ich mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Abschied viel mir sehr schwer da ich mich sehr schnell mit den Mitarbeitern angefreundet habe. Da ich so einen guten service selten erlebt habe. Nach einer Woche dort fühlte ich mich wie ein Teil der Crew und nicht nur wie ein Gast. Alle Mitarbeiter treten mit sehr viel Wärme und Freundlichkeit entgegen und sind stehts hilfsbereit damit es Ihren Gästen an nichts fehlt. Egal ob vom Service, die Hausmädchen, die Köchin oder die Rezeption alle legen sehr viel Wert darauf das es den Gästen gut geht Auch anliegen die nichts mit dem Riad zutun haben wurden für mich vom Personal geregelt. Das Frühstück ist gut und ein Restaurant steht abends für ein leckeres Essen auch zur Verfügung. Mit der Sauberkeit der Räume war ich sehr zufrieden und die Hausmädchen hatten bei mir immer alle hände voll zu tun. Meine Klamotten wurden gefaltet Kleider aufgehangen und Schuhe und schminke immer beiseite geräumt. Sowas ist mir woanders noch nie passiert, aber hier achten alle Mitarbeiter auf die kleinsten Details. Das Riad liegt ca 25 Minuten von Marktplatz entfernt aber zufuß gut erreichbar. Ich komme aufjedenfall wieder und freu mich schon auf den nächsten Urlaub in diesem Riad. Liebe Grüße gehen raus nach marokko und ich freu mich auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen

The location is tolerable, the service is good, only the administrator tried to impose expensive tours, it's better to book them yourself on booking and not listen to them. There were not enough hooks in the bathtub for hangers. Breakfast is delicious and wonderful

We had the pleasure of staying at Riad Jibril during our visit to Marrakech, and what a delightful experience it was! Our host, Iheb, truly deserves the title of a legend. From the moment we checked in until we checked out, he made our stay memorable. Whilr it may not be a 5-star hotel, it provided a unique and authentic Moroccan experience that exceeded our expectations. The riad itself, with its traditional architecture, was clean and inviting. The highlight was undoubtedly the serene terrace, a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the medina. One evening, we indulged in sheesha on the terrace, a delightful experience that only cost us around 70 MAD. We also had the pleasure of dining on the terrace, where we enjoyed delicious tagines at a very reasonable price of 60 MAD each. The chef's culinary skills were truly impressive. The breakfast served each morning was traditional and homely too! What made our stay truly special was the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by Iheb and the staff. We arrived as guests but left feeling like friends. We were even befriended by the two adorable resident kittens, Sofia, the long-haired tabby, and Leena, the ginger kitten. Their presence added an extra touch of charm to our stay. The location of Riad Jibril was perfect, and the camel in front of the money exchange served as an excellent landmark. The riad was on the opposite alleyway, second door, making it easy to find. We especially enjoyed its proximity to Kasbah, near Zeitun Cafe, a favorite spot of ours to visit at night. The lantern-lit terrace at the cafe provided majestic views that made our evenings even more memorable.

The check-in process was good for customer service, but my room experience was terrible. I booked a superior suite, but I ended up with a regular room. I was informed that the person who was supposed to be in the room decided to stay another day. When I checked online, I found that the room was still available for reservation. The next day, when I asked to switch to my reserved room, I was told that it was booked again and that I should check back in line. Surprisingly, the same room was still available for reservation. I feel like they were scamming people by booking a suite at a higher price and then giving them a cheaper room. The night crew member was very friendly and informed me that the manager was traveling. However, I don’t understand who is responsible for managing the website and ensuring that the correct room is posted when it’s available. I tried to contact them via phone and email, but nothing happened. I hope that Trip guide and the hotel will take responsibility for their actions and make sure that this doesn’t happen to other customers. I could have booked a different suite that had a similar aesthetic to what I was looking for, but I couldn’t even cancel the reservation. There should be a system in place for booking a specific room, and if the room is not available, the customer should receive an automatic refund. It’s their job to figure out when the room is available and what type of room it is. Additionally, the room had a bunch of knickknacks, and the table, wall, and bottom of the table were all chipped, cracked.

We didn’t have any issues there. In general the service is good even if there is nobody in the reception thus they give you your own keys of the main entrance and your room. As a suggestion it is needed a sign “Riad Nouhal” but anyway, if you follow the location on Google Maps, you will be in.
