PPengguna TetamuAs very seasoned travelers, my family and I enjoy exploring the most amazing resorts and hotels around the world, which we look at with a very discriminating eye. For the Oberoi Marrakesh, it is truly difficult to find fault. The hotel, relatively new, is simply stunning with the impressive lobby and villas, as well as expansive gardens with 2700 olive trees. The acting General Manager Mamdouh is the perfect and consummate hotelier, ever present checking everything non-stop, to ensure the guest experience is nothing less than 5-stars. Jalal from their F&B outlet surprised us with an entire loaf of lemon cake to take back to London that was not available on two breakfasts which we sore missed after our first breakfast. El Habib is an amazing server ready to grant you at least three wishes with his magic lamp! Khalid the Duty Manager also asks non-stop how they can improve a service that is already par excellence. Our hats off to the amazing pastry chef who makes baked goods that rival the best Parisian patisserie. I saw the two staff who cleaned every machine in the fitness center using four sprays leaving neither dust nor germ —- they focus on the minutest detail. The whole team is just extremely well-trained and professional and very committed in their desire to exceed your expectations. The synchronization of their efforts, in the most natural and sincere manner, always with big smiles, translates to nothing less than less than a truly memorable experience. They know how to make you feel like Arab royalty! We will certainly be back!!! Thank you so much to all of you!!! Shukran! If you want that “palace in the middle of the oasis experience” in Marrakesh, you will not get it any better than at the Oberoi!

皇家曼蘇爾馬拉喀什酒店🕌
嚟摩洛哥其中一個原因都係因為想住尼間酒店，酒店的主人是前摩洛哥國王，穆罕默德六世(Morocco’s King Mohammed VI)，係2020-2021年被選為全球最佳酒店，全酒店有的53個獨棟的Riad，每間Riad 只住2人，
酒店裡的員工有將近500多人，就算在客滿的狀況下，跟客人的比例大約是4比1，
基本上你上網search摩洛哥，好多圖片都會彈咗呢間酒店出嚟，好多網紅都首推濃厚嘅摩洛哥風情，不過價格亦非常高貴，我6月入住期間已經算係淡季，我住嘅房型亦都係最基本嗰種，都要約$14000港元一晚，不過貴從來都不是他的問題……😂
個人入住體驗:
由於每間房都係獨立的House ，所以入住就要預咗要不停行樓梯上落，
而這麼高貴的酒店打電話去reception，那個人竟然不會說英文(他們大多數會說法語，因為這裡以前是法國殖民地)，很簡單問佢泳池幾點收都答唔到，還覺得你不會講法文很Low😂，而較高級的職員感覺比較高傲，
入住期間試過佢亞洲賽菜餐廳，味道嘗算不錯的😋
除此之外這裏確是很好打卡的，尤其係個Spa🥰，其實另外還有一個室內泳池我也很想影的，不過剛巧他在維修中…..🥲(聽説維修時間還有數個月)

PPengguna Tetamuとても見事なホテル、落ち着いた雰囲気で清潔、スタッフの皆さんの対応も最高です。庭でテント貸切でのディナーはこれまでにない特別な気分になる幸せなものでした。
これまでSri Panwa, PhuketやJumeirah, Maldivesが良かったですが、同等かそれ以上の良いホテルでした。

PPengguna TetamuIt was rly amazing, the Hotel looks so impressive inside and you can discover so much. The stuff is very helpful and kind. What i not liked.
- the security stopped me and asked if i am a guest i found it a bit of insulting. At the end he not even apologized for asking.
- we booked 2 rooms. instead of bringing both of us in each room they brought me and my friend to my room and just after asking they setuped the room for my friend
- i used the minibar and drunk one beer after i wanted to pick the 2nd one i figured out someone drunk it already and putt it empty in the fridge. My luck i could solve the issue quickly with the stuff and i not had to pay it. But at this price just disappointing.
Overall we had a great stay and it was very comfortable in the room and the park is great so also the cocktails and food.
If i would come back, yes with my Girlfriend a bit longer to discover more whats hidden in this Magical Hotel

4. В СПА перепутали все массажи, но сам СПА хороший.

PPengguna TetamuGreat resort for active families who like their sports. Includes paddle ball, full size football pitchel, basketball, volleyball, table tennis and lots of aqua activities. Good gym & indoor pool. Heated outdoor pool as well as a number of other outdoor pools. Includes VR/ gaming and arcades. Variety of entertainment. Lovely aqua park and water ropes course included for over 150cm people. The lobby bar is brilliant for coffee and amazing bakery. Also great for watching football. Rooms are large, modern and well equipped. Food is varied. Nice choice of non - veg like king prawns, smoked salmon, chicken kebabs, turkey steaks but can get repetitive after a few days. All inclusive drinks are good. Free shuttle bus to Medina is useful. 30 minutes away.
Negative points is mainly really poor customer service, bad communication and some rude staff! Not 5 star service or attitudes! This is a number of staff from reception porters, ,bar & restaurant staff

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the hotel lobby is beautifully designed—spacious and elegant. The on-site restaurants offer a good variety of food, which is great when you're too tired to dine outside.
The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Huda at the reception. The rooms also feature balconies with lovely views, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
However, there are a few downsides. The cleanliness doesn’t quite meet the standards expected of a 5-star hotel. Additionally, no drinking water was provided in the room, not even on the first night after check-in. Another inconvenience is the lack of power sockets near the bed, making it difficult to charge your phone while sleeping.
