Superbe hotel Bien placé et très bien fréquenté. Chambre spacieuse, Propreté irréprochable , literie confortable. Un accueil qui vous fait sentir comme chez vous, personnel très gentil et serviable. Une pensée pour Kenza à la réception qui a vraiment été adorable et à l’écoute de la moindre demande. Piscine sur le rooftop très appréciée. J’y retournerai les yeux fermés

We had a great stay. Clean and nice room with comfy bed. Breakfast by the pool was great. Staffs were nice and friendly especially the door gentleman! Check-in was a bit of a pain as it took ages (lack of staff when i arrived)… we needed to rest badly but had to wait for like 20 mins. Lifts are very old and slow but luckily there wasn’t many guests so it wasn’t a burden. Ingeneral i think it was a good value hotel. We would come back!

We stayed at hotel chems from the 31st of December for six consecutive days for the new year. This was my second time in Marrakech but my mum's first time. The location is second to none within a few minutes walk to the square and also many other local attractions. On arrival we were told that we needed to check in from 3:00 p.m. we'd got there early but were able to drop off our bags and then go out exploring. The hotel itself is a little outdated, however it is very clean. Staff are very good, welcoming and attentive, room sizes good and price good. Bedrooms made up everyday, towels changed, cleaned throughout. Pool towels available for free at pool. We stopped between December and January, that is a very good size pool approximately 25 m. However it is very cold but still accessible plenty of seating areas for drinks and snacks. There are plenty of sun lounges around the poolside as well as in the grass area. Breakfast is served daily which is included within the cost and there was ample choice a selection of eggs, Cereals, yogurts a little fruit, many pastries, etc. The hotel also has a snack bar and does offer evening meals. We did not take any evening meals here. We did have snacks during the day. Things like salads, pizzas, burgers, etc. The food was good. As the hotel was very close to the local area, we were able to walk although it was close to a taxi rank. If you should need this. Within 1 minute walk to Koutobia mosque, then about 5 mins to jem so fnaa square, Cyber park short walk ( nice to visit) near royal mansour Marrakech, Around 40 mins walk is the beautiful menara :) There is also complex artisan is about 10 minutes walk maximum full of things to buy As you come out of the hotel grounds, if you do a left you will find a park on the left hand side ( Koutobia). You can walk straight through this to the main road to take a shorter route to places. There is plenty of opportunities for walking and running. It is very safe to run alone. When we were there the sunrose at about 8:00 to 8:30 a.m. and the mornings were cool. During the daytime, you can expect temperatures of around 18° c in December and January plenty warm enough if you are from England. We had a walking tour that I arranged before we went through TripAdvisor. It was very good. We also booked the waterfalls trip. This was okay. I also took a hot air balloon trip which was amazing. All of these were booked online instead of at the hotel. There was no particular reason not to book at the hotel. I just didn't realise that there was somebody on site to do this before travelling. The reception is manned 24 hours, 7 days a week. On New year's Eve, we was welcomed with a show and dinner from 7:30 p.m. full entertainment and several courses for a meal and drinks. This was all inclusive even though we was on a bed and breakfast basis. We had no idea that this was going to happen. It was a lovely surprise. The entertainment was fun. Most of the ho

There are insect in the room and couldnt been cleaned. Also, the breakfast is dirty, there are lots of birds directly eating the breakfast and none of the hotel staff care about it.

Although a bit dated the hotel still as character. The location is good near many local cafes ( no alcohol) but also many restaurants that do serve a beer as do nearly all the hotel bars. It’s also 5 minutes from Starbucks if that grabs your fancy. The hotel itself as a decent enough pool and the spa service I would recommend… if you like cats you will be happy as they playfully are all about the complex as they are everywhere. The hotel food is decent. But if you want a cheaper beer smack opposite there is a great local bar at half the price and definitely a good place to relax. You can walk to medina in a straight line in 15 minutes so no need to get a taxi. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

If you come to Marrakesch, stay at least, for a day in Riad! I loved the vintage feel to it. The room was much smaller than the pictures suggested. Otherwise, the staff was always friendly and helpful. I'm really thankful for that! You can cool off at the little pool, read some books or simply enjoy the quietness from the bustling streets of Marrakesch. The Riad is only a ”minute” from the Medina. If I come back. I'll book again, but a bigger room next time!

if you are looking for a fun family hotel in Marrakesh, you won't go far wrong with the Iberostar, my girls are 21, 19, 15 and they had a fab time, if you had little ones the kids club looked goods as well, I counted in excess of 20 entertainment staff so they have it all covered, they are not in your face but just happy to help and get involved if you are keen. The daytime activities are good, it's really a multi sports hotel, in the evening they have a silly early music quiz which is fun which is followed by evening entertainment in a larger stage type area, all of a good quality. The food is of decent quality, beer and wine good.. lots of French as expected but absolutely fully inclusive for other nationalities.. the hotel is traditional style but high quality, clean.. the lifts are a bit dodgy, but once your bags are in the rooms you don't use after that.. if you are just adults there is a adults only pool.. highly recommend, the smaller second block garden view priority location rooms are probably the best. I would return next week if I could...

أكيد أن العلاقات المهنية تنتهي بانتهاء الاستفادة من الخدمة...ومن المحتمل أن تعاود طلب نفس الخدمة لتناسب الثمن مع الجودة المقدمة ولتستمر بذلك العلاقات المهنية على أساس التواصل الواضح والشفاف وعلى قاعدة رابح رابح...لكن أن نعاود نحن كجمعية مهنية للأساتذة اسمها الجمعية الوطنية لأساتذة المغرب فرع الدار البيضاء سطات النزول في نفس الفندق الذي جربناه منذ أول رحلة لنا لمراكش وألفناه لمرات عديدة...معناه أننا أحسسنا أننا في بيتنا الثاني... أولا لرغبتنا في غلبة الجانب الإنساني على الجانب المادي. ثانيا لعلاقة الثمن بالجودة... ثالثا لأننا ألفنا الوجوه الطيبة التي تسهر على تقديم الخدمات بالفندق على جميع المستويات...الحجز الاستقبال المطعم المسبح الأمن الخاص النظافة...كلها أمور تحسب لكم ونشكركم شكرا جزيلا عليها.. رابعا...لأننا من الإطارات الجمعوية المهنية التي تحفظ وتصون الذكريات الجميلة التي نقضيها ونخلدها في الأماكن التي نزورها...والمؤكد أن فندقكم بكل طاقمه سيظل وسيبقى مزارا لنا في كل آن وحين وفي كل وقت نزور فيه مدينة البهجة والنخيل... دمتم طيبين ودام لكم التألق المستمر.

The resort itself was beautiful and the people were all lovely and so kind. Couldn’t fault a single member of staff. Only thing that’s slightly an inconvenience is the location but they make up for that by providing a free shuttle bus service so it’s still good nonetheless. Food was amazing and has an excellent variety.

Beautiful Riad with exceptional staff. I stayed 6 nights and was grateful for the exceptional service. There are a lot of stairs -- that's everywhere in Morocco - but the the Riad experience is worth it. It's located in the Medina close to the gate - easy to find and also easy to get a taxi at the Medina entrance. Lovely, lovely experience.
