LLanmeigui163硬件一般酒店比不了，畢竟是政府的。但我要説的是服務，沒啥説的，一個字棒！住店過程中有點小插曲，七號樓的服務員各個都很好，穿紅衣服的小李跑上跑下為我們解決問題，不厭其煩，盡職盡責，讓我們住的舒心👍👍👍。趙秀娟更是讓我們倍感親切，因為叫車弄不好，她幫我們用自己手機叫車 ，給她錢也不要，我們都不好意思了。我們無以為報，下次來西寧還住這裏，是真的喜歡，和我們吉林省長春市的南湖賓館一模一樣👍👍👍👍👍👍

客房佈局合理，書桌寬敞，辦公燈光柔和，非常適合臨時處理工作。全屋打掃細緻，無灰塵異味，床品乾淨蓬鬆，休息質量很好。衞生間乾濕分離，水壓穩定，毛巾柔軟無異味。房間配套WiFi網速穩定，辦公追劇都不卡頓。
公共區域安靜雅緻，休息區乾淨整潔。保潔人員每日定時打掃，主動補齊礦泉水、紙巾等用品，服務細緻不打擾。酒店安靜不喧鬧，不會影響休息和辦公。整體性價比很高，設施維護到位，服務細緻貼心，沒有隱性消費。對於商務出行人士來説是絕佳選擇，後續再來當地出差，會優先預訂這家，也推薦給有出行需求的朋友。

PPengguna TetamuGreat hotel and amazing staff. Thank you Amanda Ju from front desk who added me on wechat and helped me with my queries. The other staff were friendly too. We were provided with extra water and the amenities are of good quality. We enjoyed Qinghai (it rained) and Chaka! There are some markets/ street food places near the Grand Mosque- 20 minutes by taxi.
Breakfast could have some healthy choices and more veggies.

PPengguna Tetamu酒店的服務人員很不錯，特別是清潔阿姨，連住多天，清潔都是及時到位。吹毛求疵的可能會覺得不怎樣，反正這個價格的桔子能有這服務，可以了。
加錢升級陽光大床房，正對公園和摩天輪，視野不錯。
另外，酒店的位置不錯，後面就是人民公園，結冰可以滑冰。門口公交車線路很多，打車也方便。距離酒店兩站路的小橋市場很煙火氣，年味很足，很好逛。

PPengguna TetamuOne of the good hotels I have stayed in China especially when talking of “value for money”.
Facility is clean, rooms are spacious (＜40 meters) with good amenities, service is good, the best part was the breakfast which I found to be a good balance of Chinese and English. Foriegners and people with dietary restrictions will have enough to eat.
They also have kids play area on the top floor which my son enjoyed playing.
Location is also good. 15 mins to the railway station by taxi. A shopping mall just 400 meters from the hotel.
I would recommend this hotel if you are coming to Xining.

PPriMorI don’t know if I wasn’t lucky, but our room shower was disgusting. The shower water was either too hot or too cold and the water pressure was low.. taking a shower was a nightmare.. without even counting how moldy, dirty and old it was.
The location is good
The front desk very nice
But that’s about it because the hotel is very old and with no maintenance!

Tthe_wanderlust_jellyWas told I am given a free room upgrade, but honestly I can't tell the difference. Also the room in the listing image was larger and brighter but the actual room I received was extremely rather grim looking, not to mention it doesn't even look like half the room size in the listing image. I also can't seem to adjust the aircon temp as it will remain at room temperature no matter what I set, however xining is quite cooling in general so it's still acceptable. In the room I was give, the glass panel at the washroom side had a severely cracked side which seem like it will break if I had closed the glass door too hard. I took a video immediately before using the toilet in case it really does get shattered, but luckily it did not Very unsafe nevertheless. The shower was the worst, every night I had to gamble if it will be cold or scalding hot water. I set the shower value slightly towards the warm side, and the water became scalding hot within seocnds, and if I move it to the cold side, it became freezing cold within seconds. Even if I set it exactly in the middle, it will give me either one of the extreme temperature. Had to keep adjusting from hot to cold so that it stay at a comfortable and safe temp range. The toilet bowl flush in a very stupid manner too, by first flooding the bowl from bottom up, this means that if you took a dump and it's a slightly sticky one, it's gonna stick. The electric kettle was so noisy when turned on that it sound like a train passing right beside my room. And speaking of noise, the sound proofing of the room was one of the worst of every single hotel I stayed in before. You can literally hear new occupants dragging their luggage or family chattering non stop right after they exit the lift. FYI, my room was literally the furthest away. Every time your neighbors from 3 room away turn on their tap water, you can hear it, even if that's like 4am in the night. The hairdryer is a safety hazard too. Tried to use it once and after plugging in and turning it on, smoke immediately came oozing out of it, so I immediately switched it off and remove the plug. Never used it since. Oh yes one last thing I have to say is that as a hotel PLEASE NEVER USE MOVEMENT OR VOICE CONTROLLED LIGHTINGS. While I wash up every day, I had to keep waving my hands like an ***** every few minutes in order to prevent the lights from going out. The detection is sooooo off that unless there's a huge action at the correct spot, it will not turn the lights back. This was absolutely annoyance.
However the things I mentioned above are although not welcomed, but can be tolerated.
Personally, the only thing I really love about this was the free tea. And that is also a highly recommended must try. I believe that's ******* black tea which is also a local specialty. I regret not trying earlier because at the latter of my trip, I no longer pass by stores that sells ******* black tea. Recommendation to the hotel is include a way to buy some of this tea.
Overall, I will only recommend the hotel to someone who do not have any other choice or have a lower budget in mind.
