"We spent two nights in December at this hotel. The welcome was very friendly, but dinner in the hotel restaurant turned out to be a complete disaster. The chef (the hotel manager?) humiliated all the guests present by loudly complaining because not everyone had made a reservation. He found it absolutely outrageous that these guests could order a three-course meal without a reservation. (We had made a reservation.) Some guests left the restaurant immediately. We stayed, even though the evening was ruined. The rest of the friendly staff and the simple but clean room unfortunately couldn't compensate for this unpleasant incident. In short: We will not be booking this hotel again."

"I forgot to take photos of the room, but it looks exactly like the pictures on the screen!! I've traveled a lot in Europe, but this is the first time I've stayed in a place with a Korean-made Cuckoo rice cooker haha. Thanks to that, I was able to cook really delicious meals. The dishes and cooking utensils were very clean and diverse, and the display cabinets were full of seasonings, so there wasn't a dish I couldn't cook. There were two super singles and one double bed; the mattresses were wide and just the right amount of soft, so I slept like a baby. They provided plenty of towels, and they were nice and fluffy, which was a pleasant feeling. The washing machine also has a drying function, so I was able to finish everything from washing to drying in just two hours. It is such a perfect place that it is a shame I could only stay for one day due to my schedule. I think it would be the best accommodation for anyone traveling through the Salzkammergut by rental car."

"Stayed on coach trip for week. Given attic apartment loads of space and storage. Kitchen area downstairs with large living room 2 single beds and 2 settees. Great views. Air conditioning units too as really needed with hot temperatures. Alas the double bed placed so had to crawl backwards into bed. Bit of a gripe if you want loo in night, bang head on ceiling as all beamed! No storage by bed and awkward to turn off lights too. First night owner came to welcome party and went round tables to ask if any questions. I needed skimmed milk which he said was no problem they had. Alas at breakfast only one kind of milk and was not skimmed. Also supermarket said they had none either. So no hot drinks for a week at hotel. Small supply I had used on coach. Nice pool area when weather good."
