"We were unfortunately disappointed with the breakfast and service at the Hotel Stroblerhof. For €25 per person, there was fresh fruit, vegetables, and yogurt, but overall the selection was very basic, consisting of sliced ​​cheese, some soft cheese, fatty salami, processed ham, and lukewarm scrambled eggs from a warming tray instead of freshly prepared egg dishes. Pre-packaged butter and jam were also provided, which seems outdated, especially considering waste reduction. The bread and rolls were dry and of poor quality, and the buffet as a whole was presented rather uninspiredly. In our opinion, the service was also not up to four-star standards: inattentive staff, no warm welcome, and hardly any information provided upon arrival or departure. Even many three-star hotels now offer a significantly more appealing breakfast and greater hospitality."
