"The room was adequate, but unfortunately, you could hear the neighbor snoring, the neighbor's alarm clock... Furthermore, between the floors there's a circular, open staircase that acts like a sound box; I'll let you imagine what it's like with a group of (French) retirees shouting in it—we could hear everything from my room. The staff was attentive, and the receptionist even spoke to me in French! Another negative point: the breakfast. The scrambled eggs and bacon were good, but as for the rest... Day-old bread, no cut fruit... In short, very disappointing and absolutely nothing like the photos on TripAdvisor."

"We loved it, we can't wait to return. The apartment has an ideal location. It is wonderful to wake up, take a step out onto the street and have that spectacular viewpoint of the crazy beach. Two steps away is a beach bar at the foot of the square to have a few drinks. Right next door is the Castle of the Fools, which is a great place to watch the sunset with a few beers. The apartment is ideal, I would have stayed there for a long time, beautifully decorated and comfortable. It has everything you need. In summer being able to enjoy the pool has to be great. I'm looking forward to returning. Thank you so much"

"We have had a week's holiday in Suances for our family of 14 including keen teenage swimmers and surfers. The Hotel Marazulysurf had ample space for us all, with its large terrace and mini-swimming pool and underground car park. Well placed within easy walk of both main beaches and the tennis and padel club. We had two mass dinners specially organised for us in the hotel which gave us creative food, good service and were notably less expensive than equivalent restaurants in town. "NO RESERVES CON COMIDAS Y CENAS!! El hotel está muy bien, al lado de la playa. Las chicas de recepción son encantadoras y ofrecen un trato excelente. Las habitaciones también están muy bien aunque, al no disponer de aire acondicionado, puedes pasar bastante calor si hay mucha humedad. El personal de limpieza igualmente es excelente. PERO... el buffet es horrible. No se puede comer apenas pues se limitan a poner comida de muy baja calidad. Pero baja baja... hasta el punto de sentirnos engañados. Y la señora que atiende el comedor, que está a todas horas, muy antipática. Hay que saber atender un comedor y a sus clientes. A ciertas preguntas, respuestas bordes y poco empáticas. Deberían darle otras tareas si no sabe atender a los clientes. Decepcionante el buffet en todos los sentidos. Si alguna vez reservamos de nuevo en este hotel, por supuesto que no reservaremos buffet. Hay cantidad de bares y restaurantes en los alrededores con precios mejores y con mucha más calidad. "

"The positives We stayed in this beautiful hotel for 3 nights in August. It is right on the beach and is very tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Guests get 1 hour free electric bike rental (7 Euros per hour thereafter or 20 euros for a day) you can cycle for miles along the boardwalk by the beach and then along the river we loved it, You also have an hours free surf/sup rental included. The "Hotel" staff were so lovely and spoke English to a sufficient level. So many nice restaurants in the area and a real beach bar vibe to the hotel. We ate in the restaurant one evening the food was okay for basic tapas style food. The negatives There is no public transport so the only real way to get there is by car. We had contacted the hotel in advance after reading the reviews, they said there was a space we could stop in to drop off luggage and then go and find somewhere to park. We arrived and there was nowhere to stop, we pulled up on the pavement, dropped the stuff, (they gave us the room key and allowed us to complete the checkin process once we had parked). There is a large parking lot around 5 minutes walk, we were very lucky to get a space, as every other lot/road including the ones near the hotel were full. We arrived saturday night so thought this was to be expected, however there was never a space nearby in our 4 days we were there so just be prepared to circle for a while to wait/find a space. We were in room 3, rooms 1-4 were on the bar side of the building, this meant we could hear the base from the music in the bar in our room. This went on until 2am on Saturday and 0030 the other nights. The frustrating thing was the music is playing on the terrace outside and inside the bar. The noise level in the bar was LOUD. but there was literally nobody in the bar, everyone was outside, the noise level outside, people chatting and the music was fine, it was just the ridiculously loud music in the bar that caused the issue. If you choose to be a hotel loud music in the bar after midnight to me is not right. I may just be old! Overall if the music was less loud i would stay again, the parking issue is probably better in the quieter months."

"Although the room is a bit small, the bed is huge, comfy and with a nice view of the sea. The Staff is extremely kind and attentive. The breakfast is included and it is quite good in variety and quality. It has a nice restaurant in the ground floor, and it is very practical to have all meals there. The hotel has many family rooms, for people with children or groups of friends."
