"The overall atmosphere of the hotel is very nice, and the location is excellent, being close to the ruins. However, the air conditioner in the room is extremely noisy; it's so loud that you have to turn it off to sleep at night. When I mentioned this to the staff, they said that other rooms were the same. If that's the case, I think they should reconsider the entire air conditioning system. (I use an air conditioner of the same manufacturer at home, and it doesn't make this kind of noise.) Also, the shower drain is poor; water accumulates at your feet when you use it and doesn't drain easily. Furthermore, it's a shame that the window faces the parking lot, despite the otherwise excellent location. While the room window can't be changed, the air conditioner and shower drain are things that can be improved, so I hope the hotel will consider making improvements."

The back of the property is right next to Wat Chang Lom. The rooms are clean (no conditioner, toothbrush, or toothpaste, which should be provided for this price range). Breakfast is just ordinary. Don't forget to try the Khanom Krok, it's delicious!"

"This is a very nice B&B with new facilities, a nice environment, and cleanliness. It's newly opened, and I think our family was the first Chinese guests there. The owner and his wife are very welcoming and kind Thais. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the kids loved them. They even provided free drinks and fruit. It was absolutely amazing. Although the location is a little far from the old town, it's definitely worth staying here. If you're driving, it won't affect you! Great!"

"This hotel is located in an area called Tanwan. There are several good hotels around it, and this hotel is in the innermost area. The room is clean and the facilities are good. There is no breakfast or bicycle rental, so you have to go outside to solve these problems. But the service is really good and the price/performance ratio is good. It is worth recommending to tourists who stay for several days."

"I stayed here for 4 nights as a female solo traveller. First thing to note is that I felt very safe throughout my stay. The room itself is large and spacious albeit a little dark. Super comfy bed. Nice large bathroom although the shower wasn't the best but it was ok. The grounds are really well kept and the pool area is lovely and chilled. Breakfast was fine, just what you'd expect from a buffet really. The male who works (sorry can't remember his name) there is super lovely and helpful. The area itself is interesting, some nice local bars (Bar 6400) and restaurants (Poo) are just around the corner. The historical park is 100% worth a visit. It's absolutely beautiful and isn't overrun with tourists."

"It's a hotel with a very resort feel. It's clean, quiet and very comfortable. The hotel is in Xincheng, a bit far from the historical park. This is a bad point. Everything else is good. When going to the historical park by car, you should use Grap. Tutu randomly shouts prices. More expensive than grap."

"Super squeaky clean bedroom but the toilet smells maybe cuz of the bad pipes… other than that it was a very satisfying stay. It is literally opposite the Sukothai bus terminal and they even rent out bicycles and motorcycles for easy transportation. Do note that Sukothai rarely has grab / taxis so it’s better to rent / or get a random Tuk Tuk on the road. They provide food too and snacks and beer. Next to their hotel there is even cooked food too! Convenient for a relaxing chill away from the city vibes"

"The hotel is located about 2km from the Old Town. Our room was quite spacious, and the cleanliness was decent. The only major downside was that we frequently found termites in the room at night. The hotel provides bicycles, which were quite handy for getting to the Old Town. However, a word of caution: make sure you're back at the hotel before dark, as the roads around the hotel have no streetlights, and it can be quite dangerous navigating in the pitch black."

"Our stay at the history cafe was perfect to enable us to explore the nearby historical park of Sukhothai. We were graciously greeted by our host and checked in immediately. We had a room which was in the middle of the limited rooms but we felt that the space was quiet and as described/pictured. Overall amenities were basic as a budget room but plenty of space to unpack and chill out for a couple of days. There is a communal area downstairs where a basic breakfast was provided but we didn't partake in this. If you travel by bus from Bangkok specifically to the historical park, you pretty much get dropped off directly opposite which was great. I would recommend the History hotel to my friends and family if they were after a budget option to easily access local Sukhothai and the historical park."

"It was a family-run, homey guesthouse with a kind owner and children. It was close to the historical park and they provided free bicycle rentals, making it very easy to get around. The free breakfast was delicious, the interior was stylish, and it was a good value for the price. However, please note that the bath is shared and the water pressure is weak (hot water was available), and toothbrushes are not provided."
