"Located 10 minutes from the airport. Airport-Hotel-Airport transfer is included in the price. The hotel is new and clean. Elevator, air conditioning, mini-bar, bathrobe, slippers... everything is available. The staff are friendly and responsive. There's an option to order room service (Italian, Chinese cuisine) - we didn't use this service. We stayed at the hotel due to a long layover and were there until late evening (so I can't say anything about breakfast...). Transfer: 1- Before your flight, inform the hotel if you need a transfer (they send instructions on how to get to the meeting point). 2- Upon arrival, go to the meeting point and send a message (contact via WhatsApp to the hotel's phone number) - waiting time is 10-15 minutes. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city. It's 15 minutes to good restaurants and about 20 minutes to the city center by taxi."

"BASIC BASIC BASIC .....Very disappointed in what this hotel offered. Pictured better than was. Very close to airport, however rooms are small, when we tried to open window curtains, they fell to the floor. 10 minute shuttle to airport was 14 Euros extra. Lobby extremely small and full of smokers. Room was extremely basic, however it was clean. Bed had sheet with blanket, you make up bed yourself. wi-fi is good. Bathroom is acceptable, clean. Neighborhood surrounding not amenable for a single woman traveller. looking for a restaurant closeby."

"I went to Serbia to transfer back home. This hotel is very close to the airport. It has free pick-up and drop-off services. The Chinese boss can communicate in Chinese. The boss is very nice. The boss is kind, kind and enthusiastic. The hotel is clean, tidy and well-equipped. The hotel provides three paid meals a day, and the food is very delicious and authentic. When I left, I personally delivered it to the airport. I really recommend this hotel. Friends who come to Serbia must stay here! The bed in the double room is very comfortable. Compared with the 90 cm wide bed in other hotels, the 1.3 meter wide bed here is very comfortable to sleep on. The hotel is affordable and the price/performance ratio is super high! Recommended!"
