當時選擇這家酒店是因為在姑蘇區剛好離要玩的地方很近，四五百米很方便，而且是2024年新開的設施什麼的都是新的用的舒心 有幾點不好的地方希望酒店能改善， 1.房間淋浴地漏堵住了不下水，簡單洗個幾分鐘的澡水就漫過我腳了，不知道地漏會返上來什麼臟東西，希望能重新叫工程部報修下呢。 2.我在訂之前就看過酒店差評有説早上裝修，但是已經是半個月之前的評論了，我以為沒有了，我去入住就一晚，本來玩的就很晚才睡覺，早上八九點電鑽聲音又響了，直接給我吵醒，但是沒有持續太長時間，不知道是不是其他房間投訴了的原因。 3.隔音效果不是很好，從我下午入住開始，進了房間，走廊外面的客房阿姨説話聲音操作聲音能聽得很清楚，那時候已經四點了，看你們酒店客房並不是很多主打一個精緻怎麼會打掃到這麼晚呢，而且打掃房間不是要注重操作輕，走路輕，説話聲音輕嗎。 4.房間有味道，不是類似於剛打掃完消毒水的味道，像是沒散乾淨的甲醛味道，我出去過幾次，大堂味道是噴了香氛的，也可以在酒店客房裡打掃完噴一點啊，是不是，要不然住一晚就感覺自己一晚上在聞甲醛。 其他沒什麼問題，主要新開的酒店，環境什麼的做的很好，前台服務也挺好一直在微笑。
