Hotel berhampiran Huayangcheng, Suzhou

設施：挺齊全的，房間裏有體重秤小冰箱。 衞生：打掃的挺乾淨，工作到位了。 環境：交通方便，就在地鐵站旁邊 服務：周到細緻，耐心細心。。。

小姐姐免費升級了房型，服務態度好，中午沒來得及趕回來，還幫忙打包好行李放一邊，還有免費的礦泉水提供nice， 5號線地鐵非常近，地鐵2號出口直走800米就到酒店，這次非常滿意

這家酒店給我留下了深刻的印象！從入住的那一刻起，就能感受到前台工作人員的熱情與專業，他們迅速辦理入住手續，還提供了周邊遊玩的貼心建議。房間乾淨整潔，佈置温馨舒適，床上用品柔軟舒適，讓人一夜好眠。酒店的地理位置也十分便利，周邊餐飲娛樂設施齊全，出行特別方便。特別值得一提的是，酒店的服務團隊總是面帶微笑，讓人感到賓至如歸。無論是商務出差還是休閑旅遊，這家酒店都是絕佳的選擇。強烈推薦給每一位追求品質住宿體驗的旅客！

酒店就在古鎮裏面 附近有停車場 步行幾分鐘即可。 房間還可以，挺乾淨的，老闆也挺熱情的，有問題都能及時處理。 不足的就是 朋友住的那間熱水實在太慢了，放了很久才有點暖還不算很熱，大人倒無所謂，小朋友洗澡後面乾脆在我們房間洗了，然後他們房間內也沒有空調，不過還好有個取暖器 最重要的是！隔音效果實在不行 隔壁説話聲音，夜間入住樓上的走樓梯聲音 房間內走路聲音都聽的一清二楚，搞笑的是 早晨住客下來的聲音真的像滾下來的一樣咚咚咚😂😂😂反正就是聲音挺大的 還好睡得晚醒得早又是自然醒 如果碰到睡眠淺的估計不太行。 但是整個環境説實話還是可以的。 評論衹是個人觀點 僅供參考 還是要自己入住體驗

This hotel has really gone down since I last stayed here. It’s badly in need a renovation to bring it back up to modern standards. Very old and worn down now. Staff were great and helpful. Breakfast was ok Will probably look to stay somewhere else next time I’m Suzhou.

10 minutes away form subway station , the hotel is clean and service was good, the neighborhood seems too lonely during the day but at night there are many options to eat , not many things to do there though besides eating.

Did not meet expectations. Building has issues. -Rooms had temperature issues that the AC could not handle, Hotel tries to handle this with curtains and a paper notice (see picture. With the curtains closed Room was 35°C at check-in in winter because the room was on the sunny side). -Lack of hot water for the shower/bath in the evening, hotel said it has trouble handling peak hours (and they weren't even fully booked). -Shoehorn dropped in the middle of the night, waking us. Hanger is a double sided tape variety. -Other obvious maintenance issues like the electrical socket being misaligned, and the toilet seat having bad gearing in the smart toilet. -No decaf coffee available in the room, the staff said there is none (did not even know what it was). Normally with this brand of coffee the decaf is in blue packets. -Breakfast was mediocre at best. Pretty standard mainland fare. Line to the noodle stall was excessive, and for everything else the quality was lacking. On the positive side, the pool and the sauna were satisfactory. Good parking too. Firm bed for those who like it. Staff was fairly responsive despite, although Chinese is helpful. And for one of the 3 rooms booked we got an upgrade (although all of the negatives above still apply)

The third stay for me in this hotel. I keep coming back because everything works very well here. The staff is friendly and professional. Location is great, there is a big shopping mall across the street and metro lines 3 and 1 are also nearby. I liked the large breakfast buffet, especially the noodle station. The room was maybe a bit old but large and quiet. Excellent price/quality.

The location is quite good & the building looks hyper modern. Yet the room decoration is old in such a modern building: old-fashioned sofa & desk, old-fashioned carpet, etc. The amenity certainly needs update in order to match the reputation of this global brand.

Every time I arrive at Suzhou this is the hotel I book. It’s comfortable and convenient location and the staff are wonderful! Highly recommended by myself not just for business but also leisure travel. They will make sure you are comfortable and happy and go above and beyond to make sure you have a good stay
