Hotel berhampiran Lin Zexu Non-smoking Office, Suzhou

The location of this hotel is in a pedestrian Street, so when you get dropped off you will get dropped off in the road and just walk a little bit over to the hotel. It’s a very busy street so there’s many things around in terms of buying food and going out. However, I can get a bit noisy but you don’t really hear a lot of the noise from inside the hotel the only noise is the rooms in ext store. The neighbors that I had were exceptionally noisy and I didn’t really like that but that’s not the hotels fault. It’s easy to order takeout, the hotel will send it to your room with the small robot and also the hotel is very neat and very clean. The staff don’t speak but they are very helpful, so if you can’t speak Chinese I would suggest using a translator. The only thing that I didn’t like was the fact that it was so busy around the hotel but once again that’s not the hotels fault. The service is the best from the cleaners, they are so nice and so kind and always greet you and are very helpful.

來蘇州和朋友飯局，索性住一晚，逛逛周邊。訂的特色房，不在門店內，是在獨立大院裏的兩幢。房間小而精緻，環境是真的好，古風裝修。還有酸梅湯喝，為30度的高温天帶來了涼意。出門兩分鐘不到就是閶門和遊船碼頭。十分鐘內就能到山塘街主街。還有獨立停車場，出遊真的非常方便。

超級好！不是我吹，我是在高鐵上定的酒店，第一晚不是這家，是樓上的（同一棟樓的酒店）一家酒店，第二天沒房了我們就定了一晚，於是就賭了一把定了這裏，真的是我的夢中情宿。房東很熱情出來接，微信回的也很及時，有問題立馬解決啦！這房超級好看，落地窗可以看日出日落，很大，住四個人都不是問題，超級漂亮，浴巾是那種一次性包裝的，投影儀有點問題也立馬叫人來解決啦！看着很不錯👍外賣也會送到房間門口，地鐵也很近，兩三百米就到了。旁邊就是商場可以去逛逛。有點我感覺不方便就是空調是開關門就會自動關，拿外賣的時候就會自己關掉，要重新開，其他都很棒，下次來的話還住這！住了兩天，第二天這個房型沒了，房東給我們另一個房型p9也很不錯👍

非常有蘇州園林特色的一家度假型酒店，位於山塘街鬧市，卻鬧中取靜，臨水相依，安靜清雅。建築保留了傳統江南的風格，玉蘭、銀柳、梅花，名副其實的花間堂。 前台免費給我升級到兩個大床的盡端的2111房，天花板是磚木坡頂，推窗看見渡船，別緻風雅，在屋內感受江南。 司機師傅還義務送我們去了附近的園子，非常熱情，介紹當地人的美食，很暖心。 作為一名建築師，我喜歡花間堂的文化氛圍和設計。更被他家的員工們所感動，貼心細緻的服務。 雖然地處鬧市，為了確保客人的私密環境，酒店的保安工作做得很好。 和老母親一起，長者家特別喜歡。 真心推薦！

房間當然是有點小的，窗户在走道，這麼小的房間通風當然也差些，衞生狀況還可以。酒店交通很方便，離蘇州站才兩站地鐵，酒店離地鐵站也才兩百米，周圍是商業區，吃飯購物都很方便。 所以酒店的性價比還是不錯的，畢竟這樣的商業區，這個價位，這樣的環境，已經是不錯的選擇。尤其我是獨自旅行，喜歡選擇經濟實惠的酒店。

Nice staff and good location The room is quite small with unnecessary two sinks. It would be nice if they cleaned the windows overlooking the outside views. However, staff are professional and helpful. One of them helped us with the Didi application and we really appreciated. The location is good too. It’s just a short walk to the bus stop where you can get to many attractions. They also provide a lovely map for guests.

A great hotel for the price and a great location for anyone interested in visiting the Suzhou Silk Museum, Humble Administrator’s Garden or the Suzhou Museum.

Awesome! Everything was perfect in my stay with my family. I arrived in the evening and was looking for dining options only to realise they serve dinner in the hotel so it was convenient. However, they mostly had sea food options so you can talk to the waitress to advise on other options available. It's also close to shopping malls where you can get restaurants. Checking in was fast and they only required to copy my passport together with my family's and voila! The room was spacious enough and they provided toiletries for occupants. You can be provided with an extra key in case you need. The hotel has a nice theme park indoors for kids, quite convenient for families and also have a swimming pool. They also have a luggage storage service and the front desk are bilingual - speaking English. Overall all was well for the one day stay.
