比較的綺麗で部屋も広く、ケトルもあり、朝食もさまざまな種類があり、おいしかったです。 また、立地もセゲドの中心に位置しているので観光にも最適です。 しかしながら、ある男性スタッフのせいで、評価を下げることにしました。 今回は、8月13日〜14日の1泊滞在しました。13日のチェックインの際に、予約が8月23日〜24日となっていると男性スタッフから告げられました。しかし、予約したエクスペディアのサイトを確認しても8月13日〜14日の滞在と記載されています。そのため予約画面をスタッフに見せたところ、「英語で見せろ」という。日本語サイトで予約したので、すぐに英語表示することはできない。そのため、「空き部屋があれば宿泊させてくれ」と伝えたら、「今日は空き部屋は1室もない」とのこと。 そこで、ハンガリーから日本のエクスペディアに国際電話をかけて確認したところ、エクスペディアは正しく、ホテル側のミスであるとのこと。 電話から5分ほどして、エクスペディアが対応したようで、ロビーで待っていたら、先ほどの男性スタッフからフロントに来るよう呼ばれた。 その男性スタッフは、「空室ができた」との一言だけを私に伝え、部屋の鍵を渡した。そのまま鍵を受け取って、チャックインはできたが、何かおかしくないだろうか？ まず、今回の予約ミスの原因であるホテル側からの説明や謝罪が全くない。ホテル側のミスであるにも関わらず、なぜ顧客が高額な国際電話をかけて確認する必要があるのか。 また、たった5分やそこらで空室が出ることもあまり考えられない。人を見てその男性スタッフは判断したのではないか（非常に差別的である）。 さらに、チェックインの際、基本的な説明（朝食の時間やその他の注意点など）が全くなく、無言で鍵を渡した。フロント業務をするものとして不適切である。 そのフロントの男性スタッフ以外は、みんな素敵でした。 一人のスタッフのせいで、このようにホテルの印象が変化してしまうことは勿体無いと思いました。

Mozart Hotel is very well located to visit the inner city of Szeged. The quality offered is not four star. Rooms are small, not very well maintained, breakfast is very basic. Even simple things such as non-flavoured yoghurt was not offered. On the photo the text says: “Do not use the hairdryer, it is dangerous.” A hotel kiváló helyen fekszik, a belváros szívében. What I liked and enjoyed most was buffet breakfast. They did serve different hot meals every 3 mornings I stayed. Different kinds of tasty sausages were served each mornings. Its location, quite street in the heart of the city is also noteworthy. For those who concerns about the spaciousness of bedrooms, better avoid choosing the cheapest standard rooms. It is really small.

In the room you have a safe, hair dryer, shampoo, shower, liquid hand soap, kettle, coffee, sugar, tea and water. Rooms are cleaned every day. The breakfast restaurant on level E, above the lobby bar and reception, offers a large selection for breakfast, even for vegetarians, a large selection of coffees, juices and teas. Kudos to the restaurant. At the reception, they are very friendly and always at your service. Everyone speaks English so communication is fine.
