"The hotel is beautifully situated above the city with a beautiful view of the city and the sea. The hotel is getting old and we were almost alone in the hotel during our stay. The breakfast is very simple and the rooms are also functional. Recommended for a short stay (!) as a European, the entire holiday region obviously benefits from Algerian tourists. The large hotels outside the city are almost all isolated in the area. However, we cannot judge what it is like during the peak travel season in summer."

"I stayed there with family in August 2023. the staff is friendly and tries to listen to the customer but... a noisy hotel day and night until late hours. the two swimming pools are empty, there is nothing prestigious about them. the marina is still far away. No parking space. no parking especially if you arrive late. the breakfast is not worthy of a four star hotel. in short, a hotel that deserves neither its price nor its 4 stars (barely 2 stars)"

"We booked a Signature Suite with a terrace and sea view several months in advance for two nights… and upon arrival, we were put in a simple studio apartment with no terrace and a garden view. The owner's reason: another guest had extended their stay. So our confirmed reservation was simply not honored. Unacceptable. No solution was offered, no compensation was given, even though the price paid was completely excessive for the service received. The next day, the same disorganization at breakfast: only two tables for several rooms, forcing us to wait. After 15 minutes, we left without having breakfast. When we asked to pay only for the night without the breakfast we didn't have, the owner refused with astonishing arrogance and total contempt for the customer. Between the substandard room, lack of professionalism, nonexistent customer service, and appalling behavior, this establishment is a huge disappointment. Don't be fooled by the good reviews: the value for money is catastrophic. Avoid at all costs."
