The property is beautiful and if you base your experience on that aspect you'll have a lovely stay. Unfortunately, the hospitality is not what one would expect. Upon arrival we had to wait four hours for our room to become available. We booked a second floor extended King room - which was lovely but overlooked the parking lot and an air conditioning unit. We went to the desk and let them know that the room was lovely but shared our noise concerns and expressed that we were hoping for a vineyard view. They said if we waited two more hours they could have a room for us that was the same type but slightly smaller with a view and which we agreed to wait on. When we arrived at the new room we found that it was a standard king - almost half the size, was on the ground floor, not in the main building, and there really wasn't a view as being on the ground you only see the shrubbery directly in front of the room. Had we known this we would've stayed put in our first room. We didn't want to be difficult so stayed put in the subpar room (hoping that we'd be credited as we paid for the larger, nicer room – we weren’t.) In a follow-up conversation with the front desk staff, they warned us not to leave our patio door open due to the “critters” that may wander in. Some have mentioned that wine upon check-in as well as one review stating free wine and water in the room. We were not offered wine at check-in or at any other point during our stay. We're long-time wine club members so I sort of expected a welcome wine - but there wasn't anything. We were not given room water either - although there is a carafe and plastic cups to pour from in the lobby. When I asked the person at the front desk for water for the room she instructed me to “track down housekeeping and get some from them.” There was no explanation of the restaurants, fitness room, wifi or amenities at check-in nor was there a book or guidance in our room. The restaurant seemed adequately staffed however they were only seating about a third of their tables (ie 5 or 6 tables at a time.) So, despite there being 15+ open tables and only five or so in use at any given time, it was a 30+ minute wait to be seated. I also realized, after the fact, that wine club members are supposed to receive a discount which was never offered. All in all - it feels as if the staff are here to keep the building open not to take care of their guests. Most of the staff are pleasant - just not upholding typical hospitality standards. I will add that the maintenance folks and housekeepers we encountered on the grounds were very friendly and always asked if we needed anything. (Housekeeping is only provided upon request so our interactions were in passing.) As always, our visits to the Ponte winery and restaurant were fabulous.

I called back again because I got so upset that they bothered my sleep basically for nothing. ( which caused me a terrible headache btw). I asked for the manager, and the one who called was in fact, the manager named Senya I hope the conversation was recorded. Can someone from the upper management pull up the recordings to listen to that call It was a huge frustration. I can’t believe I was already talking to the manager because of poor customer service and lack of empathy. It’s important for upper management to ensure that their staff is trained and empowered to provide excellent service to customers. She offered me points but I didn’t accept that, I don’t need points a sincere apology will rectify things. Will I recommend this hotel to my family & friends, Definitely Not! It is important for hotels and businesses in general to provide excellent customer service experience, as it can greatly impact customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Saya benar-benar tidak faham mengapa tempat ini dinilai 2 bintang? Saya telah tinggal di tempat ini dua kali sekarang dan secara jujur saya tidak akan tinggal di tempat lain. Saya telah mengesyorkan tempat ini kepada beberapa rakan saya dan mereka menyukai pengalaman mereka sama seperti saya. Keadaan akan berbeza kerana COVID, tetapi ia membuatkan anda berasa seperti di rumah sendiri. Kakitangan sangat mesra dan akomodatif. Hotel ini mempunyai lokasi lokasi terbaik, anda hanya cukup jauh dari bandar lama untuk tidak dipukul dengan semua pemabuk, tetapi hanya cukup dekat untuk pergi mabuk. Hotel ini mempunyai air, Gatorade, makanan ringan, hidangan panas dan sedikit bekalan yang mungkin anda terlupa dalam perjalanan anda seperti berus gigi, untuk pembelian di lobi. Walaupun, pada masa ini kerana gaya makan piknik COVID tidak tersedia, hotel ini mempunyai beg sarapan pagi yang boleh anda ambil dari lobi hotel dan nikmati di dalam bilik anda. Mereka mempunyai kemudahan lain di dalam dan di luar hotel yang saya letakkan pada ulasan saya yang lain. Lagipun, suka tempat ini.

This hotel is good value for the money, certainly better than the nearly $300 Pechanga wanted on a Friday night! Staff is friendly and very helpful We even received a ”welcome” phone call! They had a disability room with a roll in shower and TWO beds-- almost unheard of! As a result the ability to maneuver a wheelchair is a bit tight but not impossible. They had noted our request for a shower chair on a prior occasion and brought one up without our asking. The fridge was plugged in and ready to go-- not always the case. A couple of small negatives: breakfast was very limited-- should be referred to as a ”light continental breakfast”. Only protein was yogurt. There was only one USB port so bring a USB to wall plug cord. You cannot leave the light on in the bathroom and the door cracked to serve as a nightlight because the fan is connected and anyway, the light will turn off. Lastly, the parking situation is not good, with very few disability spaces and few spaces overall. If you come back at night, you will be parking some distance away and I never saw a guard for the complex. Overall, this motel had a level of service missing from some much more expensive motels-- at a third pf the price.

Customer service was absolutely top notch, everyone was very kind and attentive. My only complaint is the laundry room wasnt sticked with some soap fornpirchase soni couldnt do laundry(and I really needed to lol). Ots within walking distance to Old Town Temecula so would be easy to go for some drinks and not have an issue getting home. Was quiet at night and didnt feel unsafe one bit. The room thatvi had did not have a mini fridge so prepare for that

Plusses: The room was lovely very large and had a lovely view. (Be sure to get a room on the east side as view is better). Minuses: No daily service. Even the breakfast tray was still there when I came back,. Also the television does not go above a certain volume so as not to disturb others. I see that as discrimination against those who are hearing impaired. And the breakfast was so so. Stale pastries. Not fresh baked. Taste like out of a package, Yogurt was good though! There should also be instructions for the buttons for the fireplace and how to work the shower. Still.... I would stay again.
