We love this hotel and the pool. We always book before our flight out of the local airport but oh my god is the food so nasty. You’re better off getting something from the places near by. The sopa de elote was so sour like it was old. The lettuce was bitter! The shrimp pasta was bland. At night we got a burger and a club sandwich to the room. No flavor and everything tasted old and soggy. The breakfast wasn’t bad though.

Mi familia y yo teníamos 4 habitaciones reservadas para nuestro viaje; el servicio en recepción fue siempre amable, sin embargo en 2 habitaciones había un mal olor en el baño que perduró toda la estancia, no se percibe una buena limpieza en las habitaciones, asimismo, no hay caja fuerte en las habitaciones ni closet, si bien es un hotel de calidad media, me parecería oportuno que tuvieran esos servicios en el cuarto. No hay ”room service”, lo único que hay es una máquina expendedora en el nivel del lobby, la cual, nunca volvieron a llenar. El desayuno es bastante pobre, por lo que sería mejor buscar una opción fuera del hotel para hacerlo. En general es un hotel que tiene que mejorar.
