"The structure is located in the central square of the ancient village (at least the central body). Very friendly and professional welcome (thanks to their information, we parked for free at the port and, with a spiral staircase, reached the reception in a few minutes). It is a widespread hotel which has recovered, with careful renovation, some residential units in the centre. We slept in one of the rooms in the main building: large, clean, it opened onto a beautiful shared terrace. Large and new bathroom, good toiletries although essential. In the room we also found: fridge and coffee/tea corner, and courtesy water in paper briquettes. Breakfast, served next to the reception, has a good sweet choice (various types of croissants and homemade cakes) and a "basic" corner of savory products (with very good bread and tomato!). I highly recommend it to experience this corner of Molise, and congratulations to the girl who works there. Note: our room only had one door for natural ventilation (there is an air conditioner in the room) and the bathroom was also blind, but this is due to the characteristics of the original structure and we did not notice any bad smells."

"Spent 6 nights in July and had a wonderful stay. Our hosts were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms were clean and modern. Location is close to the beach and port. They have cute donkeys, ducks and chickens on their property. Will definitely be back!"

"We have only a night stayed in this building, the rooms are located in the centre of Termoli and are new and well organized. There is no parking and if you happen in high season this may be a problem, my husband made four tours to find one and still always pay. The owner told us he had to notify him before we needed the parking, but you say we arrive in the aircraft? Everyone arrives with the car, in addition, given that we paid at the port 30€ to park the car from 10 to 19 is obvious that everyone needs the parking! Breakfast is not included but snack is offered, it's a good idea but what we then discovered by making breakfast in a small bar at about 500 meters is that this bar is convenient with a lot of facilities and breakfast offered is Very good...why not do you? Of course there are all kinds of cornets and coffee shops there is no buffet but it is very good. So you save the guest the duty to find a place to breakfast. Since we were here in July, the price for one night seemed very high, at last we were in Termoli not in Sardinia (very there was the employer party ) but the offer of services was not..."

"The apartment is located on the main road of Termoli. Modern, clean, comfortable. All details are well studied to offer the tourist the idea of beauty and utility. Example: Emergency Emergency Bag well provided of every medical first-intervention tool. This is so much to say one. There is a washing machine, washing machine, refrigerator ... every comfort for a pleasant stay. What more to say to you... in faith Mauritius, Marisa and the little Elisa da Foggia"

"We love it here!!!! Don t hesitate to book; immaculate, gorgeous location, personalised service, friendly, beach club included and nearby, restaurants within walking distance, beach lovely… nothing negative!!!! Everyone was so friendly at this hotel and went above and beyond to make our stay the best!"

"The place is bright and clean. The windows open and there is a good breeze. There was a view of the beach from the balcony. The staff at the front desk and elsewhere were friendly and helpful. It’s not luxurious but it is comfortable."
