Highly recommend anyone who wants to stay in Ginza and wants an onsen within the hotel as well. Can't explain the joy of coming back after a long day of 25k steps and soaking in an onsen. The hotel provides a bathrobe & outdoor slippers (not for room) so you can use that to move about the hotel. The onsen has shower gel, shampoo and conditioner as well, so all you have to do is bring a towel that the hotel also provides. For anyone wondering, the hotel also has a coin operated washer and dryer. Can't remember the exact cost, but one cycle of washing and drying probably amounted to about 300 yen! Worth it to avoid doing laundry at home. For the room itself, although it is small, with some expert maneuvering, we were able to open up 1 large and 1 small luggage to pack things. The is a typical Japanese sized room aka small, but it's rather functional so it works if you're just looking to get some shut eye. All in all, I recommend this hotel!

Aman Tokyo sets a new standard for exceptional hard products. Despite a mishap on our first night when we returned from dinner to find our room uncleaned, the front desk manager promptly apologized and offered complimentary drinks. The head of housekeeping also personally apologized at breakfast and showered us with thoughtful gestures like a fruit platter and free laundry. Subsequently, our stay was faultless. Aman Tokyo also boasts stunning design and architecture and a strategic location near Otemachi station, Tokyo station, the Imperial Palace, and Ginza. Its awe-inspiring atrium leaves a lasting impression. The generously sized rooms, starting at 70 square meters, feature high ceilings throughout, with unforgettable views of the imperial gardens from the bed. Even the retractable TV showcases its thoughtful design, providing guests with an unobstructed view of the Tokyo skyline. The hotel's farewell was equally remarkable. Providing a complimentary hotel car transfer to Tokyo station, while being escorted by another staff member who went the extra mile to purchase our tickets, carry our luggage to the platform, store our luggage on the train and brought us to our seats. Undoubtedly, this luxury at Aman Tokyo comes at a price. However, delivers the sought-after wow factor for which its rates command. After all, Tokyo is one of the most expensive cities in the world. From the grand lobby to the inviting pool and spacious rooms, the hotel impresses on many levels. Managing expectations is, however, key. It would be unrealistic to expect the usual Aman-type of service commonly associated with their other properties whose room counts are a lot smaller. While the initial mishap was regrettable, the subsequent personalized attention and meticulous service surpassed expectations for a city hotel with 80 rooms. Whether this was due to the initial mishap or reflective of their usual standards remains unknown, warranting another stay on my next visit to Tokyo.

比較另類，房間舒適，每層都有一個公共區域可以享用免費的咖啡茶水和小點心，很貼心。唯一讓能不能接受的是，服務員在大堂沒收了鞋子，（行李箱需要提上去，幫我們擦乾淨了行李箱輪子…）全程衹能光腳，房間內沒提供拖鞋，這種特意強調某種日式文化的感覺不適用於以外國入住居多的酒店。且明明有中文服務人員，在入住的時候卻不提供中文服務，這一點也增加了非常多的溝通成本。體驗感欠佳

Th location is very close to Ginza center. You could easily go everywhere by walking or metro. The room is not very big but I’m not surprised. The hotel got smart TV so that you could connect the streaming service you want, which is a big plus since the stores in ginza close very early at 8pm. I’ll recommend it for its location and the affordable price especially in Ginza area.

This was our second trip to Japan within the past 5 years. Previously, we stayed at a budget hotel which was cramped and small compared to American hotels. For this reason, we decided to splurge and I'm so glad we did. Splurge on the deluxe room if you value space and comfort. It not only made a huge difference, but it made our stay even better. The deluxe room comes with a walk- in closet, huge bathroom, and the room itself was big enough for a King bed and sitting area with a couch and chair. The staff provided excellent customer service at all times. The hotel is not that close to a train station so be wary of that, especially if you have heavy luggage. Also, this hotel is huge and navigating it takes time before you know where to go and how to get to the area's local restaurants and train stations. The hotel grounds have a beautiful Japanese garden with waterfall which rivals some parks. The only criticism I have about our stay is dining. As do all hotels, this one charges a huge price to dine on-site. You have access to local restaurants that are within walking distance for half the price. If you want to save money do a little research online and dine off-site. There are plenty of options around the area.

Ia berdekatan dengan stesen dan mudah. Terdapat alat kawalan jauh untuk pencahayaan di dalam bilik, dan adalah baik saya boleh melaraskan kecerahan agar sesuai dengan saya. Kemudahan dan pakaian tidur terletak di sebelah meja penyambut tetamu, jadi senang dapat memilih apa yang saya perlukan. Penghawa dingin walaupun pada waktu malam? Ia membuat bising sepanjang masa dan ia mengganggu saya. Secara keseluruhan, ia adalah penginapan yang sangat baik, jadi jika ada peluang, saya ingin menggunakannya semula.

I love everything about this hotel. It’s very close to Haneda airport and accessible via train station. They also offer a free packed breakfast which is very nice for the price and a free shuttle bus going to the airport (make sure to reserve a slot in advance). The amenities are also generous. They also have a sleep wear ready for you. Hotel cleanliness and aesthetics are 100%! Perfect for transit passengers, will recommend!

Good location, near metro station, but remember to go exit gate A6 for lift if you have luggage. Service is good. Breakfast can be improved by providing more varieties. Laundry room is good, you can monitor the using status through the TV in your room. Over all, it’s a good hotel to stay.

Hotel location was really great as it was located near the shopping street of Ginza and Don Quijote. Hotel staff was really nice to meet our request for high floor and checking in was pretty smooth. Would come back again :)

Amazing hotel. Great and large room. Perfect hospitality and service. Best value for money in Tokyo. We are planning to come again very soon.
