"I was looking for a place close to the center of Torbole but with a quiet, green area where each family member could relax after returning from various excursions in the afternoon. We found a corner of paradise that exceeded all expectations: a swimming pool with a garden and loungers for mom, plus a separate play area right behind it for the rest of the family to run around and play ball. 🙂 The real highlight is the breakfast, which features quality items, from sweet to savory, for a great energy boost before a walk. The room is clean and spacious. We didn't use them, but city bikes are available, and the hotel also offers free parking. Kudos to you for the well-kept garden. Will we be back? Absolutely!"

"OK, only a maximum 3-star hotel. Rooms are basic, and the food is average but nice. Rooms have no tea/coffee making facilities. Beds are hard, and a twin is made up of two singles put together. The shower is tiny. If you are of average to large build, you will have very little space. There is a very serious slip issue as there is no non-slip surface or mat in the shower. You will have to use a small towel. Complimentary bathroom goods are a very bare minimum. There are no USB charging facilities, and even if you have a standard UK/EU plug-in adaptor,it won't fit because they have put light switches adjacent to the socket. You will need a Safeline sl1103 3 pin adaptor, which has a slim connection plug-in. Rooms do have a safe and the holtel has a lift and a swimming pool. There is a COOP very close by, only a two minute walk and a Lidl about 15 minute walk. The scenery is outstanding. Thank you to the lovely Michelle for being an amazing reception hostess and to the very attentive Ben in the restaurant. Everyone was so friendly and we had a great time."

"Breed and comfortable rooms and apparently recently renovated. If we really wanted to find a neum: small balcony but with very comfortable seats. Excellent breakfast. Not low prices, like all over the area, but don't regret the expense"

"We stayed 10 nights at the Gardea Soulfamily Hotel and I couldn’t recommend it more highly for people looking for a family hotel. Located around a 10 minute walk from the Torbole town area, the hotel is well positioned for exploring the Northern part of Lake Garda. The hotel is on a slight hill but regular shuttle buses are offered so this is not a huge issue. The area is absolutely stunning! The hotel clearly caters to young families and you can tell a lot of thought has gone into the small details that make it easier for this audience. Our kids (age 10 and 5) loved it and I would say any child up to around 10-12 years old would feel the same. The hotel is also very modern and clean. Everything is of very high standard. Food is exceptional. Great breakfast options and very high quality evening meals. I personally felt the prices of drinks was reasonable for this level of hotel. What makes the hotel really special though is the staff. It’s a relatively small hotel and so a core team of staff members who run the site. They are incredibly friendly and helpful. If you have a young family, are looking to stay in this part of Lake Garda and don’t mind paying a bit more for an exceptional hotel then I would look no further!"

"Aug 26 -Sept 2. Convenience: A very pleasant quiet area (away from the traffic). 10 min walk away from the action. Vibe: The adult only (well 12 years and over) policy leads to a very chilled and relax atmosphere. Room: Comfort Pool with View and corner balcony (sun all day). Very spacious and well laid out with air conditioning. Good large comfortable bed and excellent shower. Plenty of storage with lots of hangers(!) Excellent balcony allowing all day sun being a corner balcony. Services and amenities: Exceptional breakfast. Fruit, cereal, muesli (and seeds), healthy bread, croissants, juice, coffee machines and hot breakfasts with eggs, bacon and sausage and some vegetarian options too. Bike (basic) hire, good sized swimming pool with table tennis and table football and a lovely garden area with a bar serving very reasonably priced drinks. General: The Hotel is very well run with lovely friendly staff. It's spotlessly clean and well maintained. I would say this Hotel offers excellent value in comparison to others I researched when planning our visit. What could be better? Being British, we are partial to a cup of tea so tea making facilities would have been nice. A clothes drying rack would have been welcome to hang the odd hand-washed item of clothing especially as we were on a nine day holiday. Would have preferred a table on the balcony rather than a coffee table as sometimes, we didn't want to go out every night and just wanted to get a pizza and a bottle of wine in."

"This was a lovely hotel with fantastic rooms and friendly, helpful staff. We had a 1st floor room overlooking the pool with a view of the mountains and loved it. The atmosphere was relaxed, the breakfast delicious, the parking and bike storage a real bonus. You can walk everywhere from the hotel and there is an excellent family-friendly cycle path which goes along the River Sarca. Highly recommended, I'd definitely stay here again."

"We have been there several times and we have always had a great time, I agree with what has already been said in the best reviews, even this last time they have shown kindness and availability for a booking problem of ours. I do not agree with the complaints of others: we suffer a lot from the heat and therefore we ask if there is air conditioning; the garage at € 14 given the cost of parking in tourist locations is excellent in any case it is not mandatory, there are free parking lots hundreds of meters away.
