"After a long drive from Bombay, the warmth wit which we were received and the whole check-in was conducted was very comforting. All the people manning the reception were very helpful and ensured our requests were dealt with at the earliest. Ample safe parking for cars is a major benefit. Right from the onset - from making our reservations till our checkout, Dhananjay, Ravi, Avinash & Yashwant were very professional and understanding. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed and stocked. They were really much better than we had expected. The Seven Flavours restaurant serves very good food to suit specific needs. The Upvas & Jain food offerings were very tasty. Mr. Jagat Singh Negi ensures that you are served as per your expectations. Being a 10-15 min walk from the Trimbakeshwar Temple complex, makes it a very convenient stay for any with the temple in their plans. A couple of other temple are within close proximity. Internet access is not very good - plan accordingly. We were informed this was due to the telecom service providers not being upto the mark in the area."

"Misleading Reviews, Terrible Stay Booked this hotel after reading positive reviews, but my experience was the complete opposite. The room was extremely dirty – smelly blankets, stained bedsheets, and even bed bugs. Furniture was old and worn out, and bathroom fittings were either broken or not working. No towels were provided, and the room was tiny with barely any working AC. To top it off, the food was bland and poorly prepared – absolutely not worth the money. This place is completely misrepresented online. Avoid at all costs. I regret staying here and won’t recommend it to anyone."

"Properties location was good. Though little remote. Rooms were okay and clean. Due to cyclonic weather the doors and windows were shattering constantly, which was quite a pain. We got very hot water for bathing. Food was good in the restaurant. Both the managers mr. Sagar and mr. Vikram were very cooperative and helpful. Other staff were also very courteous"

"There was no room service. We requested for a wake up call at 5 am as we wanted to go to trambakeshwar temple. No one woke up till we got up at 6:15. Then there was no water supply in the room for another 15 mins. No tea was served. The staff blunt and real bad . Worst experiance ever. "

"The rooms were really nice and the balcony views were just on another level it made the entire stay so peaceful while sipping coffee/tea and looking at the peaks shrouded by clouds. Some things which can be improved - toilet flush seemed on one of the rooms we booked was weak resulting in not a pleasant experience room 306, and one of the bidets in the other room was weak too room 301. Would that be enough?"
