"Just back from Villa Andrea my wife and myself and what a well run spotlessly clean hotel situated about 15 minutes from the harbour this hotel isn't stuffy but very relaxed. Rooms are well equipped for your needs, 1 minute from the pebbly beech lovely walk down to the Restaurants and bars oveall lovely relaxing 10 days but the stars of the hotel are the 2 lovely ladies on reception always ready to help and always with a smile Marela and Bilana xxxx Andy and Rosina"

"Our family has just returned from the Bluesun Alga. We spent 7 nights here. It's ok. Rooms are small. The food was good. The staff completely ruined the experience for me though. They are not friendly. Not welcoming. If you've spent money and have booked a vacation, you want to feel 'looked after'. This is not the experience here. When we arrived (11pm) I was told to sign in to the WiFi, find my booking reference and email it to the hotel account. Guests should be made to feel relaxed and 'switched off' from the minute they arrive... Not logging on to their email accounts etc The staff couldn't care less about the guests. They are rude and dismissive. The cleaner audibly sighed when we said 'yes please' when she asked if we'd like our room cleaned that day. You just know if there is an issue with your room etc that you are not going to get anywhere when you bring this up. This also happened to us. The young guy who supervises the kids play room was the nicest member of staff we encountered. The pools are busy, small and overcrowded. We would definitely return to Tucepi... But we will be finding a 5 star hotel in the area and going there instead!!"

"Very nice clean hotel. Staff were friendly and polite. Food was a nice selection. Excellent location right on the beach. The pool was large but quite noisy. It didnt bother us but there werent any other English guests when we stayed. The price of drinks was quite high so not many used the bar."

"Our third visit to this lovely hotel! The staff is always super sweet and helpful, the location is superb! The room has everything you need, I especially love the Nespresso machine, the luxurious pillows and the big rain shower. The cleaning is great, new towels every day, you get a bathrobe and slippers on arrival. The aircondition is also much appreciated. The pool and pool area is small but cosy and you can order drinks and coffee while sunbathing. Free towels at the reception. Don’t miss the beach though, it’s magic! The breakfast is really good, plenty to choose from and you can order the eggs you like. My boyfriend is vegan and never left the breakfast hungry all though a vegan youghurt and cheese alternative would be nice. We left super early and got a breakfast package when we checked out. You must let them know in advance and they will happily make it for you. Another lovely stay at this super hotel, will be back!"
