"The facilities in a small place like this really need regular upgrades. Maybe I had bad luck, but the king room I was assigned had a spotlight that wouldn't turn off with the main switch. When I was ready for bed, I realized I couldn't switch it off. I tried calling the front desk, but no one picked up, so I had to go down and talk to the staff in person. The front desk guy was very helpful and upgraded our room type."

"The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the room facilities were complete and comfortable. It's definitely one of the top accommodation choices in Tumen. It's a shame there's no breakfast.
