If you want to get away from it all, no traffic, no music and just the sounds and smells of nature, this is the place for you. The staff are excellent, friendly and efficient. The food is delicious and plentiful. Wonderful Turkish cuisine and no need to go hungry at all. The pool was cool, clean, relaxing with amazing views. We were celebrating a birthday while we were there and the cake, the food and the singing were all brilliant. Our room was set apart from the hotel and was very comfortable. A full window wall and a roof window gave us more wonderful views and star gazing at night. We had our own verandah and a small garden area for sitting watching the birds etc. Because it was late July when we were there, I have to say that these rooms, although comfortable and having air conditioning, were very warm. Our holiday was cut short because of the smoke coming from the dreadful fires which hit this part of Turkey in July. The staff were wonderful, helping us as much as they could and we felt as though we were leaving our friends. There were also some lovely dogs and a very independent cat! We fully intend to visit again very soon.

Das Hotel liegt in sehr gute Laage. Personal ist sehr Nett. Besonders der Deniz ist sehr chillig. Die Zimmern sind immer Sauber. Der Auswahl in früchtück ist nicht sehr groß. Aber das was gibt schmeckt sehr gut. Ich empfehle alles im ganzen das Hotel weiter.

Had a lovely time at this hotel, the room was spacious and kept very clean by the excellent staff. The hotel is in a very good position, a walk to the beach only takes under 5 minutes and a bus to the centre of town is very good value at 9 tl .The nights can get a bit noisy with disco music playing until midnight but ear plugs could solve this. The breakfast is the same each day and a buffet style could sort this out. Overall a very pleasant stay helped by an excellent management team.

A great hotel, super friendly employees everywhere, reception, breakfast room, general housekeeping who always smile and have good advice and are willing to help and go the extra mile Super wide breakfast selection with various warm dishes, cold cuts, all kind of cheese, cereals and of course many different salads, yoghurt and dried fruits - I could not think of anything missing Different coffees from Americano over Expresso to Latte and fruit juices Less than 2 minutes walk to the red tower and 5 minutes to the harbour. Seaview really perfect to see the “pirate” ships coming and going and also sunrise in the morning. As close to the harbour also close proximity to all kind of restaurants, bars and the shopping bazaars. We were super happy and will come for sure again, we really had a great time and enjoyed every single day 😎

Отель отличный, с немецким менеджментом, что говорит само за себя. В этом отеле я не первый раз. В декабре была хорошая цена, а в сезон, конечно, отель дорогой. Номера отличные, всё работает, номер с балконом, в номере есть интернет. Отель красивый, в холле удобные диваны и кресла. Еда в ресторане выше всяческих похвал, у меня был полупансион. Выбор блюд отличный, всё вкусно. Море рядом, через дорогу. До центра тоже недалеко, чуть больше километра. Отель рекомендую.

Excellent service, friendly staff. I had my birthday whilst here and they arranged a cake, bubbles, balloons and a gift. The team all sang happy birthday and made my day special. The owner was very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, in fact from the moment we arrived, everyone made our holiday special. There is a shuttle bus to the beach and the beds and parasols are free. The food is excellent and there is a good range to choose from. Lots of guests we met continue to visit each year. We will be returning too! ❤️

I came here to Alanya for a business trip and found this hotel by chance and love it. The best part is how stuff's are so polite with the customers. And by the way they don't call you a customer, they treat you as a guest of their own. Beautiful decorations, delicious food, center of the Alanya. Perfection 😍😍😍. Awful experience, first of all our room was not at all like the pictures in our booking. After a request to change rooms (at a cost of 8 euro’s a night) we agreed to pay half. Which was before we realised there was barely any hot water, no matter the time of day. Then there was the quality of the general facilities and the equipment provided (run down and dated) alongside chipped tableware and cracked tiles. More than once there were holes and stains on the ‘freshly changed’ bedding. The cleaning of the room in winter time is mean’t to be every other day however we had to verbally request for the room to be cleaned. We also ended up doing it ourselves a few times in the two weeks. The maids were excessively loud and disruptive, often waking us with banging and crashing as they carried out their cleaning services in the surrounding rooms. When we approached the staff working at the hotel they said they would contact the manager/owner to find a solution to the issues we had raised but no one came back to us until our check out day, they told us if we didn’t pay the room upgrade despite our disappointing experience they would have to pay which was obviously a lie. We also requested a double mattress topper, our request was ignored even though we asked numerous times. Our request was finally granted a week into our stay. Wouldn’t recommend staying here!
