"We booked a family room with our kids, which is a double bed (1.5?) and a single bed, which is more in line with our requirements. It's just an ordinary hotel for one night, and we didn't expect too much. Breakfast time is 7-8:45, maybe it's not the peak season, so there are not many people. The hotel also has a restaurant for dinner, which closes at about 8 o'clock. There is also a supermarket next to it. The town is not very big, and the pier is just two steps away after dinner."

"We stayed here as part of our journey home from the Outer Hebrides to Wiltshire. It was immaculately clean and comfortable. The showers were great-plenty of hot water. Our children grumbled about not having a tv but it gave us all an opportunity to relax and read for a change! Make sure you book in advance as Ullapool is on the NC500 route-we booked in January and the en-suite family room had already been booked on the dates we wanted!"
