"This place has a ton of character! I loved my stay here. I typically stay at Hilton branded hotels, but on this trip the tour guide booked us to stay here. It was so cool. Yes, it's dated and not having wifi in the rooms is inconvenient, but the staff and charm of the place more than makes up for it. I would love to stay here again and bring my wife next time. Also, the breakfast was awesome. Thank you for the nice stay."

"We visited the restaurant expecting a fine dining experience and it was far from fine dining. We were celebrating a friend’s engagement and the dinner ruined our celebration. The Tom yum soup was like a paste of grated overcooked vegetables with no liquid at all. The dumplings were tasty but it was definitely not a soup. The chicken pasta was the whitest pasta that I have ever seen. It lacked flavour and was inedible. The fish was bland. The bread a d butter pudding was a tasteless dome of dry bread with raisins. Foundant was very tasty. The presentation lacked and finesse that we were expecting from the description we found on their page. The owner asked for feedback which we gave and he agreed about the soup but sadly added that he can’t please everyone. We said nothing about the rest of the food"

"we booked for 2 houses and asked the houses to be closed to each other which never happen. when the reception contacted the person who booked the houses for us, he was extremely rude and dropped our calls. 2- at the reception when we check in the gave us the wifi details only to found out that there is no wifi at all at the houses , no router nothing, but they are giving people the wifi details just to make you stupid, they admitted to this when i confronted them. 3. the 1 house there is no micro oven but they say its self catering houses. the good part is the houses are clean, the cleaning ladies are very friendly and the receptionist are very friendly and helpful. the restaurant is perfect and even at the pool area the staff there is great. the hiking is out of this world. i will love to visit again only if they dont put me in houses 115 and 161"
