LOVED this hotel! Easy to walk around town. Rooms are clean and spacious. Spa amenities were great, although it was difficult to find a space to get a massage as they were fully booked. Check in was quick and easy. The breakfast was good and had a large variety of offerings (including some desserts!)

Excelente atención tanto del personal de la recepción como del salón comedor.Ubicado a una cuadra y media de la principal de Ushuaia y de los lugares a visitar.Muy buen desayuno y cena.La habitación en el tercer piso con excelentes vistas y una gran terraza además de un baño moderno y un gran placard.Totalmente recomendable. Lo elegiría nuevamente al regresar a Ushuaia.

The Good stuff Great views from rooms, and it's a moving view with all the ships leaving port, even if you just had trees out your room window, great views over Ushuaia, airport and harbour from common areas such as bar, restaurant. Friendly staff, even the ones who speak limited English always keen to help. Beds are comfortable. Internet was really fast and reliable Food is nice and reasonably priced in the bar (around what you pay for bar or takeaway food in tourist places in Ushuaia). There is also a restaurant which I didn't use, except for with the included breakfast, which is a buffet type of arrangement. Has bacon, eggs, various bread, pastries, cereal, juice, the standard stuff. There's some nature trails next to hotel that take you to other hotels through forest with creeks and the like. Bad stuff The location that gives you those trails and views, well it's about a ten minute drive to Ushuaia. The hotel is located in the mountains behind the town. So if you don't have a car because you're on a tour that for some reason doesn't grasp the concept most people want to stay in the towns if they haven't been to a place before, well you've got to rely on the free shuttle (a van). It leaves from town 9:30am, 11:30am, 12:30pm, 4pm (yep big gap in there), 6pm and 8pm. It leaves for town (to the wharf area) from the hotel at 8am, 10am, midday, 3:30pm (another huge gap), 5:30pm and 7:30pm. Doesn't open for your paid for with room price breakfast until 7am. This is a pretty late time to eat breakfast. Especially when you consider the astronomical amount of day tours (front of hotel is like a bus station in the morning), people with early flights or who are boarding ships to Antarctica. On checkout day the tour I was on had a 6am pickup to the airport, I enquired if we get breakfast we paid for somehow. Was told you can order a picnic lunch from bar, and I asked if this was complementary, and was told oh no you have to pay for it. Likewise you pay theme park/airport prices for laundry. You have to pay per item and not the standard one price for whatever fits in a laundry bag (a load) that you get in most places. Or even per kg. But per item. Underwear is $2USD. Socks $2USD. T-shirt $3USD. Sweater $6. For the ladies a dress is somehow $12. And if you want anything ironed on top of that items range from $2 to $10 to be what they call pressed. The hotel does have a good hairdryer in the walk in wardrobe, except it is attached by a chord to the wall so you've got to stand in there to dry your underwear or whatever after washing it in the sink. For some reason though the coat hangers are permanently attached to the rod in the walk in wardrobe, so you can't hang stuff to get the sunlight through the window or something and minimise the hairdryer time. The shower is not only in a bath (bad enough) but the holder thing the shower hose sits in tilts the head so it sprays all over the floor (since there is a really little ba

We arrivd at 8am and wasallocated a room,despite the stated check-in time of 3pm. Albeit I was given two bedroom instead of one bed room, I did not ask for change as my friend'sroom wasnear mine 144 and 148. Check-out time was 11am in stead of noon asstated in my voucher.

Great place to stay when in Ushuaia. The property is very well done, and right on the water with great views. Rooms are spacious and very well done, and everyone there was fantastic. It's not walkable to the downtown area, but that's not a bad thing, and an Uber was about $2-3 USD to get into Town. Restaurant and food were also very good. We'd definitely stay there again next time we're in Ushuaia

Really beautiful hotel. I was here travelling solo before a trip to Antarctica. The hotel staff were very helpful from the moment I arrived and were helpful in giving me recommendations for vegan options in the city. The hotel is in a very beautiful spot offering stunning views of Ushuaia. Would recommend grabbing a coffee (they offer complimentary coffees at certain times of day) and sit up by reception where there is a wonderful view. The hotel offers a shuttle bus multiple times a day to and from the hotel to the city centre- the drop off point is by the “fin del Mundo” sign. This was very handy. They also have a beautiful spa where I had a lovely massage for a reasonable price (around 30 US dollars for 50 mins) and used the sauna. There is also a steam room and pool. Breakfast was a nice buffet with a good selection - I have allergies and the staff were so helpful and kind in ensuring that I had options - the same when I ordered room service (again very reasonable prices). The hotel offers guided walks and other nice things each day like forest bathing but sadly I didn’t get a chance to try this! The rooms are very nice, the only thing I noticed was my cups in my room were a little dirty but I have no doubt that had I asked for a replacement this would have been actioned. Would highly recommend if looking for a tranquil relaxing hotel with amenities approx 10 mins away in the city centre.

We stayed here as part of a package deal with our Antarctica cruise--it was the assembly point before we departed. The hotel has great views. Insane buffet for breakfast, just so much food! My waitress the first day, Marianna, was fabulous, and I do hope I remembered her name correctly. She gave me a personal maté tasting, and though it is an acquired taste (and I definitely am not interested in acquiring it) I appreciate the experience. And how else would I know that maté is not for me? They also put together a breakfast box when we needed to exit before their normal service hours--we ordered ahead of time, and they were very accommodating. The hotel is a bit out of town, so you need to depend on their hourly shuttle or uber, which is what we opted for most of the time. Very convenient and inexpensive. My one regret is that I did not go in the pool, which I only saw late on our last night. That was a beautiful space. There is a hot tub as well which I did not experience but which seemed very popular. All in all I was very pleased with the accommodations and service.
