"My husband and I stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. I’ve stayed in several hotels in Türkiye so far and had complained to my husband that I felt like there were no good hotels to be found. Until we stumbled across this gem. From check in, with a very friendly and kind young lady, to our room which was very comfortable, to the cleaning crew who smiled and were extra helpful, to the delightful breakfast spread with real honeycomb! every part of our trip was relaxing and enjoyable. The room was clean, the mattresses were brand new, the bedding luxurious, and the mini fridge was clean. Breakfast included a spread of pastries, greens, cheeses, salad veggies, hot items, and even soup! Of course there was tea and juice too. I definitely recommend this hotel!"

"I've been there with my wife for 4 nights. The room was tidy and clean. The towels and blankets were perfectly clean too. The bathroom was spotless, but the shower cabin needs to be renovated I guess. There were Persian-speaking reception that could be so helpful for Iranian. They were so polite and welcoming, especially Mahan. They have a Persian nightclub there. I didn't go, but I guess it's cool. Location is so close to the Chumhuriat street. There are almost some shops and supermarkets like A101. Breakfast is not wow, but fine, with various jams, butters, cheeses, eggs, and such. Restaurant staff are really welcoming. Overall it is worth it."

"When we went to the Comfort Suite hotel, they told us that since we made our reservation late, they did not have any available rooms and that we would stay at a different hotel. We were taken to the Pars Palace hotel. The room was large enough, it was clean, and we liked the breakfast very much. Vana is the hotel we will choose when we come back."

I went there with my friend and we had a lovely staying.. van is a small city so you can walk anywhere you want.. the Bianca hotel is near to Jomhuriet street and it’s about 5 minutes walking.. the neighborhood is so cozy and you can also have a grea shopping there."

"Definitely not a 4-star hotel. First room had mold in the bathroom. Second room looked okay but once we settled in, we realized otherwise. Huge disgusting clump of hair from previous occupant in the shower (when I pulled it out, there was still more lodged in the drain). Torn carpet. Torn quilt/duvet. Sheet that didn’t cover the mattress so after 10 minutes lying on the bed, you were sleeping on the bare mattress. Questionable brown/red stains on the sheets and pillowcases. Broken lamp switch. Shower head spraying water everywhere where it attached to the hose. Toilet loose—if you leaned too far one way it felt like the toilet would fall to the floor. Bidet attachment broken and when trying to use it, the water leaked all over the bathroom floor. Nasty commercial dispensers for shampoo and soap in the shower instead of mini samples. Thinnest hotel slippers (basically the thickness of toilet paper). No complimentary tissues. The front desk keeps your passports hostage until you check out and leaves it on the back counter in plain sight of all hotel guests. Also beware—the nearby clubs will keep you awake all night as they are going until 6 am. The only reason I gave it a single star is because the breakfast has variety and the housekeeper was very pleasant and helpful. Do not stay here if at all possible. "

"This hotel looked like it needs some refurbishing but it does have a strong point in that it right on Lake Van. I had a few issues during my stay but were resolved immediately. The room I was first given smelled of drainage pipes so they immediately gave me another. In the evening, I realised my hair dryer was broken. They immediately sent someone to fix it. The next day, the water from my toilet no longer worked. They sent someone to fix it immediately while I had breakfast. They are very quick to solve any problems. I loved the breakfast, so much variety. And I am grateful that they let me have my room a bit earlier which many hotel won’t even if they could. The staff are great."
