ヴェネチアの玄関口サンタ・ルチア駅から、橋を渡ることなく徒歩圏内の便利な場所にあり、スーツケースも気になりません。バポレットの乗り場にも近いです。内装は改装されているようで、掲載されている写真とは違った印象ですが、明るい客室は、エアコンやテレビなども整っており、快適に過ごせました。フロントのスタッフの女性はとても親切で、急な朝食時間の変更依頼にも快くに対応いただけました。朝食も豊富で美味しかったです。ベネチアを満喫するのに、手頃で最適なホテルだと思いました。 このホテルのフロントは、ホテルの向かい、10メートルくらい先の系列ホテル内にありますので、チェックインの際は注意してください。

Thought I’d write a review for this hotel as there aren’t many recent ones. After browsing for somewhere to stay, I thought this seemed like good value. It has a central location, really convenient and quiet. The staff are very lovely and helpful. The decor is very very dated - I wasn’t sure from photos if it was going to be genuinely dated or modern but looks dated and quirky, it’s definitely dated. My room was a good size, but this was a superior double rather than a standard. It had everything we needed and we aren’t too fussy about rooms as we never spend much time in there on holiday. However for some it may not live up to standards. I would call it basic but value for money. The “flat screen tv” description was a bit far fetched and the “mini bar” contained a minimal amount but again, we weren’t too bothered about this things but for some it may be a problem. The bedding was spotless and the room very clean. Our bed was remade again for us in the morning which is a lovely touch. The walls are thin and we could hear people turning over in beds and a child crying in another room but it didn’t affect us too much. Overall I would go back and stay there again as although basic, it had everything we needed. Oh We were also slightly disappointed the hotel didn’t have a bar. though

Conocí el hotel hace unos años, y sufrió una transformación , para mejor, que fusiona el clásico veneciano, con lo actual. El servicio es muy bueno. Además del desayuno, nos ofrecieron un thea time a las 16:00. No tengo nada que objetar. Brillante. Volveremos.

My friend and I had a lovely two night stay. The room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. In fact, probably the best hotel bed I’ve slept in! The room was nice and big too. The bathroom was ok but the shower was a little intermittent. Both Salvo and Andrea on reception were very helpful and answered our many questions politely and with a smile. The breakfast was nice with lots of choice and they even supplied Gluten Free bread for me. Being coeliac I did my research beforehand and picked this hotel due to the good reviews about the availability of GF food. The staff were wonderful and went to great lengths to make sure I had toast in the morning. The first morning I asked for toast and was told no as the main kitchen is closed until 10.30am so they had no access to the grill. The lovely Mano toasted my bread the night before and left it for the morning staff to give to me but someone else asked for GF toast and it was given to them instead. Fortunately they were able to use the grill and I was presented with toast on our last morning. All the restaurant staff were lovely including Yassin & Jamal and the two breakfast guys whose names I didn’t get (sorry) they’re a credit to the hotel. Overall we had a great stay. The hotel is right near Rialto bridge and walking distance to all the top attractions.

Hotel Gardena is a gem! Great location right off the Grand Canal, but quiet because the hotel faces a small canal. It's conveniently located across the canal from the bus and train station. From the minute we arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, friendly and helpful! We had a superior canal view room, which was exquisite! Perfect view, with a very large room decorated beautifully! The breakfast room was so very charming, with beautiful murals on the walls. The breakfast was delicious, especially the chocolate croissants and the cappuccino! I would 100% recommend this hotel, and would definitely stay there again!

Location is everything. Great communication. Easy to find. Several steps up and down a bridge to carry luggage over. Helpful to find access to the water bus. (Public transportation) instead of water taxies (Private transportation). Arranged taxi to get to the airport for departure. Good buffet breakfast. Had room ready for us 2 hour before check in. Comfortable king size beds. Only challenge was small shower. This was our last two days of a 23 day trip. Venice was unbelievable. H & R Z

We wanted somewhere near the theatre La Fenice, other than the foyer of the theatre we could not have been closer,no more than 100m. The staff were professional, welcoming and very helpful. The quaint nature of the hotel certainly appealed to my wife and I. You can arrange a water taxi direct from the airport to the hotels water door. 30-40 min. Much easier than wrestling through narrow streets with luggage, and on and off the Vaparetto. All in all a truly wonderful stay.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Firenze, and from the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the excellent service. The staff at the front desk were incredibly knowledgeable about the local area, providing us with maps and insightful recommendations that enhanced our trip significantly. Thanks to their guidance, we discovered the charming bookstore, trips to the island, and enjoyed some excellent dining experiences we might have otherwise missed. The breakfast buffet was nice. The service was outstanding, especially from the waitress who went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Our room was great, with thoughtful touches like chocolates, personalised messages, and snacks that made us feel truly welcome. We also appreciated the welcome drink on the terrace. The hotel's location, right by the main square, was ideal for exploring the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Firenze and would highly recommend it to anyone. We would definitely stay here again.
