"The apartments have a fantastic location to enjoy Vera and its surroundings but they leave a lot to be desired. Broken, old and rusty furniture. The beds were horrible because apart from the fact that the mattress was a soft piece of gum, the bed base had broken slats. The bathroom had various moisture stains, a sign of neglect, the air conditioning button was broken and there were no instructions for use. Anyway.... They have a lot to improve for me to return or recommend it to someone."

"I WOULD TAKE AWAY 3 STARS, IT LOOKS LIKE A BOARDING HOUSE, NOT EVEN DOG FOOD, DISGUSTING DISH CLEANING, YOU HAVE TO LOOK AT YOUR PLATES AND GLASSES BECAUSE THEY ARE DIRTY, ON TOP OF THAT THE RESTAURANT CATERING DOES NOT BELONG TO THE HOTEL, THE MANAGER OF THE CUTRADA IS IN A WAY, I SUGGEST THAT YOU COME WITH YOUR FAMILY AND COUSINS FOR LUNCH AND DINNER. MAYBE HE LIKES IT, BECAUSE IF THIS IS WHAT YOU ARE OFFERING FOR THE AMOUNTS YOU ARE ASKING FOR, APART FROM BEING A TRICKSTER, YOU ARE A CHEAP GUY. YOU COULD RENOVATE THE APARTMENTS AS THEY ARE FROM THE 19TH CENTURY. THE ONLY THING I ASK YOU IS THAT YOU DON’T GAMBLE, I WILL NEVER COME BACK. IT’S PITY THAT YOU PUT ALL THE ENTIRE YEAR INTO YOUR JOB WHILE WORKING AND YOU GO ON VACATION AND HAVE THIS... TO THE HOTEL MANAGER. P.S. GO DO SOMETHING ELSE, BECAUSE IF THIS IS HOW YOU RUN THIS,... "Have eaten here a number of times and always enjoyed it immensely. This time we stayed at the hotel for two nights because we were in the process of buying an apartment nearby and all the paperwork was being done in Vera. The hotel is spacious and well laid out. It is a little old fashioned but in a good way. Our room was spotlessly clean with a super shower. The bed was very comfortable and we both slept very well. The internet was also excellent. Breakfast is basic - toast, etc but freshly made in the bright dining room downstairs. Everything about this hotel is well run and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend it enough."
