Hotel 3 Bintang di Vienna

Amazing and value-for-money! Will definitely recommend. Friendly staff, rooms is very clean and even had a nice view on 12th floor. They also helped to keep the luggage before check-in and after check-out. Breakfast also have good options, though sometimes might be a bit crowded. Location is just in front of 2 Trams, which one of them going to Train Central Station (Wien Hbf) directly. Also metro is within 5min walk. Besides that there are multiple Lidle or Billa supermarkets within 5min walk, and the Mariahilfer shopping street is just next to hotel. Would like to be back again!

This is the ONE property my sons and I stayed at that wasn't found from Rick Steve's guide books. It was a fairly last-minute booking found through google maps and chosen due to location and price. What I liked best: the beds! We had a triple and my single bed was the softest bed in 10 hotels for 18 nights. Second best: the breakfast was amazing. Half the breakfasts I added upon check-in as European hotel breakfasts fast became my sons' favorite meal. Third best: the front desk staff were extra helpful. They answered all my questions and gave me good advice on travel to the stadium. I needed an unrelated reservation printed out and they did it quickly and didn't charge me - I don't think. Haivng worked in the hotel industry for 6 years, I know many hotels would have charged for this service. LOCATION: The hotel was close to Ernst-Happel Stadium with a train/tram stop right outside the hotel. We took the 25 train/tram, walked maybe 2 mintues to the U2 u-bahn station and the U2 took us right to the stadium. APPEARANCE: The outward appearance of the hotel was the one detractor and the reason I almost didn't book it. It's a large white square with a blue horizontal painted line across and to be blunt, it looks sketchy. But the lobby area inside is nice and the dinning area decor was downright elegant. And while our triple room looked straight out of the 70's, the bed was comfortable and the room satisfied our needs - a quiet place to stay.

The hotel has excellent location right next to the train station with easy access to public transportation to the center of Vienna. Considering the price, quality of rooms is on a very high level - clean bathrooms, spacious enough to relax after a day of sightseeing. I would stay again on my next stay in Vienna. 2泊宿泊をしました。 場所はウィーン西駅から少し離れていますが、駅が近くにあるのでアクセスはしやすいと思います。 部屋は清潔感のある部屋で、クラシックのラジオが流れていてゆっくりと過ごすことができました。 浴槽はなく、シャワーのみでしたが特に不便はありませんでした。 アメニティ？のコーヒーも美味しくいただきました。 何よりもフロントの方の笑顔が素晴らしく、気持ちよく過ごすことができました！ I stayed for two nights. It's a little far from Vienna Westbahnhof, but the station is nearby so it's easy to access. The room was clean and there was classical music playing on the radio, so I was able to relax. There was no bathtub, only a shower, but that wasn't particularly inconvenient. The coffee provided as an amenity was also delicious. Above all, the smiles of the front desk staff were wonderful and I had a very pleasant stay!

Coming from a first-time female solo traveler, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than this hotel. Location — You can’t beat the location for both walking and taking public transport. It’s also next door to a grocery store called Julius Meinl, which adds a whole other layer of convenience. The area is safe at all hours of the day. Although the crowded city center is right outside the door, the hotel itself is peaceful and quiet, and I never heard any of the outside noise from my room. Staff — The staff was extremely friendly, the front desk felt like a safe space where I could ask questions and they were happy to answer them and provide any resources or help I needed. I arrived before check-in time and expected to just leave my luggage with the front desk, but the staff checked and let me know my room was ready and treated it like it was no inconvenience for me to check in early. Amenities — Housekeeping leaves a fresh jug of water in your room each day, and there was an included buffet-style continental breakfast each morning. The breakfast was my favorite part, as there was always a large assortment of breads, meats, cheeses, fruits, veggies, jams, spreads, you name it. There is also a high tech coffee machine that will make any drink you want in seconds. The wifi was fast and reliable, and the air conditioning was so good I had to turn it down at some points. Bathroom was well stocked with full size shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion, towels, tp, tissues, etc. I really couldn’t come up with a shortcoming or complaint about this hotel if I tried. I’d highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Vienna, but especially if it’s your first time traveling alone and want to stay somewhere friendly, calm and close to everything.

I stayed in this hotel with my family (Wife and a son) for one night. The best thing about the hotel is its location. Several public transports are around the corner (Underground, tram, busses) and we could reach the First District in no time. I had booked a family room on the 4th floor. The carpet of the room was a bit dirty, beds were comfortable. The problem that we faced was: Hotel had a ridiculously small lift. It could carry only two people at the same time. I had a baby stroller, and it couldn't fit in the lift. As a family of 3, we had to take turns to go up to the 4th floor and I had to fold the stroller to make it fit in the lift.

Kemudahan yang disediakan merangkumi telefon serta peti besi dan pembancuh kopi/teh.

Location wise it is outside the ringstrasse; I chose this as I was arriving late by train into the main station so I don’t have to lug my bags far. For this I am pleased. In terms of sightseeing it is not that good, I prefer the location of the inner stadt.  The hotel is clean and good, comfy room, bed, ac n shower etc was fine. The bad part was there is no door to the shower area, which is weird, the shower was a tad small, water can splash out easily, the lack of door means there’s a strong draft during shower, the cold air drafts in immediately you stop the hot water you get cold air all around you (we travelled in late November).  There was no drinking water in the room, this seems to be a trend; there’s also shampoo/shower gel/conditioner all in 1, instead of separate, which again is weird but seems to be the trend, a pity Still a fine stay, just that there’s a few amenities lacking + a simple shower room door would be good

Very regular chain hotel, everything very cheap. I think that even 100€ is overpriced for this place No kettle in the room but you could take hot water in the bar downstairs Bed is ok. So for one night it’s ok option if you need just a room to slip in and take a train next day

The hotel is located about 10 or 12 minutes' walk from Prater underground station, in a quiet street near the trade show arena. The room was technically fairly large, but a large portion of the area not occupied by my bed was for some reason occupied by an additional, smaller bed, as a result of which there was no space to do exercises, for example. I found the internet connection to be poor. Whenever I disconnected for any reason (in the elevator, sustained disuse of the phone, entry into flight mode), then the connection didn't automatically return. The fitness room was not much, just slightly better than nothing, and unfortunately, they limit the hours for some obscure reason, closing it already at 22:00. The breakfast was halfway decent. I appreciated the falafel and the commercially packaged tomato spread. The rolls were good. The fruit selection was rather negligible. I was very positively impressed by the fact that breakfast started at 06:00. I'll probably stay here again some day, but it will never be a hotel to get excited about.
