Hotel 4-Star di New Jersey, United States

For being such an expensive high end hotel I did expect things to be cleaner in the hotel room. You could see the basic easy perimeter of cleaning in the bathroom especially. There were some stains on the bedding as well that instantly gave my face a look. Arrived on a Friday evening and checked out for a late departure and no one was ever in our room to restock so we had to call and ask for more towels which wasn’t that big of a deal we just had a lot of garbage in our room from the weekend and a mound of dirty towels. It was an extremely busy weekend there as we were there for volleyball tournament and everything was pretty much booked up! I think the “resort fees” were really unnecessary as we didn’t even get to do much and my kids just all walked around and people watched and paying $1000 just for the regular hotel price is enough. It was a stay to play event so we had no other options in staying elsewhere. Restaurants inside were mediocre and outrageously expensive!! I just felt like it was a money pit and that’s the only intention it had. We were on the 15th floor and did get a great view of the sunrise/sunset right around the corner from our hotel door and I think that was the only thing we actually enjoyed there.

The hotel is really nice, every detail is done very well, the service of the front desk lady Lanlan is very good, the check-in is very enthusiastic, and she can consider the guests. I am very satisfied👍

Great location but service standards fluctuated during the stay from checked in and inquiry made at the front desk to daily housekeeping services. Met with hotel duty manager, Jeff and expressed all concerns to him during our 5 day family stay on 2 rooms.

This airport hotel is very large, with a pleasant, clean, and safe environment. The rooms are decent, typical Marriott standard. My room came with executive lounge access, so I asked the front desk what time the executive lounge service ended. They told me 5 PM to 11 PM. However, when we arrived at 7:30 PM, the catering service had already finished, and there were only some packaged snacks and water left. The hotel is huge, and the shuttle bus runs 24/7 every 15 minutes, which is very convenient.

Very comfortable and spacious room with a view of the Hudson River, directly facing Manhattan's charming city skyline. The PATH station is right outside the hotel, and it's just one stop to the World Trade Center. Much better value for money than staying in Manhattan. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit New York.

We ate dinner at Capriccio‘s. The bar and dining service was impeccable. The food delicious. Navigating through the hotel was difficult, there is not a lot of information on site as to the floor plan and where things are located. Would be nice to have maps like in a shopping mall. Traffic to most locations is routed through the casino. The smell of cigarette smoke was both shocking and unacceptable. The nicer bars closed down around 10 o’clock. It seemed. Had to go into the casino for a late night cocktails. By that hour of the night casino bars were messy, smoky and loud. All of the staff that we connect with, were very helpful and pleasant and went out of their way to accommodate us as much as they could .

The room we checked in did not prepared well. The sink is clogged and no power supply for coffee maker. However, they did change a new room for us. Good for the backup. Nothing to complain.

The hotel service is very bad. Takes so long just check in when I was the only one checking in at that time. It was at 1 am checked in. They gave me a room in which someone is already inside the room. So they apologize and gave me free upgrade to suite room. Finally can get a room at almost 3am. It was very sucks.

The staff was welcoming. The view is amazing and the room is a lot bigger than expected. The location is also nice cuz there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel where you can take route 148 to the Port Authority Bus Terminal, which takes less than half an hour. I would really recommend and will definitely book again!

Big hotel, is old. Including lobby and room interior. Ctrip can't book breakfast, which is a bit baffling. Convenient transportation and free parking. The nearby lake view is good, you can go for a jog by the lakeside in the morning 🏃.
