Jazz In The City Hotel 28 February - 2 March 2023 Room 500 5 stars for its cleanliness and service! Location: We took the Vienna Airport Cab from the airport to the hotel. We paid Euro 37 (one way). It was very convenient. It took about 30 minutes. The driver drove carefully and was on time to fetch us at the airport. The hotel is accessible to the underground and shopping area. Reception: Excellent and very helpful! We were able to check in early and the room was already ready when we arrived. Room: Modern, fresh and very clean indeed! The bedsheets, pillow covers, towels and bed were all immaculately clean and dust free. It has all the amenities that you need. Our room was located in a quiet area. Bathroom/Toilet: Very clean indeed! Breakfast: Excellent breakfast! You can order sunny side up or omelette which is freshly cooked. Very clean and fresh breakfast area. Check out: Fast and effective! Recommendation: Why not paint the ceiling of the room white and paint the water pipes black? It will give a smooth, clean and fresh feel. I stayed in this hotel with my family during the Easter break. The hotel is located 20 mins from the city centre but there is a tram station close to the hotel. The room is poorly lit and provide only thick blanket with no extra pillows. The hotel mentions air-conditioning in the description but they provide AC only during June to September. I believe they should have mentioned it clearly upfront. The hotel is on the busy street and so it was not possible to keep the window open during night time as we were initially given a room on the lower floor. We felt quite hot in the room and Beatrice the staff moved us to the higher floor next day where it was possible to keep the window s open without the noise. Overall it was pretty average and didn't feel like a 4 star property and the price we paid. I would have given it 2/5 but the extra 1 is only for Beatrice who helped us with the room.

Stayed here for 5 days delivering a training course for an outside company. Hotel is in a great location, underground 5 min walk away, tram stops outside. 10 min walk and you are in the heart of the city. Hotel is very pleasant, nicely decked out with a great ambience. The staff are wonderful, from reception to the bar and restaurant always smiling, very attentive, friendly and professional. Some of the best Hotel staff I have ever encountered, a big plus for the hotel. Food is very good, great quality, presentation and taste. This has been best Hilton I have stayed in, and i have stayed in a few. Thank you for making my trip to Vienna even more memorable.

Quick check-in and location is just a 5-min walk from Wien hbf (Vienna Central Terminal). Clean room and bed, and good shower with shower gel. Remember to bring all other amenities eg slippers, drinking water etc.

Good location but not the best, however not far from the airport. Ask for high floor to get a view

Ottimo hotel comodissimo per stazione hauptbanhof. Camera design molto carina .. bagno con pavimento riscaldato e bella cabina doccia . Staff alla reception molto gentili e disponibili .

I had a very nice welcome. I was allowed to bring my bike to the room. The room was really spacious and very nice breakfast buffet! Coffee machines were inefficient though :( I appreciated the quite area. Different kind of public transportation is still very close :)

This is a modern, comfortable and reasonably-priced hotel for a break in Vienna. Stayed in Roomz when we went to Vienna for couple of concerts at the Gasometer (30 seconds walk from the hotel to Gasometer; just across the street) The facilities are relatively new, rooms are clean and well designed, nice breakfast. The hotel is located along the U3 line (round the corner) and is a convenient 10 minutes to Stephansplatz. (10 minute walk to the international bus station) I will for sure stay at Roomz again, and recommend it to the fellow travelers :) Only thing I've missed is free wi-fi in my room, and a coffee maker.

Struttura nuova e ben tenuta. Forse un poco anonima e con poca interazione umana. Camere pulite e ben dotate, con feeling di business hotel, quindi non molto romantico. La posizione è eccellente per la zona, a 300 m dalla metro U1 VIC. Non abbiamo provato la colazione perché molto cara: in zona stazione metro si riesce a fare una buona colazione con molto meno dei 23 Euro richiesti. Il parcheggio a pagamento è comodo perché situato sotto l'hotel: ci è costato 27 Euro al giorno.

Esperienza eccellente in coppia. Prenotato 4 notti presso questo Hotel per me e la mia ragazza, e devo dire che ne siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti. Punti a favore: - Camere nuove, pulite, spaziose (noi avevamo la standard e si stava benissimo), controllo temperatura direttamente dall'interno, condizionatore efficentissimo ed intuitivo, doccia ampia, minibar, cassaforte e tablet da cui controllare la TV e altre funzioni. - Posizione strategica a dir poco, davanti la fermata della Metro U1 che arriva in centro in 15 Min, bus e tram. - Tranquillità. Camere insonorizzate perfettamente, non abbiamo sentito un minimo rumore né dall'esterno, né dal corridoio, né dalle altre camere, aspetto che ho apprezzato moltissimo avendo il sonno leggero. - Palestra, seppur piccola, essenziale ed adatta ad un breve workout per chi non volesse priv****ne anche in vacanza. - Refill acqua infinito alle fontanelle in reception, anche se a detta dello staff l'acqua dei rubinetti di Vienna è potabile. Lati negativi: Anche se la nostra esperienza resta da 5 stelle, credo sia giusto sottolineare alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati per rendere questo hotel impeccabile. - Colazione: 21€ a testa è una follia, non so cosa offrissero ma a quelle cifre nemmeno mangiando all'Hotel Sacher in centro. - Ascensori: utilizzabili solamente scannerizzando la tessere della propria camera, metodo sicuramente intelligente per evitare intrusi nell'hotel, ma a volte scomodo e malfunzionante, e in generale gli ascensori funzionano un po' macchinosamente. - Mancanza di un armadio in camera di qualche cassetto, seppure abbiamo apprezzato molto quella sorta di appendiabiti a cielo aperto all'ingresso. - Staff pulizie scortese al checkout: nonostante alla reception ci avessero detto che il checkout fosse possibile fino alle 12, già dalle 9 una signora delle pulizie è venuta a bussarci, ripetendo poi verso le 10, anche dopo averle detto che eravamo in fase di uscita e avremmo liberato la stanza per tempo. - Connessione alla TV: nonostante avessimo seguito la guida per connettere il telefono alla TV tramite Miracast, non ci ha funzionato nulla, abbiamo riprovato più volte ma niente, avremmo potuto domandare in reception ma alla fine non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno.
